Be the Light.
Where is Peace?
Remember Love.

When life is heavy,
find the light.
Where is Strength?
Remember Love.

When dreams get twisted,
turn on the Light.
Where is Courage?
Remember Love.

When days go flat,
find a sparkling Light.
Where is Joy?
Remember Love.

When you are ready to serve,
turn up your Light.
Where is Humility?
Remember Love.

To open your heart,
let the Light shine in.
Where is Gratitude?
Remember Love.

Infinite Love

What moves beyond
“right or wrong”,
“us or them”,
this way
or that way,
when looking at beliefs
in the human experience,
do you not all
seek to find
where is the “truth”
in the ocean of belief –
how do you find
your way?

Are there not many ways
to navigate,
on an ocean
vast and wide,
might some find their way
through direction,
specific instruction:
“to chart your course,
here is the map,”
might some look to
the stars,
to pinpoint, to find
where they are,
while others will move
with the flow of the
ocean,
getting in tune
with the rhythms
of the waves,
letting the ocean
show them
where they are.

And each experience
is neither right
or wrong –
do you all not set upon
this Journey,
to see,
to experience
what you wish to find,
are there not a
multitude of ways
to move across
the ocean,
as varied as the beliefs
that lie within
each of you?

And though you may travel
a different course,
are you not all connected
by a common thread,
what drives each of you
further along your Journey,
whether across the ocean
or the mountains above,
what resonates in your heart,
what reminds you
that You Are Here –
do you not find yourself
when you find Love?

Is not Love the driving Force
behind many a Journey,
is not Love the fuel
that carries you along
your way,
there is no one “right”
or “wrong” way to travel,
each experience is unique,
showing you a multitude
of ways,
but does Love not light
the way for All,
as infinite as the number
of Journeys,
are All not seeking
Infinite Love?

And you need not cross
a sparkling ocean so wide,
majestic mountains are there,
whether or not you climb
to the top,
the Journey to You
is in the Journey to Love,
and as Love is Always
Where You Are –
welcome Home,
dear traveler,
to the Love That You Are.

Infinite Love.
Endless Light.
You Are Eternal
Infinite Love.

Eyes of Love

When you bring knowing,
an awareness
to where you live
day to day,
when you let Love
shine its Light,
lighting the way
for you to see,
is this not surrender,
a shifting up,
to your Higher Self,
does not looking
through the Eyes of Love
make it easier
to Be?

These eyes are not
rose-colored glasses,
though they are
a filter of what
you see –
you are not
closing your eyes
or turning away
from what you see,
but you can switch
your perspective
from a view that is dim
to one so bright –
does not Love bring
the colors of the rainbow,
bringing beauty
to your sight?

You can work to change
what goes on around you,
good work,
good deeds,
help the world evolve –
but as your consciousness expands,
are you not seeing
a different You –
when you look through the
Eyes of Love,
does this not paint
a different view?

Do you not see
all rocky roads
are leading you
to what you know?
Here Is Love.
You Are Love.
Can you see Love
all around you
when you look through
the Eyes of Love?

Surrender.
Shift.
Look through your
Eyes of Love.
There You Are!
Shining Bright.
Full of color,
full of Light.

Bring the colors
of the rainbow
to All that you
say and do –
Be Love.
Be Light.
Be You.

A Hug of Love

Wrapped in a hug
of Love.

You hug a child
and when they
are so young,
do they not melt
in the arms of Love,
you hug your pets,
hold them close
to you,
as this Loving Force
surrounds you, too –
there is a contentment,
peace,
a smile forms –
when you are wrapped
in a hug of Love.

You hug your family,
your friends so dear,
some you can bear hug,
others a quick hug
will do,
but do all not respond
when arms reach
out wide,
when with open hearts,
feeling Love inside –
you are wrapped
in a hug of Love.

And as all is energy,
you need not be near
to send an intention
of a hug
to someone dear –
who could use a hug
that you may not
usually include
on your list to Love,
but do not All
long for Love,
to remind them of
Who They Are –
can you send a loving
thought,
wrapping them in
a hug of Love?

When you are feeling
separation,
feeling that you
are alone,
a physical hug
can be a comforting
reminder of Love –
but we wish
to assure you,
Love Is Everywhere
You Are –
can you focus on
your heart
and feel it wrapped lovingly in
a hug of Love?

Love always surrounds you.
It is a hug
that is always there.
Cradling You.
Supporting You.
You Are So Loved.
You Are Always
wrapped in
a hug of Love.

Circle of Love

Form a circle.
Gather ’round.
Who do you see
in your Circle of Love?
They may be near
or far away –
across the miles,
or Loved Ones
that you will see
one day,
but are All
not here,
circling around
your grateful heart,
for does not your
Circle of Love
surround you, too?

Place settings may change,
friends come and go,
traditions may stay,
some are memories past,
you may wonder at times,
“Where am I to sit?”
There is always a place
in the Circle of Love.

Form a circle.
Gather ’round.
Is it not your heart
that forms
the Circle of Love?
Do you not begin
with Love,
letting your heart expand,
who can you surround
with your Circle of Love –
you need not physically
be at the table
or feast,
to partake in the bounty
of a Circle of Love.

Form a circle,
now let it expand,
yes, you make room
in your Circle of Love –
there is always a place
for you to Be,
join hearts,
feel the Love
that surrounds you now –
come sit at the table
of the Circle of Love.

Form a circle.
Gather ’round.
Hearts connecting
in Gratitude,
always connected
with Love.

A Journey Within

You wish to open doors
to see what is on
the other side,
is this not what
awareness is –
an inkling,
a knowing,
a remembering,
that bubbles up
from deep within –
each door you open
invites you in
to remember
another aspect
of You,
until you become
aware
that You already exist
from here to there.

There are no doors
or walls that divide
the you that is
remembering
the You inside,
even if you cannot understand
through your mind –
do you not search,
read and pursue
this Journey within?

What once was
four walls
is now open to
All That Is –
does not your
soul rejoice
as you remember
You?

Be patient.
Be a student.
Be a teacher.
Be it All.

Soak up what resonates,
discard what doesn’t fit.
You have all the time
you need,
as time does not
exist.

There is no end to what
you have come to Know –
You Are Love,
made from Love
and You Are Loved So!

A Quilt of Love

Love it all.

Being human can be like
a rollercoaster ride,
with emotions that are felt,
sometimes up
and sometimes down,
at times intense,
sometimes you are numb,
you may feel Joy
or deep regret –
what a spectrum
of experiences
that can vary
in a day,
in a life –
Love it all.

You wish to understand
as you travel upon
this Journey,
searching for meaning,
to know why
did you do this
or they do that –
have not all of
your experiences
brought you to
where you are
right now –
Love it all.

You are unique
as you are human,
with experiences
just for you,
but when you look
a bit more closely,
do not others
feel this, too –
can all not learn
from what is different,
makes you take notice,
then do you not find –
at your core,
do not all seek Love
and in the looking –
Love it all.

You weave a tapestry
of color,
but are you not part
of a bigger quilt,
each section tells
a story,
are you not a beautiful
part of the Whole?
Is there not comfort
in the Knowing
that this quilt
is made from Love –
Love is what connects you,
it is what holds you
all together –
Love it all.

What you see
in another
is a reminder
they are You –
can you open
up your heart,
to Love them
and Love you, too –
you can change,
you can remain,
but there is healing
when you see,
all of your experiences
bring you to You,
so you can
Love it all.

You Are Precious.
You Are Loved,
wrapped in the
Quilt of Love.
See the Love
in Who You Are –
Love it All.

Amazing Love

“. . . was lost,
but now
I’m found . . . ”

And do not these words
from a familiar hymn
speak to an awareness,
a knowing of one’s self,
but might we remind you,
you are never really
“lost?”

Is not feeling lost
an element of
a human perspective,
an orienting
to time and space,
when familiar to your
surroundings,
you may feel at home,
when much around you
appears different,
do you not sometimes
feel lost?

When going through
many changes,
you may not recognize
yourself,
or might you get “lost”
in layers of story
and beliefs?

What part of you
seeks to be seen,
to be found,
be made aware –
what feels like home,
what honors All
That You Are –
can you find
that place of knowing,
the sweet spot
that Is You –
that once was lost
but now is found,
is it not Love
that leads you Home?

As you strip away
the layers
to find the Truth
of Who You Are,
your Love shines brightly,
when you peel away
the story that surrounds you,
with clearer eyes
can you see
how amazing
you truly are –
“was blind,
but now
I see . . .”

With Grace,
with Strength and Courage,
You Are Always,
Always Love.

Never lost,
always found.
There You Are!
You Are Home.

Love Heals

Love heals.

Yes, hearts can break,
feel sad,
can mourn,
but can not
your beautiful heart expand
to tenderly,
lovingly,
fill each crack
with the healing balm
of Love?
Love heals.

In the human duality,
yes, the heart can play
many roles,
going through cycles,
feeling full,
feeling loss,
as it is the center
of your Be-ing –
but do these experiences
not give you the
opportunity
to see beyond
what is
or is not?
Love heals.

With Gratitude,
does Love not fill you,
lift you up,
filling in the spaces
you thought were empty,
healing wounds
you thought were ignored –
does Love not see you
as You Are –
a magnificent Be-ing
of Love expressed –
when you see You
through the Eyes of Love –
Love heals.

Yes, your human heart
may sometimes
feel worn and battered
from the ups and downs
of the experience of life,
but with Strength and Courage,
can you not expand
the heart and soul
of Who You Are –
to experience the Love,
the Heart of You,
that nurtures,
that cradles you
in its loving arms –
is this not when
the healing begins?
Love heals.

See you
with the
loving heart
of You.

Love fills.
Love soothes.
Love heals.

A Breath of Gratitude

Gratitude.

And does not Gratitude
flow on every breath
that you take,
for as you breathe,
are you not breathing in
Gratitude?

Is not the breath
where Gratitude begins
while in this experience
here on earth,
yes, there are times
when the earthly experience
leaves you less than
grateful,
but is there not
a sweetness,
an arriving,
a lifting,
when Gratitude
finds its way
back to your heart?

In Gratitude,
can you not
let go,
is there not relief
that begins to flow,
do you not experience
acceptance,
when you allow Gratitude in,
when defenses are down,
when you can smile,
look around
and feel the Gratitude
That Is You,
are you not lifted up,
does Love not expand
on the wings,
in the energy
of Gratitude?

With Love and Gratitude
can you not fly,
even the sky
is not the limit –
there is no limit
to You,
did not Love
breathe your first breath,
does Love not exist
beyond your last?

Are you not eternally
Love and Gratitude?

In Gratitude,
may you accept
and allow
All That Is –
and That Is You!

You Are Love.
