may feel so separate,
in a world of
separateness,
but do you not
harmonize together,
aligning frequencies
from uniqueness.
Does this not produce
a richer sound,
one that encompasses
a spectrum wide,
add your Voice to
a chorus of angels
that wish to join
This spectacle
of Light.
Stay engaged with
your heart of Love,
it beats a rhythm
that others can
feel,
life is full of ups
and downs,
but souls together know
All is Well!

dear one,
All of This is
All of You,
experiment with
every sense,
turn up the volume
with Gratitude.
What we mean by
going within
is to light up your
energy field,
You Are a node
in the cosmic web,
already connected,
complete and Real.
Reclaim the body as
part of This Wholeness,
it is the vessel upon
which you ride,
it is a mirror of earthly
imperfections,
but it said yes to You
for this life.
You need not trust
all roads to be smooth,
but believe in This
Wonder of You,
may you trust in the
Love that animates
This Miracle that is
Wholly You!

Be open,
bend not break,

in This Calm,
return to Peace,
what you seek

down past emotion
at a time when feelings
could hurt,
but now you know
the Strength of Love
is eternally Here
for you.

now bubble up to
be released,
you are not tied
to any script,
create from your heart –
now set free.
Refresh,
reclaim,
rejuvenate,
it is okay to
take things slow,
You Are the Master
of your journey,
fearlessly creating from
Love’s sweet flow!

This Flow is every breath
you take,

your vessel integrates
earth and sky,

Grounded You Are
to Mother Earth,
you soar beyond the
stars so bright,
you belong to the
Universe,
behold and shine

Sometimes you ride high
as the clouds,
you may be quiet,
you may get loud,
you are as life –
an ebb and flow,

You need not check
off any box,
there is no “correct” way
for you to talk,
bring All of You to
this life of wonder –
You Are the perfect

Make another smile,
help someone be seen,
if one is unsure,
loan them your belief,
now turn to you and
delight in This Truth –

ancestral lines,
yes they had challenges
in their time,
you need not bear
the burdens of past,
but might their Strength
be what forever lasts?
Humankind lives life
the best they can,
decisions are made with
the best-laid plans,
entanglements ensue
as life unfolds,
you may spend a lifetime
loosening those.
Accept, allow where
you are right now,
do not ask ego to
figure out how,
shift to your soul
awareness dear,
call in your ancestors –
always near.

All Light shining,
