The world gets
so intense,
release the pressure 
as you breathe.

Past memories can 
come a-knockin’,
this is a time for 
sweet release.

Give your self 
a pat on the back,
roads vary widely –
bumpy and smooth.

Your threads of Love
woven together
are a tapestry of
This Life of You.

Wrap your self
inside this blanket,
loved ones and angels
gather close.

Breathe in and sense 
your power,
your soul rejoices 
as Love it knows.

This is a time of 
collective healing,
shine your Light on 
any corner dark.

Love sees you,
dear precious child,
cherishing you as 
the Love You Are!
