Your Strength and Joy

You cannot lose your
Strength and Joy,
though ego wants you
to think so,
these are innate aspects
of You,
your super-powers housed
in your soul.

You may have felt This
as a child,
then what to do in
a tumultuous life,
sometimes to feel safe
in a scary world,
aspects of you needed
to hide.

Reclaim This inner child’s
super-powers,
trust in your soul,
the heart of You,
Love and adore who
has been hiding,
come out, come out and
Be Joy once more.

May you stitch together
All parts of You,
Loving the tapestry
that you weave,
your journey Home is
your remembrance –
I Am forever Love
and Love is me!

Your Eternal Spark

A sliver of moon looks
quite like magic,
hanging in a twilight
sky,
its backdrop is a hopeful
glow,
as you see here does
come more Light.

Sometimes Light exposes
what has been hiding
under shadows dark,
once exposed,
do not run away,
Love’s Light is needed –
your eternal Spark.

Just like the phases
of the moon,
sometimes you are
bright
or waning to new,
You Are a million
stars that twinkle –
that very same Light
is within You.

You Are Love in every
phase of life,
bringing Light to dispel
dark,
the world unfolds as
it does every day,
with You shining as
the sun and stars!

A New Adventure

Sense the shift that
moves around you,
there are doors for
you to choose,
you may not see yet
where you are heading –
but trust the knowing
that is within you.

Might you use a different
navigation,
one that honors
Who You Are,
set a course for
a new adventure,
one that trusts the
magic of the stars.

Allow your energy
and intuition
to take the helm and
with Love lead,
you have All you need
within you,
open Love’s door and
set yourself free!

Your Beautiful Heart

Love as Source moves
always through you,
draw upon this
eternal flow,
Here is Strength,
Courage and passion,
Here is where you
innately know.

From This Presence
move through life,
yes it is challenging
and heavy at times,
Be the spark that
another may see
so they can remember
their own powerful
Light.

Angels and loved ones
are part of This,
always connected and
forever close,
your Team of Love
supports and is always
Here to give you hope.

The world may feel
oppressive,
but rise up through
the fog of life,
answer Love’s call with
your beautiful heart
that fuels your eternal
shining Light!

The Still of You

Follow the stillness
of your breath,
you need not project
your mind to try,
might you find Here
are your answers –
they flow in as if
on high.

Listen to your
inner body,
it is not made up
of separate cells,
yes you know All
are connected,
but listen to what
it wishes to tell.

You may find there
is resistance,
what can you comfort,
Love and soothe,
when you allow,
accept and listen,
might body tell you
what to do?

You need not struggle,
find your flow,
where there is friction,
let Love smooth,
move from Love
instead of fear,
Here is Peace –
in the still of You!

No Strings Attached

Return to earth,
return to nature,
when humanity is
a fitful ride,
when any one of
you realigns,
does this not help
to turn up All Lights.

You may not see the
cause and effect,
trust humanity’s connection –
it is All Here,
knowing your Self as
the Love you seek
is a powerful purpose
and needed everywhere.

Life heightens discord between
brothers and sisters,
does this not mirror what
is within at times,
one side of you knows
innate Peace,
another part of you
is ready for a fight.

You need not bully
either side darling,
Love and honor what
you feel inside,
practice loving you with
no strings attached,
sending Loving ripples
to All in this life!

Comfort and Kindness

In the depths of
a cold winter,
it may be hard to
see the light,
but is not each day
getting lighter,
in the crisp night air
are not stars so bright?

You Are Light and
warmth together,
even when life may
get you down,
your smile may comfort
a total stranger,
what you stand up for
may turn another around.

You are All in this
life together,
find Strength in each other –
Be each other’s Light,
share comfort and kindness
in a cold dark winter,
lifting each other in
this dream of life.

This Integrated You

Analytical minds love
to plan, prepare,
this thinking in life
has served you well,
it may calm some angst
about the future,
you create structure so
you will not fail.

You also love your
imaginative mind,
Here is where you
connect, receive,
you may sense there are
two parts of you,
how to merge as the
Oneness you know
and believe.

Build your awareness
of who is in charge,
might you let go of
needing all “just right,”
allow your creative side
to take the lead,
fill in the rest later with
your detailed mind.

You may be surprised as
pressure slips away,
when outcomes are not
the driving force,
sense faith and trust
in you now grow,
as you enjoy the journey
now even more.

This integrated You is
One with Flow,
you need all aspects
of You in life,
play with surrendering
more and more,
spirit has your back and
loves to share insights!

Your Beautiful Heart

As human emotions
are powerful,
honor all feelings in
life’s chaotic ride,
your heart breaks open
as you witness pain,
divisions form lines –
what is wrong or right?

The human psyche strains
under this weight,
suffering in the linear world
seems everywhere,
even when change is wanted –
it may take time,
what to do when the heaviness
feels too much to bear?

Dear One,
you do not do anything
alone,
look for small miracles
all around you –
stars so clear,
sunsets that take
your breath,
seeing your surroundings
with fresh Gratitude.

Funnel your emotions
to action as you need,
also ground yourself
with roots that go
so deep,
stay in your heart,
it is your greatest
Strength,
remember Who You Are –
returning as you breathe.

You may do myriad
things today,
but one beautiful Truth
is to Be Who You Are,
your heart beats the
rhythm of You so strong,
your Light shines as brightly
as the stars!

A Beacon of Hope

Your soul has purpose
in this life,
have you not wondered
why you are here,
your heart experiences
all highs and lows,
it beats within through
Joy or fear.

Is not your heart
a Beacon of Hope,
its Strength lies in
its tenderness,
Strength does not mean
it is inaccessible –
your heart grows with
Truth and kindness.

Answer Love’s call –
call upon your heart,
Here you plug in to
navigate Truth,
reality in life may be
a cloudy mist,
your Heart of Hope will
guide you through!
