Hi, my name is Sandy. Welcome to You Are Love Now! On my journey of Awakening, in meditation, I was nudged to begin writing what was coming through my consciousness, from my Higher Self and beyond. This happens almost daily and I have been encouraged by those who read these inspired messages to share them with a wider audience. These messages come through me, but they are received from a Higher Source than what my mind could create on its own. I present these Poems of Awakening to you, dear soul, as we travel this spiritual journey together. And the message that I always feel from these writings? You Are Love Now. Perfect. Whole. And always so very loved. If these messages speak to you, I invite you to follow this blog so you may receive the ongoing messages as they are posted.

In the Stillness

7/17/26

Set an intention
for the stillness,
Here is where
the Answer is,
Love’s response to
all of your questions –
beyond all asking
is simply This.

Your thoughts in life
do make up stories,
emotions and feelings
take their cue,
when you feel caught up
in great turmoil,
in the stillness,
return to You.

Here is where your
guidance dwells,
yes you continue to
plan and do,
but with your energy
fully focused,
do not solutions now
flow through you?

Release the needs that
feel manufactured,
things you do to make
you okay,
possibilities abound
Here in the stillness,
flow with This
gracefully today!

Restoration

7/16/26

From the depths of grief
and despair,
is there not within
a tiny spark,
loving bonds cannot
be broken,
Love forever resides
in your heart.

Loved ones find ways
to show connection,
a sense of Presence
in a musical note,
trust and believe what
you are hearing,
awaken to what your
soul knows.

May eternal Love
restore all color
that you thought was
lost for good,
your heart holds
All colors of the
rainbow,
and All you Love are
Here with you!

With Loving Patience

7/15/26

Be patient
as you experience
you.

Transitional times may
bring up feelings,
emotions that seem
foreign to you,
a new creation,
a page that turns –
Be patient
as you experience
you.

The world’s noise
can be alarming,
its duality pushes
and pulls,
remember, rebalance
and realign –
Be patient
as you experience
you.

Change can be cathartic
in its presence,
look lovingly with
fresh new eyes,
go with the flow,
you need not fight
this –
with loving patience,
Be the experience
of you!

Wholly Love

Integrate into your
wholeness,
even as you tend to
the parts of you,
your separateness has
many experiences
that your Wholeness
is witness to.

Separate parts can
be so critical,
comparisons are a
way of life,
trust your Soul
to see the Whole
of You with
unconditional
Loving Eyes.

May Love knit together
all parts of you
that were never
on their own,
you are held in this
Tapestry of Love,
always Beloved –
You Are Home!

This Release

7/13/26

You are magical
as You Are,
You shine with Light
of a thousand stars.

What if you released
what is heavy dear,
might you remember
what is always Here.

Mind can ruminate
in a world amok,
making you feel sluggish,
slowed down or stuck.

These are times of respite,
to pause, reflect,
a time of letting go of
what is not here yet.

In This Release
take a leap of Faith,
moving in This Flow
is worth a chance
to take.

Might you find You
waiting Here for you,
lighting the way in
All you do!

Be-ing This

7/12/26

Live This Moment,
Be aware of
what is automatic
that you do,
it is efficient to
have routines,
but breathe in what
is fresh and new.

Droplets of water
on green leaves,
ever-changing clouds
that paint the sky,
does not the first sip
of morning warmth
never fail to produce
a grateful sigh.

Does time not begin
to disappear
when awareness expands
beyond your mind,
living This Moment
is All There Is,
Here You Are –
Be-ing in this life!

In This Presence

7/11/26

In This Presence,
breathe Peace,
it is a natural
thing to do.

Even in life’s do-ing
Peace is Here,
pause and reflect
This Truth in You.

May tree remind,
may birdsong lift,
a cooling breeze
feels magical.

Respite from ego
brings you Home,
your heart beats This –
Here All is Well.

In This Presence,
Here You Are,
where Peace and Love
always reside.

You search for Truth
in myriad places,
Presence reminds
to look inside!

Be You Love

7/10/26

Be of service,
Be You Love.

This need not be
a formal task,
it may be a smile
shared,
seeing another who
may feel alone –
Be of service,
Be You Love.

Ask for these
experiences,
it matters not the
big or small,
connection is what
life is all about –
Be of service,
Be You Love.

And when you need
a little break,
time to breathe and
to reflect,
self-care is a healing
balm –
receive Love’s service,
You Be-ing Love!

All You Love

Glowing heart shape with vibrant swirling energy waves in pink, orange, blue, and purple colors

7/09/26

Here with your soul
are All you Love,
you do not walk
this path alone,
in life the past and
future beckon,
but in This Present –
You Are Home.

The fog of grief can
feel so heavy,
regret is judgment of
what is past,
as human you look
for hope and Light,
dear one, within is
All of This.

Return to heart,
expand with Love,
as human yes grief
will accompany you,
but You as Soul are
always connected
to All you Love and
who so Love you!

With Tenderness

7/08/26

Control in life may
be elusive,
but do take charge
of your self-care,
you have no-thing
to ever prove,
you are cradled in
Love’s sweet prayer.

Discouragement and
disappointment
are egoic emotions
that run amok,
as human you fight
for your survival,
ready to struggle and
be so tough.

My dear,
You Are a gem
evolving,
and so very Loved
throughout your life,
take care of you
with tenderness,
Be You authentic –
shining your Light!
