for each other,
reach out a hand and
accept one too,
hearts together are
a natural flow
of Love knowing
what to do.
This may not mean
you have all the
answers,
but see each other
and listen too,
sometimes you feel
you walk alone,
but Love from Everywhere
walks with you.
Who might you call
or contact in a way
that expresses what
is in your heart,
also show up for
yourself –
saying yes to the Truth
of Who You Are!

you can count on
Love’s Foundation
to help you ground,
winds of change,
tumult and chaos
sometimes can toss
you around.
Still, still,
now with a
quiet mind,
sense All you Love
right here,
you travel upon
your journey,
but All who Love you
are forever near.
Rise, rise,
now sense your
innate Strength
that meets you
Everywhere,
You Are steady,
still and rising –
through all of life,
know Love is Here!

All you need to do
is breathe.
Life turns this way
and then that,
you may forget
what is your path,
at any moment,
sometimes dear –
all you need to do
is breathe.
This sweet surrender
is a healing balm,
it can bring Peace,
a sense of calm,
it’s not checking out
but checking in –
and all you need to do
is breathe.
With This Awareness
find clarity,
you may find answers
that you seek,
your knowing has been
Here all along –
you return Home
when you breathe!

You Are a gift,
Love sees you,
believe This Truth.
May you feel
All Love around,
sense angelic wings
surrounding you.
Open your heart
and do believe,
say yes to This
with tenderness.
You need not look
for Love my dear,
Love dwells within,
exhale and rest.
When in doubt,
return to Here,
Here is your Home,
Here You Are safe.
Breathe This in,
You Are beloved,
infinite Love is
Here always!

Foster connections with
each other,
know beloved ones
are connected too,
as human you experience
separation,
but All blend together
in one mystical soup.
You need not talk another
into anything,
simply Be the authentic
You,
listen with a heart
soft and open,
All wish to be seen
and heard too.
Life is a roller coaster
ride of emotions,
human-ness is not
an easy task,
but at the core of
All intrepid beings
is One Light shining
beyond the mask!

Might you embrace
when things come up,
that are ready to be
felt and seen,
a familiar reaction may
now feel foreign,
does it not arrive
looking for release?
You may have wounds
that once needed
protection,
but as your healing
has evolved,
might there be some
outdated armor
that can be removed and
thanked with Love.
Continue to welcome
old wounds to surface,
Here is always a safe
place to Be,
you are always You
even as you let go,
though ego clenches
tightly to identity.
Harness energy when
there is upheaval,
transitional change can
stir things up,
trust that what now
no longer serves you –
in its release,
returns wholly
as Love!

move with other
senses,
intuition needs not
eyes to see,
what sharpens focus
to what is blurry,
the Light of sun
brings clarity.
Uncertainly can make
you feel ungrounded,
but sometimes earth may
move and change,
might you hold space for
hope and inspiration,
All hearts are a map for
world to rearrange.
You Are the Light of
a thousand stars,
turn This Light up to
cut through fog so
dense,
Be steady and grounded
as the Love You Are,
see with the clarity of
Love’s eternal lens!

flow,
a frequency,
a tone you know,
your hair stands up
when you align well
with your soul.
Be This Flow not
just today,
the mystical is Here
always,
tap into This so
Love may lighten
a clearer way.
This Flow grows stronger
when you share,
lighting up connections
here or there –
Beacons of Light
sharing Loving-kindness
Everywhere!

with someone
you feel you know
but never met,
someone filled with
kindness, compassion,
a Heart of Love no one
will forget.
O world soak up
this radiance
of one beloved
with no sides,
someone of beauty
and artistic brilliance,
but how magnificent is
the beauty inside.
Can you not sense
this beloved’s arms
wishing to hold
All in safe space,
take a deep breath of
Love and Kindness
to honor a cherished
Beloved today!

Notice your resistance,
you know this feeling
well,
sense where you feel it,
where do you tighten,
what is your body’s
consistent tell.
You try to counteract
this feeling,
but this can be
resistance too,
better yet –
release it fully,
so it has no place
to cling to.
Your body is a
communicator,
letting you know
the beliefs you hold,
as you dive beneath
the surface,
see what doesn’t serve you –
and let it go.
Life brings its challenges,
but You Are Strength,
do not waste energy
on what you resist,
face life fully as a
powerful soul,
tap into your Truth
as All of This!
