The Peace of You

Is it not human to
make things hard,
to feel that struggle
is the way to be,
you need not friction
to create fuel,
trust when sometimes
things flow effortlessly.

Yes the journey can be
a bumpy ride,
this need not mean
you have done something
wrong,
meet life’s experiences
as they unfold,
Here in any moment –
you always belong.

You may think that Peace
can be taken away,
life cannot take what
is your innate Truth,
observe from within as
life shows up outside,
know always Here is
the Peace of You!

Drops of Love

Do not Loved ones
send drops of Love,
to let you know that
they are Here,
and yes beyond the
loving signs,
you trust and know
they are Everywhere.

A word you hear,
a feather floats,
a rock you find when
your heart asks,
Loved ones delight
as much as you,
bonds of the heart
forever last.

Do not drops of Love
send ripples out,
You Are this wave in
Love’s ocean dear,
You and Beloveds together
spread This Truth –
All who you Love
are forever Here!

The Peace of Home

May All Love rise up
to meet you,
may you never
feel alone,
life cannot guarantee
perfection,
but your perfect Essence
is always Home.

May you take things
less personally,
though life sets you up
for this,
every one comes from
their own set of rules –
understanding can be
hit or miss.

As human yes you
are in this world,
but Who is watching
this life unfold,
Here You Are –
Love’s Essence experiencing
from the eternal
Peace of Home!

Be-ing You

Begin the day with
no expectation,
allow life to unfold
as it does,
discern if you are
in resistance –
is there not contraction
with shoulds or must.

You need not toss
preferences you have,
but meet life fully
and head-on,
this is a time to
release old beliefs –
ego’s made-up stories
about right or wrong.

Look for the miracles
woven in each day,
your heart and soul
recognize these Truths,
as you meet life as
Who You Are,
the most precious miracle
is Be-ing You!

Simply Be-ing

Simply Be today.

This need not mean that
you do nothing,
but Be All In with
what you do,
Be-ing present here
in life’s moments is
simply Be-ing You
today.

Be the energy of
Love’s Vibration,
This Frequency sings
your Love song,
might another harmonize
with their heart notes –
simply Being This
today.

You need not produce
a full-length feature,
allow Love to bubble up
as it does,
This infectious tone
is understood by All –
giving permission to
Simply Be today!

Radiant

Shine your Light
like sun and moon.

Fog and clouds
may sometimes feel
oppressive,
may this be a perfect
time to reflect,
re-align, recharge
and then remember –
to shine your Light
like sun and moon.

Connect with your
sisters and brothers,
every one is looking
for a Light,
Be a beacon in
your unique-ness –
shine your Light
like sun and moon.

Life is a cycle
ever-changing,
Love is constant and
always Here,
whether sky is cloudy,
foggy or dazzling
blue –
Be the Radiance
of sun and moon!

With Trust

Trust and believe
your intuition,
it may whisper maybe,
other times you know,
ego has many thoughts
on what to do,
often disrupting flow.

As human you yearn
for certainty,
but life unfolds here
day by day,
but as You Are an
integrated Be-ing,
know you have helpers
along the way.

Loved ones and guides
delight in joining
in with the music
of your soul,
Here within is your
True Essence –
singing its song
of Joy and flow!

Willingness

Be willing.

Try something new,
believe in your
Truth,
dare to dream
and then follow
through,
when Love’s music
invites you to sing –
Be willing,
Be free.

Change happens
in seconds
and throughout
the day,
have you not lost
and then found
your way,
may Faith and
perseverance flow,
Be willing,
Be you.

Truth may feel
elusive at times
in life,
when in doubt
turn up your
brilliant Light,
see other Lights shining
back at you –
Be willing,
Be strong,
Be Love,
Be You!

The Witness

Honor your scars,
parts that feel broken,
life is not a spectator
sport,
you are not meant
to be pristine,
a full experience is
what you came
here for.

Ego cannot fathom
Love with no strings,
call upon your soul to
Be the Witness here,
tend to any wounds
with Love’s Healing Balm,
honor and Love fiercely
what you avoid and fear.

See with the Eyes of
You as Witness,
receive This Comfort
soft as angel wings,
with no conditions
feel Love’s Embrace,
reminding Beloved,
You Are Whole
and free!

Allowance

Be you open to
life’s experiences,
Be Present for this
now,
as life unfolds
your soul reminds –
there is less friction
when you allow.

You as awareness
observe ego’s
gyrations,
working hard to
be okay,
may you remember
You Are, I Am,
from This allowance –
come what may.

Do not believe the
stories that ego
tells,
they are designed
to keep you small,
step into Love’s Flow
experiencing All That Is,
in This allowance,
Here you stand tall!
