Healing Compassion

In life it can be
hard to see the
Light in everyone
you meet,
human experience
can dim and fade
what once was spark
now is in retreat.

But is this not
a human condition,
one forged in pain
and much despair,
might You as soul
know at each core
is You as One
with another there.

Instead of fighting
one another,
keep forging ahead with
what you know,
may compassion and mercy
be the healing balm of
your innate soul.

Stand tall with
Love and mercy,
yes do what life
calls you to do,
shine your Light
so others can see
their own spark
continues to burn too.

Do not despair
as life unfolds
in its own time
that may seem
long and hard,
in This Moment,
your Love and
compassion
are the arms that
gather All souls
as One!

In Love’s Stillness

In Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.

There is respite
in your breath,
when topsy-turvy
is life’s norm,
turn your attention
to This Calm –
in Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.

Find Love’s Truth –
it will rise and
sparkle,
You Are innately
tuned to This,
shine your Light upon
what is in your heart,
in Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.

When another speaks
This Truth,
voices rise and speak
as One,
sense your Strength
as you center and
pace yourself,
In Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.

Love arises without
conditions,
This cannot be
expelled or lost,
tune into your
full heart beating
Truth –
as Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace!

Your Strength Within

May Love reveal
the Strength within
you,
it has been Here
all the time,
you can release
walls of protection
you thought you
needed to be
fine.

Here You Are
as Strength and
Courage,
use all that you
have learned here,
releasing old beliefs
is honoring this you
that now sees so clear.

With the help of
your soul that is
connected always
to This Love,
behold your path
unfolding in life,
know You Are what
you have been
dreaming of!

A Beacon of Hope

Love cannot help
but rise.

Life in this world
may feel so heavy,
between mother nature
and man-made events,
when humanity appears
to falter,
Love cannot help
but rise.

A mountain may appear
insurmountable,
but by linking
arm in arm,
join together as
One Heart beating,
Love cannot help
but rise.

Regroup, realign,
Be Love’s resurrection,
may you Be Courageous
in your new growth,
trust and Be Love’s
Eternal Truth –
O Beacon of Light,
Love sees you rise!

Centered and Whole

Listen to the steady
rhythms of your
heart and breath
at rest,
return Here to
your Peace
when life is full
of human-ness.

The world may throw
out many things
to see what may
ultimately stick,
humanity is a pendulum,
rising on one side
until another clicks.

Heed your internal
call to Love,
it may be a respite
or a call to act,
know completely
you are supported,
in your wholeness
you remain intact.

From your center
aligned and balanced,
yes participate in
the world,
as life’s sands blow
all around you,
shine your Light –
Love’s precious pearl!

A Bright Light Shining

May you see with
your clear Vision,
yes there may be bumps
in the road,
be flexible in your
navigation,
ready for what life
may unfold.

Reflect upon who has
come before you,
who do you hold up
to endear,
now gaze upon
the face in the
mirror,
You Have chosen
to Be Here.

You need not change
the world,
but may you sense
your Strength
my dear,
turn your heart up
to its potential,
your call to Love
brings the angels
near.

Do not underestimate
your Self,
Be You authentic
in every way,
may you Be a bright
Light shining,
with All who share
Love’s Light today!

Being You

Be you –
right where
you are.

You may wish
for future gifts
or you may long
for moments past,
yes all of this
makes you human,
but Be you –
right where
you are.

You create in
every moment,
Here is the perfect
place to Be,
let the day unfold
as it will
and Be you
right where
you are.

Be Love’s journey
in time and space,
you are the perfect
you for This,
allowing time to
disappear
is Be-ing you
right where
you are.

Notice what drops
into consciousness,
your soul loves to
flow with you,
may this integration
Be your Now,
This is You
right where
you are.

Is This not the
Gift of Love,
to know
You Are Here
always,
Be curious,
Be in wonder
and Be You
right where
You Are!

Again and Again

Replenish,
rejuvenate,
much like plants
soak up needed
rain,
allow Love to
shower you –
soak it up
again and again.

Life and ego
can make it
hard to move
with ease but
This you know,
saying yes to Love
flips a master switch
that allows you to
move and flow.

Imagine You as
Infinity,
with no beginning
and with no end,
move along the weight
of the world,
in the cycles of life,
find Light again!

You Belong

You belong.

There is a longing
that is ancient
in the human
journey here,
no matter where
you roam upon
the earth –
beloved,
you belong.

You may have years
in one community
or have found a
brand new home,
even when displaced
by disaster –
dearest one,
you belong.

Love is your Home
no matter if you end
your day with others
or alone,
Love is breathing you,
adoring you, dear child –
you belong.

You Are a Light
to fellow Lights,
you are honored your
whole life through,
as you are grounded
to the earth and sky,
to Everything,
you belong!

One Heart

Connecting with those
who you Love,
be this here or in
worlds unseen,
Love is powerful when
shared, connected,
Love and laughter can
heal anything.

Call upon those
who you Love,
may you rekindle
Love’s sweet spark,
may the Light of Love
remind that You are All
joined by One Heart.

Time can pass but
Love remains,
forever shared with
hearts so dear,
talk to friends,
loved ones,
the angels –
All are One
in your heart
Here!
