Amazing You

Are there not times 
when you surprise
yourself,
able to handle challenges
that come up,
do you not rise in moments
that if you knew before – 
you would have said
“too much.”

Yes life is always 
full of surprises
and you can still wish
for Peace and calm,
but when push comes 
to shove are you not
able to navigate through 
any storm?

This is You in any
present moment,
doing what you can 
with what you need 
to do,
acknowledge the many 
challenges you have
faced,
Love honors this 
Amazing You!

 

Your Wild Heart

Listen to your 
wild heart,
what rhythm does 
it beat today,
play not small – 
let Strength and Courage
accompany you as 
you find your way.

You may have colored 
within the lines,
often to fit in a 
certain mold,
You Are unique,
your expression is 
needed,
to add to All that 
makes up the Whole.

Allow each step to 
unfold with Grace,
you need not rush,
but set intentions
clear,
dance to the rhythms
you have heard so long,
as past and future align
with You – Here!

All You Need

Remember Love flows 
always through you,
no matter what life
tosses your way,
you may not like 
how it shows up,
sometimes it wreaks
havoc upon your day.

Be aware of what 
you resist,
this need not mean
to like what you don’t,
but you can handle 
what comes your way,
problem-solving is skill
that you have honed.

Meet life with open
acceptance,
this allows you to move
to the next step,
what can you do to 
make a difference,
something big or small 
that you have not 
tried yet.

Move your energy to 
Here I Am,
and from This Presence
experience life,
you have All you need
within you,
Love is how you eternally
shine your Light!

Cherishing You

Drink a cup of soothing
warmth,
this is self-love that 
you do,
what might you do 
throughout the day,
to show your self 
that you love you.

Give your self a break
from judgment,
acknowledge moments 
big or small,
this life is not for 
faint of heart,
you may feel that 
you have given 
it all.

Today be a sponge 
for gifts received,
you need not wait 
for them to appear,
receive your own 
hope and kindness,
tell your self – 
I believe you dear.

From before dawn 
early breaking,
to when you see the 
stars in the sky,
cherish you throughout 
this day,
filled with the warmth
of your eternal Light!

Radiant Clarity

You find warmth when
seasons change,
appreciating sun with 
warming rays,
does not your heart
emit the same,
providing comfort on 
difficult days.

Trees bare of leaves 
still stand so tall,
against blowing wind
they bend not break,
sometimes brisk air 
brings clarity,
sharpening your focus
on decisions to make.

You Are clarity as 
your True Essence,
stand in your Power
like wintering Tree,
be seen as your 
Authentic Self – 
radiating Light 
for All to see!

Imperfectly Love

You often have heard – 
“love one another,”
this is a blessed thing
to do,
but is not a first step
in this endeavor
to truly Love and 
accept you?

As human you are not 
meant to be perfect
in a world of revolving
doors,
one day you think 
you can count on 
structures strong,
then change rips out
walls and floors.

Your ego has worked
hard to keep you 
safe and sound,
but some of these protections
need to go,
do these not naturally 
dissolve when you 
allow yourself to 
change and grow?

Allowance of you as 
uniquely human
opens a door to accept
your Truth – 
You Are a soul that 
rejoices in this 
endeavor of Love –
experiencing you!

The Magic of Gratitude

On this day of 
collective thanks,
grounded and strong 
is Gratitude,
this is of course 
something to be 
shared,
but is it not also
what can change 
your view?

Ego feels heavy and
weighs you down
with limiting beliefs –
a colorless gray,
now breathe in the 
magic of Gratitude,
do not All colors now
come out to play?

Possibility thrives 
with Gratitude,
your lightness of Be-ing
soaks up this fuel,
yes on this day give 
heartfelt thanks,
as you infinitely shine
with Gratitude!

A trying day,
more sleep you
need,
signals cross
when alignment 
you seek,
know This Truth 
is yours eternal – 
Love holds space
for you,
always.

A new idea as 
doubts emerge,
shake off the old
as new appears,
in your creative 
place you shine,
as Love holds space
for you,
always.

Sense your connection,
vibrations rise,
You Are the earth and
beyond the sky,
Be bold,
Be fearless,
Be strong,
Be free – 
dear Love holds space
for you,
always!

A Sacred Reflection

Consciousness arises in 
all things,
from majestic tree to 
a blade of grass,
is that not why nature
is a mirror,
to help you see You 
looking through the 
glass.

Trees are a wondrous 
filtering system,
but not only to help
you breathe,
is nature not a  
healing womb,
a sacred refuge when
Peace you need.

May you sense You
in This alignment,
holding favorite rock
or having crystal near,
may ancient knowledge 
nature lovingly shares,
help you remember 
Who You Are Here!
