This Authentic You

Be you this day
grounded, authentic,
life will unfold and 
wash over you,
you may wish for 
more control,
but in each moment – 
you will know 
what to do.

Give yourself time
when time is needed,
Be aware of breath – 
your natural state 
of calm,
you can navigate 
swirling energies
by Be-ing present 
and carrying on.

You need not prove 
anything to anyone –
most especially to 
yourself,
life is challenging 
for everyone,
with Strength and Courage
ask each other for help.

Dive deep within to know
Who You Are,
believe and trust This 
authentic You,
stand tall and grounded
as the Love You Are,
navigating life from 
your innate Truth!
