The Flow of You

Let your intuition
flow,
this is spirit,
the soul of You,
when you quiet
ego’s voice,
your soul assists
with what to do.

You need not be
in meditation,
your soul is Here
for every ride,
are you not amazed
when new thoughts
drop in,
this wellspring flows
so strong inside.

As constant as breath
your soul is with you,
why not let it take
the lead,
you may resist the word
surrender,
but with less resistance
might you then Be.

This need not be a
major change,
as you have shifted
more than you know,
now with awareness
and Faith of Be-ing,
as openness and wonder –
follow your soul!

Nurtured

Sense Love’s soothing,
loving presence,
enveloping you,
so safe and warm,
may you receive
this nurturing,
you belong Here
and never are alone.

This Web of Love,
you add to this,
your expanded field
knows this is True,
You Are connected
to seen and unseen,
continue to release and
let This flow through.

As you surrender
to Love’s flow,
is this not a return
to your Natural State,
This is Home,
with no beginning or end,
you can trust This –
eternal and always.

Whilst in this life,
you may need comfort,
so may you sense
Love’s comfort, dear,
you are honored,
cherished for your
journey –
that reminds Love
is always Here!

As Above, So Below

Your life may be
like a book,
with many stories
to tell,
but beneath the
“good or bad”
is your soul knowing
All is Well.

May you rise above
any performance
that you think needs
to be judged,
as human you know
you are not perfect,
perfection is a myth
that can hurt so much.

In the story that
is you,
look at the moments
beyond the plot,
what emotions,
what compassion,
what loving exchanges
rise to the top?

As co-creator of your
experiences,
Be gentle with you,
Love,
in This Moment
You Are All
you seek,
you below are
All of This above!

An Elegant Wonder

Marvel at the color
that surrounds you,
fresh spring-time green
and sky so blue,
luminescent clouds lit
with sun through white,
do you wonder what
created this magnificent
sight?

Are you not seeing creation
that flows through you,
if your eyes can see it,
does it not begin with you,
you think inspiration
comes from what you see,
but is it not an extension
of You, internally?

And though rain and clouds
may dim your sight,
are they not elegant as
muted, cleansing Light,
accept, allow the cycles
of the earth,
is not each moment a chance
for your re-birth?

Be You in each moment
of your life,
express all colors of rainbow’s
stunning Light,
as You Are each moment
of what you wish to see,
be amazed at the wonder
of You, eternally!

Seeing Clearly

Ego is good at
pointing fingers,
where victimhood
and blame persist,
might you recognize
this movie,
and change the channel
to step away from this.

Awareness brings
Love’s Light to
see more clearly,
you may not like
what you see,
but with a balanced,
neutral focus,
might you see what
wishes to be free.

Love All of You,
without the judgment
that ego wants you
to use,
with loving arms,
gather the parts
that you think are
separate from You.

May you see clearly
through Love’s eyes
that are forever with
you Here,
Be in this fresh
new moment,
flowing free and
Loved so dear!

A Natural Journey

a spark,
might you be open
to where it leads,
allow the timing
to unfold,
let it percolate and
with patience, Be.

Listen to your sacred
intuition,
let go of shoulds
that judge you still,
when a plan unfolds
before you,
check its alignment
with Love’s will.

There is a Web that
is ever-present,
connections made may
be a surprise,
as you follow your soul’s
navigation,
you become aware of
what happens inside.

Be in Love’s flow,
soar with This now,
this is your natural
State to Be,
enjoy the journey
and be aware,
ask Love to show you
what next to see!

in the mirror,
reflecting All of This
to you,
there is no beginning,
there is no end,
to the miracle
That is You.

Ego may try to
bring things up,
to make you question
and to judge,
let Love answer
everytime and show
how much You Are
so Loved.

Take a break
from ego’s banter,
still the thoughts
within your mind,
listen to each breath
you take,
Here is Love’s Voice,
gentle and kind.

Soak up each and
every moment,
as you experience
what is True,
You Are treasured
as You Are,
believe and know
This Love is You!

lift All up in what
you do,
in this process of
giving, receiving,
do you not celebrate
you?

Help someone to
feel so cherished,
and when you see
what Love can do,
imagine All held
in Love’s arms,
would this not change
the world,
its view?

You need not change
the world yourself,
but begin with your
heart Here,
share compassion,
let Love Be
what you give to
others near.

See Love as your
brother and sister,
they are extensions
of Love,
of You,
as you see another
holy,
you see Love’s holiness
in you!

You need not delineate
each being,
in this spiritual soup
all work as One,
and when work turns
into play,
can you not sense
flow has begun!

Allow your heart

trust in what next
might there be,
with all possibility
present,
Here You Are,
so loved

beautiful flower,
You Are Love and
life as One,
you unfold with
perfect timing,
nourished by the
earth and sun.

Be at Peace upon
your journey,
you need not mark
all of your steps,
Love walks with your
every foot fall,
and rejoices when
you say yes.

Be in wonder
of wholly You,
your true essence
is needed here,
share with Grace
your unique expression,
Love’s perfection is
You, my dear!
