Love’s Invitation

Let Love soothe
your weary body,
re-align,
return to Peace,
do not judge
when ego rears
its head,
looking for some
release.

When friction
or resistance
makes you feel
a path is hard,
might you ask
what is your struggle,
are you pushing against
Who You Are?

There are changes
that you make
that may not set
with ego well,
might you accept,
allow these moments,
that remind there is
more to heal.

Be gentle upon your
journey,
when there are bumps
that disrupt your ease,
answer the call of
forgiveness knocking,
accept Love’s invitation
to Peace.

A Loving Answer

Don’t be afraid
to feel,
honor your journey
upon this sphere.

Feelings may direct
you to your beliefs,
that affect your sight
and what you hear.

You may resist asking
tough questions of
your self,
fearing change.

Love is the answer to
any and all questions,
replacing guilt,
clearing out blame.

Love is Here with
you, beloved,
helping you to
know This Truth.

Accept,
believe,
and know
this journey,
is you embracing
All of You!

A Loving Pause

There is a pause
between the seasons,
as the earth catches
her breath,
in this space of
possibility,
you may wonder
what will happen
next.

In this pause
do not the trees
appear to know
this is enough,
majestically they
provided shelter
to help cool
everything off.

The birds begin
their travels,
different sounds are
in the air,
insects that sang
summer’s hum,
now make way for
crickets everywhere.

Might you pause
between your spaces,
when you move from
this to that,
notice with Gratitude
what you are leaving
and embrace what
happens next.

Take a cue from
Mother Nature,
transitional phases
are a natural way,
to embrace change
and with wonder,
what might you
experience today?

May you pause with
no expectation,
follow your breath
to sense This Truth,
in This Moment of
your perfection,
behold all possibility
of You!

Love’s Spiral

There is a spiral
to life that shows
you,
different layers
in different scenes,
as your perception
and awareness build,
do you not see Love
in Everything.

In these moments
of Love connecting,
two can share the
power of One,
Be it in nature or
with fellow human,
sharing Love’s moment
is joyful and fun.

What brings you all
together,
it may be peaceful
or maybe not,
but Peace and Love
are a familiar language,
your souls are speaking
even if you are not.

On your travels
around Love’s spiral
may you see more
clearly with ease,
Love is your foundation,
so walk, assured,
Here is always your
Love and Peace.

Love’s Healing Flow

Love’s healing balm
always knows
where to go,
you need not
direct it,
but say yes
to Love’s sweet
flow.

You cannot control
another’s journey,
but you may travel
a similar path,
breathing the One Love
that breathes you,
helps you to see
beyond each other’s
masks.

Forgiveness for one
is forgiveness for all,
might you say yes
to what Love can do,
in this acceptance
and allowance,
Love’s healing flow
lights up the
Whole of You.

In this sweet surrender
know Love always
courses through,
let go of doing
as You Are Be-ing,
this healing Love
forever flows through
you!

A Love Story

See your past
as a Love story,
that leads to
this present you,
in this life you
unfold linearly,
but You Are always
wholly You.

May you with loving
eyes look back,
see with the perspective
of your soul,
in this real-time
present moment,
what might you
heal, transform,
let go?

You may be a product
of your story,
but as a creator
what say you
now,
with Love embrace
all of your parts,
to know the Wholeness
of You Now.

With compassion and
forgiveness,
past presents in a
new Light,
no-thing can ever
hold you back
from Be-ing your
Beautiful Light.

Faith accompanies you
on your journey,
Trust helps you to
see what’s next,
Grace reminds All Love
is You, dear,
Love walks as You
with every step!

A Beautiful Evolution

Be comfortable
with change,
are you not evolving
as we speak,
you may have rituals,
routine,
yes these can help
with basics that
you need.

But every breath
is a miracle,
every heart beat
is a new song,
you can’t help growing,
beautifully evolving,
does Joy not ask you
to come along?

Your human story
may at times
struggle,
but is this not
the friction that
you use,
to reshape, transform
and create
what turns out to
be a new you.

Break free from what
may be old thinking,
your brain loves to be
challenged too,
accept, allow,
This Peace that flows
throughout this
ever-changing you!

Courageous Awareness

Remember Who You Are,
step out of the role
that you play here,
don’t believe all of
the stories that ego
wishes for you
to hear.

Question often what
is not aligned
with your eternal
and shining soul,
when you feel knocked
off balance,
what does your soul
wish you to know?

Do not pile on more
judgment,
ego loves to set
that up,
when you are open
to what arises,
might you add
more Love to
fill you up?

Sense your Strength
in your awareness,
sit with Courage
and behold,
your innate Power
is Here assuring,
All is Well with You,
beloved soul!

Flowing

Be flexible,
you are flow.

Upon the earth
you may dig in
with heels so stuck
into the ground,
what do you resist
that calls your name –
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Starts and stops,
this ebb and flow
may lure you into
wondering why,
you need not know
all of the details –
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Be Love’s connection
in the mundane,
every experience
to Love is the same,
listen to Love’s whispers
that remind –
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Be as breeze dancing
with the trees,
flow gently as a
mountain stream,
each moment is Love’s
opportunity –
rejoicing,
Be-ing,
You as Flow.

I See You

Do not dim your Light
dear precious one,
this is a season
to shine,
Light illuminates a
path to walk,
always shared by
fellow Lights.

When you shine
your Light,
do you not invite
your brothers and
sisters, too,
no one shines brighter
than the other –
All are luminous,
sparkling,
new.

See with your heart,
this keeper of Light,
follow its lead so
True,
share freely,
This Is the Universe,
All That Is
saying,
I see You!
