In life sometimes fuel
comes from fear,
the need to do something
just right,
you think you have things
here to prove,
that you must struggle,
needing fuel to fight.
Look with new eyes
at motivation,
what is your driving
force within,
what might you be running
away from,
instead of sensing where
to begin.
With ego comes fear –
you need not hide,
but look fear squarely
in the face,
thank it for trying to
look out for you,
and for sometimes
keeping you safe.
Welcome the fuel
of passion and Joy
that helps make any
experience Be,
behold this well-spring
never-ending,
This Fuel is Love –
infinite and free!

Love every perceived
imperfection,
the human journey
is full of these,
life has you trained to
solve all problems
and only then might
you feel free.
This is the reasoning
of the mind,
ego is programmed
to survive,
but even in this
linear world
is soul not urging
you to thrive?
Expand your Vision
of what life is,
not only to check things
off your list,
here there are infinite
experiences,
the smallest connections
can be so rich.
May you go with the
flow of life,
open any doors you
may have closed,
You Are Whole even
in your human-ness,
for always free is
You as Soul!

Set an intention
for the stillness,
Here is where
the Answer is,
Love’s response to
all of your questions –
beyond all asking
is simply This.
Your thoughts in life
do make up stories,
emotions and feelings
take their cue,
when you feel caught up
in great turmoil,
in the stillness,
return to You.
Here is where your
guidance dwells,
yes you continue to
plan and do,
but with your energy
fully focused,
do not solutions now
flow through you?
Release the needs that
feel manufactured,
things you do to make
you okay,
possibilities abound
Here in the stillness,
flow with This
gracefully today!

and despair,
is there not within
a tiny spark,
loving bonds cannot
be broken,
Love forever resides
in your heart.
Loved ones find ways
to show connection,
a sense of Presence
in a musical note,
trust and believe what
you are hearing,
awaken to what your
soul knows.
May eternal Love
restore all color
that you thought was
lost for good,
your heart holds
All colors of the
rainbow,
and All you Love are
Here with you!

its duality pushes
and pulls,

Change can be cathartic
in its presence,

You shine with Light
