You are eternally
connected
to your soul,
the Whole of You,
shift awareness
to This anytime
for more Peace
to flow through.

Be aware of what
perspectives are the
eyes through which
you see,
your human filter
has many ways
that it thinks things
ought to be.

From the Oneness
of your soul
does not time seem
to fall away,
a walk in nature,
inviting stillness,
are but a few of
many shifting ways.

Your innate Strength is
ever-present,
imbuing Courage
as you live this life,
as you perceive in
This Awareness,
see clearly now
your Eternal Light!

Return to Home,
return to You.

Rise with Hope.
Rise with Faith.
Sense Eternal Love
flowing through.

Begin anew.
Begin today.
All beginnings
are present –
This Presence
is You.

May the Peace
of angels,
loved ones,
guides,
may they remind
you have wings
to fly.

Surrender.

This rebirth
is You.

Forever Flowing

Every stream has rocks,
disruptions,
that may impact its
path ahead,
this does not stop
its progression,
water simply goes
with the flow.

Life unfolds with its
own disruptions,
some days feel easy
and others hard,
Be You Love as
a stream moving,
simply going with
the flow.

Your Peace is not
life dependent,
it is connected to
Who You Are,
You Are All of
the rocks and water,
One with Love’s
eternal flow.

You need not mark
progress with time,
Be You as the water
now,
with every twist and turn
rejoice that You Are
Love’s forever flow!

All You Need

You have All you
need within
your beautiful body
and your soul,
you cannot control
external events,
but Peace is what
You know.

Return Here to
your Home,
when the road
gets too steep,
you have tools at
your disposal
that may help with
comfort or sleep.

You need hope upon
the horizon,
as human this may
feel hard at times,
hope but lives inside
you dear one,
it is as constant as
the sunrise.

Invite your soul to
see your humanity,
bundled up at times
in knots,
Peace and Love will
smooth you out
as you let go of
old fearful thoughts.

Believe in You
as soul and human,
you make up a
most Divine Team,
in your Wholeness
may you sense
your Power,
You Are cherished,
needed and seen!

This Comfort

Let Love Be your
eternal comfort,
when the body has
much to say,
beyond words Love
is a constant flow
that accompanies you
along your way.

Move your intention
to your innate bridge
that connects you
to your Source,
This resides in you
and reminds that you
never are alone.

Receive This Comfort
even as life sometimes
is so much to bear,
take Love’s hand and
sense your Strength
and Courage that
resides in You Here.

Might this precious
moment bring to you
a respite with eternal
Peace,
may you sense in
your tender heart –
You Are so Loved,
eternally!

Love is Here

Love is Here,
precious child,
though sometimes
this is hard to see,
the world,
the body
is a lot,
sometimes it is difficult
to move with ease.

When you are weary,
Love is Here
to help you rest
and rearrange,
there are times
in ebb and flow
when you fly high
and then need
reprieve.

Release judgments
that you have,
you are doing the
best you can,
give Loving space to
check in with the body
that may need a hand.

Love is Here –
you are not
left behind,
in life,
you are part
of the Whole,
but in Truth
You Are never
separated,
All of Love
is Here within
your Soul!

This Breath

Breathe in deeply
with no time or
place to be but
in This Breath,
merge yourself into
This Moment,
past is not here
or future yet.

Take this break
throughout the day,
when place or time
has you in knots,
You Are Here in
This Presence,
in this world you
may have forgot.

Breathe in deeply,
softly, gently,
sense This Love
that cradles you,
loved ones, angels
meet you Here,
sense All Peace
that flows through
You!

A Sweet Reset

When you wish
to get back online,
there is one thing
that you can do,
there is no need to
push down feelings,
simply switch to
Gratitude.

This key can open
any lock
to what you may
wish to express,
when you are feeling
out of sorts,
Gratitude is a sweet
and soft reset.

You still will work out
any problems and
honor emotion that
flows through,
but to help All
work together,
re-group,
re-align with
Gratitude!

A Presence of Trust

As it always comes
back to trust,
trust in Love,
trust in Us.

And who are We
you ask, implore?
We Are You –
not less
or more.

Love is Everything
that you see,
Love is all spaces
in between.

You Are not separated
from This,
Love’s flowing energy
is hard to miss.

Even as human,
This Love is you,
though pesky ego
distorts the view.

Begin to trust
in the unseen,
open your Self,
talk to your Team.

This is a sharing of
what naturally flows,
This energy grows stronger
as you let go.

Now trust takes on
a state of norm,
is trust not believing
in You, your Soul?

Now trust makes
wholly, perfect
sense,
trust is your State
of Love’s Presence!

Love asks for
nothing more,
you may ask what
is life for,
Love’s reply wraps
you in Peace –
dear beloved,
Be You.

Breathe This in,
you know This
Truth,
beyond beliefs
your soul knows
you,
it matters not
the shoulds and
shouldn’ts,
authentically –
Be You.

This is a purpose
worth living for,
say yes to You
opening more doors,
You Are seen and
You Are heard –
adoring Love says
Be You.
