Be You Love

Take one step 
at a time,
when things stack up
within your mind,
returning Here to 
this moment,
realigns you to 
your Source,
Divine.

Here is where
compassion flows,
this is the perfect
place “to go,”
when you wish 
for inspiration,
or to tap into 
what you innately
know.

Step away from 
wrong or right,
the world’s duality
loves to see a fight,
justification,
defensiveness,
loves to play in this 
world,
spreading its might.

Be You Love 
in this space
now,
you need not ask 
the why or how,
meet your Self,
release your burdens,
Trust and believe 
Love is all around!

This Present

Be present with you.
Be present with Love.

Sometimes the past 
tugs at your memories,
the future beckons,
what will I be,
in This Present 
is Everything,
Be present with Love.

This is a challenge 
in linear time,
as past and future
are constructs here,
remember You Are
All of This –
Be present with Love.

Your mind uses thoughts 
to journey often,
taking you away from 
what is Here,
All that you have been
is in This Moment,
so stay present 
with Love.

The ego wishes to 
keep you splintered
into what you cannot
reach,
my dear, All is within 
your heart and soul – 
always present 
with Love.

Love This You with
all your heart,
Love is wholly,
holy You,
breathe in This precious,
sacred moment,
eternally present 
with Love!

Your Essence

Bless and honor your
earthly body,
it has tried to be 
so strong,
with all the contrasts 
in the world,
it may not know 
where it belongs.

You as Source knows
of Truth,
now as your wholeness,
embrace you,
your body holds 
your little child,
let this one know 
Love shows up 
for you.

Listen to what the 
body tells you,
it has tried to keep 
you safe,
return the favor,
whisper softly,
as you reassure 
there is another 
way.

See your self 
in your wholeness,
human and soul 
make up this You,
with This Alignment
may you balance,
letting judgment go,
accepting you.

Bring all parts of 
you together,
Love knows always
what to do,
see your body as 
this beautiful vessel,
who says yes to
Love’s Essence of You!

A Spark of Trust

Let go of expectation,
there is plenty for you 
Here,
are you not guided
always,
your higher self 
and angels near.

You are part of 
This process,
you sit at the table 
side by side,
yes, in life you have
preferences,
but as soul eyes 
are opened wide.

Trust in Love’s now
unfoldment,
see This Spark at 
any time,
Here You Are,
your soul rejoices,
forever Loved
and as Love,
Divine!

Keep Shining

Observe with Love
those you care for,
and as you are able
lend a hand,
Love has built 
the bonds that 
connect you,
but do others not have
their own earthly plan.

In life experiences may
highlight for you,
what wells up in you 
that causes strife,
dive in deeply to bring
to the surface,
what within you 
wishes to see more
Light.

As a Beacon of Love 
shine your Light brightly,
do not fret if you feel
helpless,
your gift of Love 
to another is precious,
know beloved souls 
receive All Love sent!

With Care

Take care of you.

There is a well-spring 
of compassion,
that is available 
for All of you,
begin within,
say yes to This – 
and take care of
you.

Kindness extended
is not hard
when it is felt
within, without,
be kind to your
self today,
taking care of 
you.

You are precious 
and beloved,
you need not wait
to sense this Truth,
breathe This in,
feel Love surrounding,
showering care for
you.

What You Are is 
a gift to give,
begin by giving 
to your self,
Love honors you
in this endeavor,
soak up Love’s care
for you!

Bending

Be flexible.

Will this state
of mind not help
you to flow 
with Love so 
well –
be like a tree 
in a strong wind,
Be flexible.

Things in life 
may need to 
change,
you wish to prepare
for come what 
may,
yes, make a plan 
then carry this note – 
Be flexible.

Could you have 
chartered your
adventure Here,
in the past this 
was not clear,
All possibility you 
may not yet know –
Be flexible.

Is this not a question
of trust,
you can go ahead 
and list what you
must,
but savor the journey,
bend with the winds
of change –
Be-ing fearless
and flexible!

Be You

Be You.

You may ask,
what might that 
be,
are you not full
of possibility,
make your mark,
be seen and heard,
Be Love’s creation,
Be You.

You may color 
within the lines,
you may resist 
what others define,
look with compassion
in the mirror,
see with acceptance,
Be You.

You may run and dance
upon your path,
some days quiet reflection
is where you are at,
step to the beat of 
your soul’s music,
always in tune,
Be You.

Reframe the thoughts 
within your mind,
thank them for helping 
in space and time,
follow where your passion
leads you – 
upon this ride,
Be You.

Loved ones and angels
see you Here,
your Light,
your spark shines bright,
my dear,
arise, align to your
own Truth,
Be your magnificence,
Be You!

The Kindness of Faith

When you hear 
discordant chatter,
you may lose faith 
in humankind,
but are there  not 
many examples,
of helpful exchanges,
loving and kind.

You need not put 
your faith in 
human behavior 
that displays ego’s 
needs,
but at the core 
of every human,
is a Light you may
or may not see.

Might you set aside 
expectation for everything
to make sense,
remember, your own 
belief system may diverge
from family or friends.

But faith in Love,
in Light that looks 
beyond the stories 
woven here,
might This Faith 
create safe harbor
for others to believe 
Love is Everywhere. 

Let your Faith express
in kindness,
let your Light help
you to see,
there may be struggle
upon the earth,
but Love is Here 
for all humanity!

 

An Intentional Surrender

In human life 
there is intention,
does this not help
your focus here,
you may ask how 
does this work,
as trying,
struggling may 
invite fear.

Might you contemplate 
intention,
as a focal point 
for you,
as you trust 
into surrender,
with intention,
accept This You.

You are not an 
island alone,
You Are the sea
that is Everywhere,
as you surrender 
to this vastness,
intention helps you
to see your journey,
clear.

It may feel paradoxical 
to Be the drop,
the ocean,
at the same time,
but dear,
This Is the Journey 
of Love,
both experiencing 
and Being in this life.

May your intention
be your willingness,
to unite with Love,
your Team,
You Are All of This 
as Love expressing 
Itself,
as You,
so beautifully.
