Beyond Earth and Sky

Expand perception,
let energy flow,
use all of your senses
and so much more,
your consciousness
is always connected
to All That Is –
opening closed doors.

Is This not how
you are One
with nature,
language is not needed
to understand,
to Be,
your Whole Self knows
things without listening,
your heart is filled beyond
what you see.

Yes do be present
using your five
senses,
but know there is more
than meets the eye,
Everything is energy
flowing,
your consciousness soars
beyond earth and sky!

Your Beloved Heart

Love sees your laughter,
Love sees your tears,
you are honored as
human,
facing what you fear.

Your heart is courageous,
your heart is strong,
no matter where you land –
dear you always belong.

Reclaim sensitivity,
you see what most
do not,
awakening opens eyes –
in a world that is
a lot.

Lead with your heart,
trust and believe its
Truth,
you need not ask another
to validate you.

Love is your laughter,
Love flows in your
tears,
Love Is You beloved,
so cherished,
so dear!

A Loving Reunion

May you be filled
with Love from
loved ones,
at any time,
in any place,
on cold short days or
holidays approaching,
might they check in –
in myriad ways.

A memory of tradition
sparkles,
do you think you thought
of that by yourself,
it is not the specifics,
but the emotion that
fills you up,
Here They Are –
your heart knows
their tell.

You will always miss
their physical presence,
but eternal Presence is
where you All meet,
return Here often for
loving reunions,
revel in This Love –
forever and so sweet!

Illuminated

Be the Light
every day dawning,
your Light shines
even when dark,
this is not based on
past performance,
your Light is brilliant
as You now Are.

Share This with others
and see them shining,
might your reflections
turn up Love’s Glow,
This is the gift that
keeps on giving –
transforming belief
to trust and know.

Love’s Light can cut
through any fog,
move to your heart –
yes Here It Is,
follow its path –
illuminated,
walk now with Love
Be-ing All That Is!

This Presence of Now

You Are Now –
in This moment,
beyond time is
the Eternal You,
past and future possibilities
weave a story ego
sees as truth.

In life you accept
this identity,
but when these layers
feel heavy dear,
know that you can
Be simply You,
leaving linear time and
Be-ing Present Here.

Might you expand your
perception of Now,
allowing Presence to be
a natural state,
you will still navigate
both time and life,
but more open and
with a clean slate.

Play with this fresh
perspective of time,
yes you as human
may be a bit confused,
but your soul Is the
Presence of Now
and delights in this
dance with you!

Your Eternal Spark

Stand up for what
you believe in,
let your Voice speak
that of Truth,
but even more –
may your actions
mirror the Love
inside of You.

We speak of kindness
and compassion,
lift up these tenets
far and wide,
in a world of hate
and fury,
darkness cannot exist
with Light.

Life is meant to be
contrasting,
tip the scales with
your sacred heart,
shine your Light,
keep Love’s fire burning,
all it takes is your
eternal spark!

Amazing You

Are there not times
when you surprise
yourself,
able to handle challenges
that come up,
do you not rise in moments
that if you knew before –
you would have said
“too much.”

Yes life is always
full of surprises
and you can still wish
for Peace and calm,
but when push comes
to shove are you not
able to navigate through
any storm?

This is You in any
present moment,
doing what you can
with what you need
to do,
acknowledge the many
challenges you have
faced,
Love honors this
Amazing You!

Your Wild Heart

Listen to your
wild heart,
what rhythm does
it beat today,
play not small –
let Strength and Courage
accompany you as
you find your way.

You may have colored
within the lines,
often to fit in a
certain mold,
You Are unique,
your expression is
needed,
to add to All that
makes up the Whole.

Allow each step to
unfold with Grace,
you need not rush,
but set intentions
clear,
dance to the rhythms
you have heard so long,
as past and future align
with You – Here!

All You Need

Remember Love flows
always through you,
no matter what life
tosses your way,
you may not like
how it shows up,
sometimes it wreaks
havoc upon your day.

Be aware of what
you resist,
this need not mean
to like what you don’t,
but you can handle
what comes your way,
problem-solving is skill
that you have honed.

Meet life with open
acceptance,
this allows you to move
to the next step,
what can you do to
make a difference,
something big or small
that you have not
tried yet.

Move your energy to
Here I Am,
and from This Presence
experience life,
you have All you need
within you,
Love is how you eternally
shine your Light!

Cherishing You

Drink a cup of soothing
warmth,
this is self-love that
you do,
what might you do
throughout the day,
to show your self
that you love you.

Give your self a break
from judgment,
acknowledge moments
big or small,
this life is not for
faint of heart,
you may feel that
you have given
it all.

Today be a sponge
for gifts received,
you need not wait
for them to appear,
receive your own
hope and kindness,
tell your self –
I believe you dear.

From before dawn
early breaking,
to when you see the
stars in the sky,
cherish you throughout
this day,
filled with the warmth
of your eternal Light!
