You Are Loved.
You Are cherished.
Breathe This in,
receive it dear.

All you Love 
surround you now,
along with angels 
forever near.

Sense This Peace,
calm your frayed 
nerves,
Be aware of your 
sacred breath.

In This Now,
Be Gratitude,
release past and future
not happening yet.

You Are This Love,
sacred and cherished,
breathe This in as
Source flows through.

In This Eternal,
Here is Love,
breathing alive 
this precious You!
