whether it be cloudy
or sunny skies with 
breeze,
add your vibration 
to the Whole –
and Be Love today.

Set aside your list 
of what to do,
yes do them but 
smile inwardly 
at you,
ask gentleness 
to show the way – 
and Be Love today.

Shine your Light,
help another to see,
as you do This 
you see differently,
what you give 
do you not receive,
as Love’s sweet smile,
Be Love today.

The trees,
the sky 
smile back 
at you,
reminding you 
to Be,
not only do,
with a gentle smile,
you know what 
to “do,”
Be You,
Be kind,
Be Love,
today!

Hello Peace

Where is Peace?

Wherever you choose
Love.

Love is the flow 
that loosens friction,
Love is the ease 
beyond constriction,
in the linear world 
you live in,
choose Love,
find Peace.

When you question
your beliefs,
how might life flow
with Grace and ease,
let go of struggle,
ego’s need to fight,
say yes to Love,
and hello Peace.

Any moment is a 
miracle,
when Love is present 
with your heart full,
in time and space
there is a constant return –
to Love, to Home
and always Peace.

Remember this is an 
inside job,
begin with you,
let Love ripple out,
Love knows always 
what to do,
Love chooses You
to remember Peace!

In Love’s Oneness
Here You Are,
you are not lost 
but forever found,
you may wonder how 
you ever thought
that Love could not always
be around.

Make the choice,
flip a switch
and instantly Here 
is a shift,
You as an eternal,
Loving presence,
are forever connected 
to All of This!

Finding Kindness

Begin with you,
let judgment rest,
in human terms,
you are doing your
best,
you may be looking 
high and low –
return to You,
find kindness Here.

Release the weight 
of your critical eye,
soften the lens,
let go of asking why,
the self you walk with
everyday,
responds to kindness
and compassion 
Here.

Without a word 
This ripples out,
others may benefit,
not know what it’s 
about,
Be a beacon 
as you shine 
your Light,
your search is over,
finding kindness

Growing With Love

yes it may mean 
change,
but are you not ready
for thoughts to 
be rearranged?

Do not fear growth,
All That You Are 
is Here with You,
is growth not perspective

as you open up
to You?

is Love’s solace,

Whole of You,
have Faith in All 
that Love is offering,

but take some time for

try something new

like an ocean tide

your soul,

what attachments 
have you woven,

Vision that is within.

Might you open to 
allowance,
yes life brings many
things your way,
you need not manage

Walking a path of 
least resistance,
loosens the grip
you have on life,
may you flow with 
a gentle Peace,
seeing All shine as
Love’s infinite Light!

you do not choose,

ego’s chaos,

prickly parts come out,
you wish to send 
little ego away.

Let Love’s Light in 
to lighten you,
ego is so serious
in its task,
Love helps you sense
what is Real and True,
in your dream state,
did you forget to laugh?

Thank ego for reminders
that it brings,
you have a choice 
from which eyes to see,
Love is with you Here,
so patient, infinite,
smile with Love now –
Here You Are,
so free!

as a threat,
wishing to cast you 
as a villain,
with gentle arms,
embrace the ego,

Sense You in your 
Wholeness,

toss out scraps.

belonging, 
knowing,
in Love’s sweet 
moment of 
Peace.

Here is acceptance,
allowance,
flow,
as you say  
Yes to You.

You as a blessed,
eternal Be-ing,
