You do not have 
to be perfect.
Just Be You.

At any moment 
of any day,
do the best that 
you can do.

Some days are glowing,
some are so tough,
the body rises,
the body rests.

At any moment,
you dear shine –
whatever you do 
is actually your
best.

Give yourself a hug
and mean it,
pat yourself upon
the back.

Love thanks you for 
the experience,
You Are so Loved – 
believe in That!
