While in the
present moment,
what from the past
sneaks up behind,
what is monitoring
the future,
working to control
so you can be fine.

The world is upside-down,
this is its function
and its role,
working from your
inside-out
is a worthy path
for you and your
soul.

Be the Best You
you can be,
with your uniqueness
fully intact,
your soul experiences
this All,
one part of the Whole
embracing this or that.

Take each day as a
new creation,
let go of old beliefs that
think you “should,”
say yes to your heart
that longs to be free
of “oh I wish I could.”

Be the wish you
ask for often,
Be You Now
as only you can,
the world needs
your Voice,
your inspiration,
stand tall
and state –
I Am!

Clearly, Deeply

Through the clouds,
the fog, the rain,
see the sun rising
once again,
You Are a rainbow
of all colors,
shining together
with no end.

Love deeply.

Love through emotions
rising, falling,
the human journey
is messy, yes,
as you are fierce
in your convictions,
Love even more fiercely,
All of This.

Be cherished.

Invite Love to
sit a spell,
may its balm
comfort you dear,
clearly, deeply,
You Are Loved,
you and the angels,
forever Here!

This Peace

Human emotions
are a rollercoaster,
is this not the way
of the world,
egos clash with
disagreement
and Love is You
as the Love
You Are.

Sometimes you can
alter ego’s thinking,
but True Peace comes
from another Source,
as awakened Be-ings
You know This Truth –
as Love is You
as the Love
You Are.

You need not beat ego
into submission,
or talk down to it
in any way,
yes hurt will bubble up
to be noticed –
and Love is You
as the Love
You Are.

You may think Love
will not come to
join you,
if ego’s experience
is this or that,
the human psyche has
not the power –
for Love is You
as the Love
You Are.

It is so hard to
find peace in
this life,
but You Are already
an expanded Self,
when you need respite
Be the Peace that
You Are –
is Love not You
as the Love
You Are!

Accept, Allow

Accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

What do you rise up
to fight back,
what makes you worry
about what you lack,
what expectations have
not been met –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

Acceptance need not
mean you quit,
and you may prefer
that over this,
but as a choice
always to you –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

When chaotic energy
is in the air,
be as the tree
full or branches
bare,
does not Tree bend
and dance with
wind –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

In this present
moment Here,
Here is your Home,
your Truth,
my dear,
as One Mind,
One heart,
might you –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

fill you up.

In life experiences
pile on,
you integrate and
let some be,
as you release what
is ready to go,
Be free and
let Love
fill you up.

This is not denying
any part of you,
honor it All and
look with loving
eyes,
your Strength and
Courage have
brought you far –
Be free and
let Love
fill you up.

Each day,
each breath
is a new beginning,
your human vessel
is an experiencer,
if there are times
when you need
relief,
Be free and
let Love
fill you up.

You and your soul
work together Here,
what are you ready
to release, transform,
the simple Truth –
is You Are Free
right now,
whole and complete,
You Are full
of Love!

In times of turmoil
ego rises up and
begins to thrash
about,
ego wishes for control
and is ready to fight
to work things out.

There is another
perspective that
can help to keep
the Peace,
ask Source to remind
that You Are This,
fire up This connection
for Grace and ease.

Life is not easy,
but You as spirit
can flow with support,
with Love,
with Grace,
when you are connected
to a Higher Purpose,
does This not create
a smoother space.

With greater discernment
all parts of you
can work together
as One Whole,
see the miracles
that bubble up
as you glide
effortlessly in
Love’s Flow!

Tuning In

hiccups,
disruptions are part
of the experience
here,
yes you wish for
more alignment,
but life is not where
to look dear.

Re-align to Peace
within,
then share This with
all you see each
day,
help and do all
that you can,
knowing Love is also
smoothing the way.

With This openness
to be being led,
know you are always
in Love’s flow,
thank your mind for
all its help,
then tune into your
heart, your soul!

when world connections

its power is

yes you wish to
reassure
and Love will
help you find
out how.

or see,

that invite you

even as tears
sometimes fall,
embrace all that
you are perceiving –

Return to This,
Here is your Peace,

as the Awareness
of All That Is –

sometimes are veiled

is your true essence

from the egoic mind,
