as a Love story,
that leads to 
this present you,
in this life you
unfold linearly,
but You Are always
wholly You.

May you with loving 
eyes look back,
see with the perspective 
of your soul,
in this real-time 
present moment,
what might you 
heal, transform,
let go?

You may be a product 
of your story,
but as a creator 
what say you 
now,
with Love embrace 
all of your parts,
to know the Wholeness
of You Now.

With compassion and 
forgiveness,
past presents in a 
new Light,
no-thing can ever 
hold you back 
from Be-ing your
Beautiful Light.

Faith accompanies you
on your journey,
Trust helps you to 
see what’s next,
Grace reminds All Love
is You, dear,
Love walks as You
with every step!

 

A Beautiful Evolution

Be comfortable 
with change,
are you not evolving 
as we speak,
you may have rituals,
routine,
yes these can help 
with basics that 
you need.

But every breath 
is a miracle,
every heart beat 
is a new song,
you can’t help growing,
beautifully evolving,
does Joy not ask you
to come along?

Your human story
may at times 
struggle,
but is this not 
the friction that
you use,
to reshape, transform
and create
what turns out to 
be a new you.

Break free from what 
may be old thinking,
your brain loves to be
challenged too,
accept, allow,
This Peace that flows
throughout this
ever-changing you!

Courageous Awareness

Remember Who You Are,
step out of the role
that you play here,
don’t believe all of 
the stories that ego
wishes for you 
to hear.

Question often what 
is not aligned 
with your eternal
and shining soul,
when you feel knocked
off balance,
what does your soul 
wish you to know?

Do not pile on more 
judgment,
ego loves to set 
that up,
when you are open 
to what arises,
might you add
more Love to 
fill you up?

Sense your Strength 
in your awareness,
sit with Courage 
and behold,
your innate Power 
is Here assuring,
All is Well with You,
beloved soul!

Flowing

Be flexible,
you are flow.

Upon the earth 
you may dig in
with heels so stuck 
into the ground,
what do you resist
that calls your name – 
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Starts and stops,
this ebb and flow
may lure you into 
wondering why,
you need not know 
all of the details – 
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Be Love’s connection
in the mundane,
every experience 
to Love is the same,
listen to Love’s whispers
that remind – 
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Be as breeze dancing 
with the trees,
flow gently as a 
mountain stream,
each moment is Love’s
opportunity –
rejoicing,
Be-ing,
You as Flow.

I See You

Do not dim your Light
dear precious one,
this is a season 
to shine,
Light illuminates a 
path to walk,
always shared by 
fellow Lights.

When you shine 
your Light,
do you not invite 
your brothers and 
sisters, too,
no one shines brighter 
than the other – 
All are luminous,
sparkling,
new.

See with your heart,
this keeper of Light,
follow its lead so 
True,
share freely,
This Is the Universe,
All That Is 
saying,
I see You!

A Chance to Love

Be at Peace,
be gentle with 
your self
that you are 
learning from,
do not miss an 
opportunity
to heal,
to Love
this one.

When you run into 
your obstacles
that you thought 
were now gone,
might you chuckle 
very softly,
grateful for this 
chance to Love.

There are no wins,
there are no losses,
only paths to help 
you see,
clearing out what 
used to run you,
opens you up to 
your innate Peace.

Change your perspective 
of this human self
that you do not need
to fix,
but oh my dear,
accept and Love 
without condition,
to know All of This!

Being Life

life needs your
essence,
share your Self
as you travel through,
as One Mind,
your brothers and sisters
soak up ripples of what
flows through you.

In this life,
journeys may be 
different,
traveling paths that 
may feel your own,
but at any intersection,
there is sharing –
you never ever really
travel alone.

Bring to life
your spark,
your Light,
Be-ing Life
is a journey 
well-spent,
Be-ing You 
is your only 
purpose,
come to Life,
rejoice,
receive,
amen!

A Loving Balance

Answer the call 
of Love so precious,
from this moment 
to the next,
yes, you may plan 
some of the structure,
but let Love 
take care of the 
rest.

Bring your willingness 
to the table,
no matter what is 
being served,
you always have choices
that are honored,
but look for what Love
may bring forward.

Observe what may 
feel like a struggle,
then try untying
some of the knots,
Love gently reminds 
you have the power 
to loosen,
what may have 
served you –
but now does not.

Life brings a constant 
flow of decisions,
Love flows with eternal 
Grace and ease,
may you experience 
a balance that fills you
with hope and Gratitude –
choosing Love’s Peace.

Perfect Timing

Ease your mind 
about perfect timing,
might you step back 
and watch it unfold,
allow Grace and Love 
to do their magic,
there may be more beyond
what you know.

Release the outcomes 
you think are needed,
set expectation to 
the side,
experiences may be 
neat and tidy,
or they may be part
of a wild ride.

Accept, allow the
messiness of life,
be amazed when pieces
fall in place,
some things take years
to come to fruition,
some things may feel
unsettled in this 
time and space.

Invite Love into 
each experience,
in This Moment,
what shall you do?
Turn up your Light 
as Love reminds,
This Moment is 
Love’s perfect timing 
of You.

unspoken,
let Love’s Light 
dispel all shadows
here,
sharing experiences
helps others to 
know,
hope and healing 
reside Everywhere.

Be Love’s acceptance 
in human form,
may you with angels
encircle, surround,
holding space for 
another’s experience,
honors their journey
as it circles around.

Return as Light,
rejoice in no more 
shadow,
see Love’s Truth 
in all that you do,
trust in your soul,
forever guiding your
journey,
Be you Love 
that shines forever 
through You!
