Tune in gently
into you,
what is ready
now to rise,
old beliefs asking
for release
or a new path
ready to come
alive.

With Love’s tenderness
and support,
All is possible
for you my dear,
see possibility with
new eyes,
and with Love’s help
Be steady and clear.

Tumult is a way
of stirring up
what is ready to
let go,
this paves the way
for new beginnings,
with excitement to Be
more in Love’s flow.

With your roots
firmly planted,
allow your reach
to go beyond
the stars,
enjoy the ride with
Love ever-present,
Loving you
All the ways
You Are!

Where Peace Is

You search for balance
in your life
when you feel prickly
or out of sorts,
frustrations mount,
you look for answers,
you ask for life
to give you more.

Question your questions,
release the answers,
shift your attention
to where Peace Is,
Here is what you
have been seeking,
all along your Peace
is Here,
is This.

You need not wait
for something to
happen,
Be Love happening
with Grace and ease,
You Are aligned,
complete and balanced,
Be This Awareness –
Here is All Peace.

Breathe in Love
to remember,
You Are always,
forever Peace.

You need not
earn it,
or achieve it,
within You now
is Grace and ease.

Unrest or chaos
may be present,
you will navigate
this in life.

Find your respite
believing, knowing,
within is your
eternal Light.

Marvel at the
glowing moon,
lighting up an
ink-dark sky.

You Are This –
Love’s radiance,
peacefully sharing
your eternal Light!

An Eternal Truth

Love continues,
supporting,
growing,
even as you grieve
beloveds passing on,
yes in life
one’s physical presence
is mightily missed –
but Love is not
done.

As You Are spirit,
Here and Now,
are you not connected
to All you Love,
know This Love grows
in all dimensions,
believe This Truth –
below is as above.

There is no gap,
hearts intertwined
cannot be separated
or split in two,
know as a Team
you grow together,
across all realms –
Love is Here with
You.

Be empowered by
This Truth,
you are never alone
or by yourself,
stand tall in this belief
and know,
Peace is Here with All
and All is Well!

A Perfect Choice

Choose Love.

Love is Everywhere
that You Are,
your soul Is This
naturally,
but as a conditional
human,
when in doubt –
choose Love.

You may have knee-jerk
reactions,
but as awareness of
judgment grows,
you need not walls
to separate,
as One of All –
choose Love.

As you release your
many layers,
what is Here always
to Be,
Here You Are
always, forever –
you choose your Self
when you
choose Love!

Flowing

Be like water
flowing around,
between any obstacles
in its way,
what you cannot move
with force is inviting
you to find another
way.

Look within to find
your flow,
this is the perfect
place to start,
then move This with
your intention,
Be-ing and declaring
this is Who You Are.

Be wary of expectation,
life may show up in
different ways,
You at Peace is
a good intention
that will support you
throughout your day.

May you experience
This Peace within,
flowing as Love
inside and out,
Here You Are
aligned and balanced,
One with Love in
This Moment Now!

There is no catch,
keep this simple,
Love is Here always
for you,
Love is You
at your core,
though ego may
slow it coming
through.

Is not the struggle
when you try to
talk the ego
into This,
shift perspective,
Be This Love,
surround dear ego
with loving bliss.

All want Love,
yes humanity and
all of your parts
crying out,
be not a fixer,
Be This Love,
This is what Love
is all about.

You Are Loved
in every moment,
do not wait for
This to appear,
Here You Are
in Love’s embrace,
forever cherished,
honored and dear!

Be at Peace
in your own
space,
fill it up with
the Light of You,
your Love spark
eternally burns,
ready to illuminate
what you walk
through.

Check in with
your soul that
observes,
this gives you respite
from this life,
may you loosen
and release
what Love may
transmute with
its Light.

Welcome Peace in
This now Moment,
This is You,
remember dear,
shifting awareness,
opening your heart,
returns you Home,
refreshed and clear!

Free-flowing

Let your creative flow
be free.

The ego judges with
critical eyes,
you perform your best
to see,
is this good,
did I do well –
let your creative flow
be free.

No-thing is permanent,
you can change your
mind,
but do this from your
untethered Self,
Be the artist from
your Soul –
let your creative flow
be free.

Enjoy this process,
free of angst,
you have no-thing
you need to prove,
life is your palette,
Be in wonder –
your creative flow
is You,
so free!

Be This present moment
below as above,
with no expectation
waiting –
Be You,
as Love.

Does not the day
unfold in its
time,
bring your Self to
what may Be,
You authentic,
ready for wonder –
Be You,

Be a Creator,
it is Who You Are,
