No Strings Attached

Return to earth,
return to nature,
when humanity is
a fitful ride,
when any one of
you realigns,
does this not help
to turn up All Lights.

You may not see the
cause and effect,
trust humanity’s connection –
it is All Here,
knowing your Self as
the Love you seek
is a powerful purpose
and needed everywhere.

Life heightens discord between
brothers and sisters,
does this not mirror what
is within at times,
one side of you knows
innate Peace,
another part of you
is ready for a fight.

You need not bully
either side darling,
Love and honor what
you feel inside,
practice loving you with
no strings attached,
sending Loving ripples
to All in this life!

Comfort and Kindness

In the depths of
a cold winter,
it may be hard to
see the light,
but is not each day
getting lighter,
in the crisp night air
are not stars so bright?

You Are Light and
warmth together,
even when life may
get you down,
your smile may comfort
a total stranger,
what you stand up for
may turn another around.

You are All in this
life together,
find Strength in each other –
Be each other’s Light,
share comfort and kindness
in a cold dark winter,
lifting each other in
this dream of life.

This Integrated You

Analytical minds love
to plan, prepare,
this thinking in life
has served you well,
it may calm some angst
about the future,
you create structure so
you will not fail.

You also love your
imaginative mind,
Here is where you
connect, receive,
you may sense there are
two parts of you,
how to merge as the
Oneness you know
and believe.

Build your awareness
of who is in charge,
might you let go of
needing all “just right,”
allow your creative side
to take the lead,
fill in the rest later with
your detailed mind.

You may be surprised as
pressure slips away,
when outcomes are not
the driving force,
sense faith and trust
in you now grow,
as you enjoy the journey
now even more.

This integrated You is
One with Flow,
you need all aspects
of You in life,
play with surrendering
more and more,
spirit has your back and
loves to share insights!

Your Beautiful Heart

As human emotions
are powerful,
honor all feelings in
life’s chaotic ride,
your heart breaks open
as you witness pain,
divisions form lines –
what is wrong or right?

The human psyche strains
under this weight,
suffering in the linear world
seems everywhere,
even when change is wanted –
it may take time,
what to do when the heaviness
feels too much to bear?

Dear One,
you do not do anything
alone,
look for small miracles
all around you –
stars so clear,
sunsets that take
your breath,
seeing your surroundings
with fresh Gratitude.

Funnel your emotions
to action as you need,
also ground yourself
with roots that go
so deep,
stay in your heart,
it is your greatest
Strength,
remember Who You Are –
returning as you breathe.

You may do myriad
things today,
but one beautiful Truth
is to Be Who You Are,
your heart beats the
rhythm of You so strong,
your Light shines as brightly
as the stars!

A Beacon of Hope

Your soul has purpose
in this life,
have you not wondered
why you are here,
your heart experiences
all highs and lows,
it beats within through
Joy or fear.

Is not your heart
a Beacon of Hope,
its Strength lies in
its tenderness,
Strength does not mean
it is inaccessible –
your heart grows with
Truth and kindness.

Answer Love’s call –
call upon your heart,
Here you plug in to
navigate Truth,
reality in life may be
a cloudy mist,
your Heart of Hope will
guide you through!

Be Peace Darling

You may not find Peace
where you’re looking,
it is not a location
that you seek,
you work to turn
your inside out,
when Peace feels close
you sneak a peek.

Peace is not an
answer coming,
it is not a destination
to draw near,
Peace hums softly
in your bones,
a call for you to
remember dear.

Peace is your natural
State of Be-ing,
it never has disappeared
from you,
you need not find it
in the world,
Peace is your soul’s
only point of view.

This is why we say –
Be Peace darling,
Be the entrainment
you wish to find,
hum the melody of
your soul,
Be the Presence of Peace –
remember and remind.

This Recipe of Life

The word “should” is
ego’s favorite,
second-guessing you
in life,
then does judgment
not come quickly,
parsing who is wrong
or right.

As human when “should”
comes calling,
look again with
clearer eyes,
question reactions that
are automatic,
clear any disdain with
Love’s healing Light.

In the soup of life’s
experiences,
you may like some
seasonings and others
not,
you never know what
all works together,
you need to keep adding
things to the pot.

As you walk the path
of Project Life,
be gentle with you –
this is not pass or fail,
in life great cooks often
make a mess,
as soul exclaims –
All is Well!

The Nature of You

Breathe in to soothe
nerves that are frayed,
listen to drops of a
gentle rain,
the nature in You
knows how to re-align
with the harmony
of Love’s refrain.

Stroke the fur of a
beloved pet,
marvel at wildlife
that you see,
the nature in You
knows Here are bonds
that invite connection
with sky,
the trees.

May the calm of daybreak
bring you Peace,
may the Peace of twilight
comfort too,
may you breathe deep
into This knowing –
Peace wholly is
the nature of You!

The Greatest Story

Put on your cape,
you have superpowers,
this comes as no surprise
to You,
cogs turning in the
world are slow,
might they not turn
faster with Love
coursing through?

Hierarchical power is
a classic story
that is retold in
egoic life,
do you not root
for the “underdog,”
to rise up with Strength,
Courage and might?

Let us take this story
one step further,
not limiting it to who
may win or lose,
since Every One has
This Superpower,
might This Team of Love
Be All of You?

Granted in life,
world may create
a villain,
so you have a focus
to organize, connect,
life experiences can
help you awaken,
to take back your power
that you thought
had left.

This is not done
in a vacuum,
you need each other
to walk a rocky road,
so help put on your capes,
call up your Superpowers,
Love remains the Greatest Story
ever told!

Your Fierce Heart

Keep your heart
open and tender,
it beats the rhythm
of Eternal Life,
human hearts may break
but come back even stronger
filling cracks with Light.

Power in life can feel
quite daunting,
but your soul has a
wellspring dear,
open up to the
Power of Love
that beckons Strength
to dispel fear.

Impatience grows when
there is suffering,
but bigger shifts take
time in life,
Be a building block
for a foundation strong
so hand in hand –
All can shine their Light.

You need not wait
to do something
to bring hope and Light
in a world so dark,
turn up your Light –
marvel at your
bruised but open
fierce beautiful heart!
