Clarity

Your human mind
may not feel clear,
it asks questions and
wants to know –
how will a situation
turn out,
should I speed up or
maybe go slow.

You may not know
all of the answers,
but that need not mean
you are not clear,
might you be clear about
your next step,
trusting in Love –
not listening to fear.

The world is dense and
very foggy,
your ego has its place
in life,
but clarity is of the
soul,
a knowingness that
adds more Light.

Some parts of life are
full of mystery,
you need not explore
every rabbit hole,
return to breath,
check in with heart,
your clearest Vision is
the Eyes of your Soul!

A Loosening

Sense Love’s Flow
bubbling within,
its natural progression
is to rise,
let it move freely,
unencumbered
from old beliefs
you gathered
in life.

Once you loosen
and are open
do not these layers
begin to lift,
the Flow of Love taps
on them gently,
as you have grown
they no longer fit.

You may feel
vulnerable for
a moment,
shedding the armor
you donned in
fear,
may this Flow of Love
help you reclaim your
natural Strength
and Joy here.

You need not look
to the external,
allow what is naturally
You to rise,
thank and honor
old protections,
as the warrior in you
now trusts Love’s Light!

A Loving Observer

Be an observer
to your beliefs,
what do you hold on
tightly here,
are there not some
so set in stone,
that they fog up
your vision clear.

When feelings,
emotions are
tied to these,
it is no wonder
the heart feels
hurt,
as past old scars
come up for healing,
do they not usually
point to your worth?

Your heart can be
a beautiful filter,
helping you to heal
old wounds,
what emotions
are asking for
a closer look so
You may help you?

Is not your soul a
loving observer,
holding your hand
as angels draw near,
now with a heart
so full of Love,
behold your self –
shining and clear!

The Patience of Peace

Be patient with your
emotions,
allow space for them
to Be,
tend to your tender
heart,
observe, allow,
accept and breathe.

Life is an intense
emotional journey,
but You Are not only
of this world,
when the ups and downs
get to you,
return to Love,
to Peace,
to You.

Center and ground
as you take care
of the body that
lives life too,
find your Peace in you
remembering –
beyond body is the
Soul of You!

Beloved Beacon

You may be waiting
for what will come,
but Be You fully
present Here,
You are needed in
This Moment,
Love is This Now,
This You,
my dear.

Some moments in life
are sublime,
some you wish that
you could forget,
go deeper still to
your True Nature,
not dwelling in past
or what may happen
next.

Here You Are,
beloved Beacon
of Light,
with Presence flow
with Grace and ease,
Your Light shines here –
one of many,
but as One Love
Here is All Peace!

The Strength of Kindness

Keep your heart soft
and care for each other,
loving acts of kindness
may be big or small,
humanity’s power is in
the Strength of Love,
Love is what unites
and connects the All.

The world of duality
can display all sides,
you recognize cruelty
because compassion
You Are,
may your senses be
fully engaged,
do not look away –
stand tall and share
your heart.

Your heart is Here
also for your
self-care,
gather all the Strength
you need,
flow with the healing
vibration of kindness,
compassionate Love
sets All hearts free!

You, Beloved

Hold space for
another,
and as they do
the same for you,
do you not All
rejoice in This,
behold the Joy of
Love flowing through.

As you rejuvenate
and ground,
may Love’s foundation
feel safe and firm,
now try on new ideas
and ponder,
what fits,
what doesn’t,
Love helps you discern.

You are not alone
upon your journey,
make sacred connections
along the way,
and always at your
Core of Be-ing,
is You, Beloved,
so loved,
always!

Ever-Growing

Change routine,
try something new,
weed and release
what becomes dense,
new growth flourishes
from the unexpected,
do not overthink –
does not Love
know best?

Become more comfortable
with not knowing,
does not possibility live
in this open space,
remember You Are
a creator,
with intention bring
Love to any place.

Give yourself time,
refuel with breath,
Be present with what
unfolds in life,
Behold your growth,
it is on-going,
the Universe sees always
your shining Light!

Soul to Soul

In life you worry
over details,
what to say or
what to bring,
whatever you are doing,
Love is All and
Everything.

Relationships become
entangled,
egos know how
to tie knots,
ask the angels to help
you loosen these –
allow Love to connect
the dots.

With your heart so
fully open,
release past stories,
let them go,
in This Present –
Be Love Wholly,
forever connections
are soul to soul!

This Journey

Walk with purpose
and with Courage,
Be authentic,
Be You,
the spiritual path fills
you with passion,
that fuels you with
what next to do.

But allow space for
needed re-fueling,
there are no timelines
on this journey Here,
often your path does not
go out seeking,
but returns Home
to restore and clear.

In life you wish for
known destinations,
this a function
of linear time,
but is not This Journey
your destination,
your soul fueling
your Beautiful Light!
