Sharing Love

Is not a shared experience
one that helps you to connect,
you may bond over
brutal weather,
or a challenging event
you would rather forget,
do you not come together
with a sporting team you cheer,
do not years of history
help you feel close
to friends so dear?

But are there not connections
that are much harder to see,
when you share a sense,
a feeling,
that something binds you
close to All,
do you not begin to share
experiences
that help open up
your hearts –
and when they do,
do you not Know
that you are All
connected by Love?

You need not share proximity,
does not Love exist Everywhere?
You may connect with kindred spirits
or with those no longer here –
can you be in the company
of strangers,
but do you not know
everyone,
does not their heart
beat with yours,
as you beat with the
Love of One?

When Love is what is shared,
do not experiences help to enforce,
that you may walk a different path,
but do not all roads
lead you back to Source?

You may wave to some
upon your Journey,
you may share the steps
you take,
some may take a road
less traveled,
or one you may not wish
to make,
but do you not share Love
with every soul
that you meet along the way,
is not a shared experience
one that lets You
experience Love?

Do you not feel the connection
when those around you
turn up the Love,
turn up your Light
even brighter,
Light and Love are
what you are made of –
add your Light to all
Bright Lights
and may this Light
be seen above,
is not the Expression
of One
Light enough to
shine for All?

Share Love.
Share Light.
Give freely of
Who You Are.
See it reflected
back to You –
One Light,
One Love.

A Circle of Love

Where does Love
wish to go,
today?

You may identify needs
of yourself,
or others,
some may be requested,
some may be apparent,
but does not Love always know
where to go,
what to do,
might you turn up
the Light,
build the power
and ask,
where does Love
wish to go,
today?

Is it not in the giving
that your heart opens up,
does it not help to look
outside of where you are,
but giving is receiving,
and as a circle
is unbroken,
as Love connects you
to the Heart of All –
what you give
you receive
and at the heart
of All that matters –
where does Love
wish to go,
today?

Can you be a
Generator of Love
when the lights
begin to flicker,
can you turn up
the power,
a part of the cosmic grid,
are you not plugged into
Source,
the Source of All
Light and Love,
you need not know
who needs a boost,
a jump-start
to find their way,
does not Love
know where to go,
today?

Charge up.
Tap in.
Tune in to Love.
Send Light and Love
through the never-ending
circle.

Keep it going.
Keep it flowing.
Send it out
and take it in.

Love is Everywhere
You Are,
today.

Weightless

Be weightless.

Why do you enjoy
swimming underwater
or floating on a raft
on top of the waves,
do you not have dreams
of flying unencumbered,
do you not envy the kite
aloft in the breeze,
can you not in an instant
have a birds-eye view,
when visualizing soaring
over it all,
can you not transcend
your earthly existence –
be weightless.

Yes, gravity is a force
you incorporate daily,
laws of physics keep you
anchored on the earth,
but moments in the water
or in your meditative mind,
do they not free you
from any burdens
that may be weighing you down,
when you wish to break away,
to be free of the chatter,
are you not in the spaces,
that are light and in between –
be weightless.

You know you are so much
more than your body,
you have felt the expansive space
where Love is always there –
as you integrate
your awareness
into your body,
your be-ing,
is not Love able to permeate
any object,
any thing –
are not the Ripples of Love
like the ripples of water,
do they not spread,
do they not flow,
unencumbered by anything –
does Love not find a way
through any resistance
it may encounter,
is not Love,
weightless?

Love is in the spaces.
Love is in the cracks.
Love is in between
Here and There.

Be Everywhere
and Nowhere.
Be Love.
Be Free.
Be where you wish
to flow –
Be weightless.

Trust Love

Trust Love.

You may have disappointments,
life may go up and down,
your scenery may change
all around you,
or it may stay the same –
one day all falls into place,
the next it scatters once again,
what can you always go back to,
what is constant and is there –
trust Love.

An observer can look at all
with an objective eye,
when you are in the midst
of a drama,
is it not hard to feel the flow,
what anchors you,
what grounds you
and what lets you fly high –
do you not sense
Who You Are,
when you are able to
trust Love?

You may need to shift
your perspective,
yes, there are many tools
for this,
but Love is ever-present,
always ready,
at your fingertips –
when you wish to witness
the Truth
of Who You Are
at any time –
take a moment,
take a break,
be still and
trust Love.

You need not ride
the rollercoaster of life,
with its ups and downs,
when you are down,
is it not Love
that helps you
to get back up,
can you observe,
shaking your head,
by what life can bring
your way
and know that all
roads you are on,
are leading you to
trust Love?

Take a step back,
turn up your Light.
See the Truth of
Who You Are.
Love is within You,
Love is around You,
Believe in You
and Trust Love.

Building With Love

Do not building blocks
help you to climb,
help you to see,
what you may not
have been able
to perceive
from where you were?

Is it not in
experience
that you shift
and grow,
are you not
at times like
a ball of dough –
might you knead this
in order to create that,
is not the push
and pull
of life’s experience
often the catalyst
that lets you know
where you can welcome
in more Light,
so you can better see?

Can you step upon
each building block
that is made of Love
to lift you up,
it may be hard not
to bring expectation in,
but can you have Faith
in the Process of Love,
that helps peel off
what may cover up
the expression of Love
That You Are –
are you not shaping,
are you not creating,
so that your human side
can see the magnificence
of Who You Are?

Feel the Gratitude
for every experience,
each one a building block
for you to climb,
you are your own
mountain
in this Journey of Life –
you can sit at the top
or you can experience
the hike,
no matter what route
you take,
you are already there –
a magnificent
Expression of Love.

Celebrate You.

“What’s that?” you say,
it is not a birthday,
it is not a special day,
can you move away
from what time,
or day,
or year
it is –
in this moment
and with Love,
might you celebrate
You?

You have multiple markers
in the human life –
to make achievements,
to chart progress,
to take stock
of what you have
done,
there are times you
celebrate
for a job well done.
On holidays,
during gatherings,
you may celebrate
a special time –
but we ask you now,
might you celebrate
You?

What is a celebration –
is it not a time
to see You,
to bring in Joy,
to open your heart,
to be surrounded
by Love, too,
you may think Love
is a special moment
that only happens
once in a blue moon,
but as You Are Love,
are you not eternally
special –
so might you celebrate
You?

Can you invite others
to the party,
do not All have everything
they need –
can you imagine
the confetti,
the Lights
that can be seen
from up above,
would not Love spread
so quickly,
if a party
for Love could be –
as simple as each of you
remembering to celebrate
You?

Celebrate the Truth
of Who You Are.
You Are Amazing.
You Are Magnificent.
With Love,
Celebrate You.

Be Love today.

Be a breath of
fresh air,
infuse a room
with Light,
give a boost,
be there,
when someone
needs you to
Be.

Instead of waiting
to receive,
what do you have
to give –
can you make a
Circle of Love
that begins with You,
can you release Love
and let it go
where it may,
will Love not always
come back to you?

Be Love today.
It need not be
complicated
or fully thought out –
a kind gesture,
a warm smile,
can go a long way,
surprise yourself,
surprise another,
bring Love into
work or play,
you may be surprised
at the magic
that brightens
your day.

Even in the “doing”
of a day with
a list,
can you add
at the top –
Be Love Today?

And do not forget you
with your infusions
of Love –
pat yourself,
give you a hug,
tell yourself
I Love You –
see the smile,
feel the warmth,
as you are enveloped
with Light,
shine it now
for All to see –
for a minute
or for a day.

Love Is healing.
Love Is precious.
Love Is powerful.
Love Is You.
Take a chance.
Take a moment.
Be Love
today.

Respect Love

Respect Love.

Is not the simplest way
to respect Love,
to simply Be Love?

As You Are Love,
is not being present
with another
in the Presence
of Love
a way,
a space,
of reverence,
of honoring,
of respecting,
is not the simple
act of listening
a way to respect Love?

And as you look into
another’s eyes,
are you not able
to see the Love
that resides in All –
and from your
space of Love,
is it not easy
to honor,
to respect Love?

As it is Love
that connects
you All,
there may be times
when it is hard
to see,
but does not searching
for each Light’s Love
open your heart wider,
so you may be
a beacon,
a spotlight,
exclaiming,
“Here is Love!”
as you shine your
Light,
as you respect Love?

May you honor,
may you acknowledge,
each Light of Love.
Are you not all beams
of a Greater Light?

Do you not grow in Love
when you can see
All Lights –
with reverence,
with respect,
in the
Presence of Love.

With Faith

In the still
of a cold, dark
winter,
do you not have Faith
that there is
more light –
seeping in,
ever slowly,
but each day
the sun always rises
again,
and underneath
the snow,
under frozen ground,
does not growth await,
for the warmth,
for the Light,
when the timing
is right?

With Faith
does not come
patience,
with Gratitude
do you not applaud
each step?
There is no need
to hurry,
can you accept
what flows
with Love –
keep your face
towards the Light,
focus your heart
on this Path of Love,
let the Light
keep Hope burning,
as you follow
what you dream of.

You can follow
nature’s lead,
and Be each season
that unfolds,
adapting to your
surroundings,
but with a purpose
through all time –
are you not the Light
of the moon,
the stars,
the Light and warmth
of the sun,
as each new day
is dawning,
do you not create
with Light and Love?

Let Love shine its Light
on you,
let Love keep you
going strong,
even when it is dark,
the glow of light
will help you along,
with Faith during a cold, dark winter,
do you not know
that spring will come –
Trust that with
Light and Love,
you will always
find your way
to where you belong?

With Faith
there is Hope.
With Trust,
there is Love.
You Are Light.
You Are Love.
Shine your Light
and have Faith
in You.

An Origin of Love

“Where do you come from?”
You may ask
to find out an
origin,
a place to start,
to categorize,
to label,
to make sense
of where a story
begins.

And yes, the body
has its roots
in the elements
of the earth –
Mother Earth
gives you what
you need to be
alive,
and of all the
wonders of the world –
are you not a wonder, too?

“Where do you come from?”
you may ask
to the You who
looks back,
who knows there is more
than meets the eye,
do you not sense
the connections
with the earth,
in nature,
with people
who see You,
as they see
themselves, too –
is there not common ground
when it is the
connection to Love,
that begins without
a sound,
do you not sense
the Flow of Love
when you know Love
as your origin?

“Where do you come from”
and “where are you going,”
may make sense
in a timeline
that has a beginning
and an end,
but as Love is Eternal,
as Love Always Is –
Is Love not before the
beginning,
with no limit
and with no end?

“Where do you come from?”
Do you not create You
in every moment,
with every breath –
for is it not Love
that breathes
this life
into you –
and even when the breath
is over
on this earth,
there is nowhere
that you go,
for Everywhere You Are.

Still You Are –
Here With Love.
Always present.
Always Love.
You Are Home,
You come from Love.
