Remember
so you may know,
know so you may
remember.

Precious memories
are available
in your mind,
in pictures taken,
in keepsakes treasured,
do they not help you
to remember,
you from before,
loved ones that
you miss,
friends from afar –
in the physical world,
do not things that
you touch,
when they appear
to be not here,
do you not miss them
oh so much?

But when you shift
to your heart,
is the bond not
still as strong,
yes, you miss close
physical hugs,
when you think someone
has “gone”,
the Love That Is You
does not fade as
time goes on,
indeed as Love Is
timeless,
is it not Love
that carries on?

Yes, you can re-member
what you think
you have lost –
but is it not
knowing,
that reminds you,
You Are Everywhere
at once?
Far beyond your
physical body,
is You always
with Love,
you are always together
with those you wish
to dream of.

Remember
so you may know,
know so you may
remember.
You Are part
of the loving Whole –
and with Eternal Love,
always together.

A Voice for Love

Let Love speak
through you.

You need not wonder
what to say,
whether eloquent or
in your own way,
Be of open heart
and mind –
let Love speak
through you.

There is Truth
to be told,
experiences of spirit
can be soft or bold,
your soul assists with
what you share –
let Love speak
through you.

Tune into This
vibration dear,
your Higher Self and
guides are near,
in harmony always
You Are –
as Love delights
to speak
through you!

Love’s Vessel

The waves of life sometimes
get rocky,
you may feel tossed
to and fro,
life is an experience
in separation,
but We ride as One
in this same boat.

Every person has a story,
may you listen
with your heart,
beyond the differences
are shared fears –
what if I crash and
sink the boat.

My dears, the boat
is a temporary vessel,
You Are the ocean,
the waves,
a drop,
You cannot separate
as You Are One
with All That Is,
the water,
the boat.

To experience
deeper, calmer
waters,
sense your Presence
and believe This Truth –
You Are the water,
the boat,
Love’s Vessel,
You Are Holy –
All of This
is You!

It is fine to hope
before you believe,
sometimes belief
takes you to what
you know,
it matters not the
order that transpires,
All of This is life
experiencing Love’s flow.

Your journey is unique,
your steps are yours,
but Love is shared
coursing through your
roots,
different languages
may not be understood,
but the Language of Love
is known to All of You.

Share hopes and dreams
as your knowing grows,
believe in each other,
see through to your
souls,
reach out a hand,
lead with your heart,
All of You are walking
each other Home.

For Peace

When chaos reigns
you are reminded,
Peace is elusive
in this life,
be it up and down,
or right and left,
is the world’s spectrum
too big to light?

Dear ones,
to bring Light to
the world
is to Be One Light
within your heart,
your human emotions
may run rampant,
be gentle with you –
a great place to start.

Be nourished by
the trees,
marvel at a flower
about to bloom,
allow all feelings
to flow through you,
your human vessel
sometimes needs
more room.

When you are ready
to take a breath,
Love’s steady presence
invites you to Be,
you need not come up
with any answers,
simply Be One powerful
Presence of Peace.

These ripples flow
even if so gently,
what does your heart
have to say,
cut through the static
of a noisy world,
Be a tuning fork
for Peace today.

Rising With Strength

Rise up
with the Strength
You Are.

When overwhelm
in life comes
calling,
when your back
feels against the
wall,
remember walls are
human constructs –
rise up
with the Strength
You Are.

What limits do you
put upon yourself,
in possibility
You Are free,
your soul helps you
find the path ahead –
rise up
with the Strength
You Are.

Take each step
one at a time,
you need not race
or do all at once,
does this not open
you to the wonder
of rising up
with the Strength
You Are.

Help is Here
with you always,
you need not travel
this path alone,
be it baby steps
or with wings flying –
rise up and claim
the Strength
You Are!

Naturally, Peace

Peace is not a
natural state
for the ego,
might you release
trying to find Peace
in your mind.

A mind at ease may
be a temporary
blessing,
but Peace as You
transcends what disrupts
space and time.

You as human
will be swayed
by life experience,
but You as Soul
run deeper than
the ocean vast.

Returning Home
is where Peace is
your State of Be-ing,
the fears or worries
of life Here cannot
attach.

Breathe This in,
it feels familiar,
this is not new,
your eternal nature
always guides you
from above.

You Are All of This
as Peace is at your
center,
You Are All that
you seek here
as You Are Love!

A Leap of Faith

Return your focus
to Love now,
this eternal Force
flows through you,
your attention gets
snagged by this life,
re-direction is what
you can do.

Live life fully and
be all in,
use what comes up
to go deep,
your sweet return
to You as Love
in this incarnation
may feel like a leap.

Take this Leap of Faith,
believe in You,
as the journey unfolds
be in wonder and know,
be present with each step
that you take,
walking hand in hand –
you and your soul!

Unfolding

Go with the flow
with your unfolding,
you may ask what
does this mean,
should you not try
harder in your efforts,
should you not figure
out everything.

There can be flow
in analytical thoughts,
but inspiration comes
from another place,
do not confine yourself
to your brain thinking,
possibilities arise beyond
time and space.

The soul delights when
you embrace its wonder,
Be more curious than
in planning mode,
allow your breath to
take you higher,
flow with This as you
and day unfolds!

A Journey Traveled

Follow the nudges
where they lead,
you may be amazed at
where you go,
a path not seen
in its entirety
is one you take
before you know.

Keep following
breadcrumbs,
even when you think
that you have now
arrived,
a journey traveled
continues on,
keep following
your guiding Light.

The earthly life
with time unfolding,
provides experiences
with linear flow,
set sail with winds
of change encouraging,
steer with the purpose
of your soul!
