With Your Heart

Listen with your heart.

Mind races ahead with 
many stories,
based on beliefs from 
experiences past,
to slow this down and
tap into Knowing – 
listen with your heart.

When fear grips you 
with helplessness,
when angst appears
for things unknown,
to calm ego’s roar and 
find clarity – 
listen with your heart.

Heart may not have
all of the answers,
but it knows you 
so very well,
align with Peace in 
this present moment –
quiet and listen
with your heart.

Faith and hope are 
needed as human,
reassure the little child
deep in you,
place your hand upon
your heart,
Love answers – 
I Am always Here 
with you!
