wildflowers,
that emerge from
similar seeds,
are not your brothers
and your sisters,
extensions of One
creating continuously?
You observe behavior
as your mind
wishes to separate
and categorize,
but does your heart
not wish to connect,
recognizing Love
with your soul’s eyes?
Observe and marvel
at the layers, colors,
that make up
this field you see,
but remember you
All are aspects of
One Love emerging
from one seed!

ask Love.
The hand of Love is
always with you,
lifting,
helping,
as you need,
with surrender
to propel you,
reach deep,
ask Love.
What does another
need today,
to ease worry or
to lift the clouds,
let Love’s Light
shine brightly through
you,
reach deep,
ask Love.
What does your self
wish to behold,
Love’s Peace is Here,
ready to unfold,
beyond reaction,
creating anew,
reach deep,
ask Love.
Let this day
be a teacher to
you,
as sure as the sky
above clouds is blue,
Love speaks softly
always to you –
deep within,
answer with Love.

to learn.
And in this awareness,
discover what you
know.
Be gentle as life lessons
are what you offer
to the Light,
let Love dispel
all perceived shadow,
that you have hidden
from your sight.
With Eyes of Love
may you see clearly,
what your soul
wants you to know,
You Are Loved
beyond all measure,
All is Well
within your soul!

It is easy to judge,
compare,
what is friction,
what is flow,
awareness builds with
these vibrations,
you may wish one to stay,
the other go.
But on a path to
understanding,
does friction not reveal
what lies beneath,
what programming still
is running,
that you thought
had been released?
Do not judge your Self
for showing you,
more layers to be
revealed,
look below the story
details,
what core beliefs bubble
up to heal?
Is not healing
the exposing
of what fear has
you believe,
hand this over
to Love’s Light,
Light dispels shadows
ego thinks it needs.
Let friction be an
invitation,
for what no longer
needs to hide,
Love is wholly your
True Nature,
see the Whole of You
with Love’s healing Light!

Love as inertia
moves you forward,
in linear time it
feels like this,
Love as energy
is ever-flowing,
as a constant creation,
change is hard to miss.
You may judge
how fast you are
growing,
at times it may
feel rather slow,
what may feel stagnant
is ego’s resistance,
to where your soul
would like to flow.
Let Love’s inertia
be a source
of energy for you
to grow,
accept, allow,
be willing to stretch,
trust and believe
in your knowing soul!

You may not know
all of the how’s
and why’s,
might you accept
how experience finds
you,
hand over what outcome
you think you need,
trust in sprit,
surrender to Love.
Your human mind
works around the clock,
your soul is timeless
so patience is not hard,
let situations unfold
as they will,
trust in spirit,
surrender to Love.
Be a conduit,
let spirit flow,
you may not understand
and may not know,
your soul is connected,
so listen well,
trust in spirit,
surrender to Love.
There is no-thing that
you must do,
Be You as Love
and let your Light
shine through,
your purpose is
presence,
your soul celebrates
you –
trust in spirit,
surrendering to Love.

Do not fear emotions
that you feel,
yes, ego may use them
to draw judgement
near,
you as human know
cause and effect,
are you not familiar
with “what may happen
next?”
Break ego’s cycle of
you judging you,
your foundation is Love,
this is your identity, too,
you need not carry
what is not yours,
freely give to Love,
what you need no more.
Love transforms,
transmutes what does
not resonate,
you need not analyze
all decisions that you make,
choose Love and let Love
gently show you how,
to see clearly – You,
that exists eternally Now.
You need not wait
for a future You,
in All moments
You Are Love,
Be-ing You.
Give freely to Love
what you wish to release,
and with your open heart,
Be the Presence of Peace.

permission
to sink into the
Arms of Love.
It need not be a
holiday,
or something you
have earned along
the way,
relax, release
your self into the
Arms of Love.
Ego thinks you need
to work hard,
to be worthy of
who you are,
my dear,
your Home
is always Here
in the Arms of Love.
Your beliefs may
mightily resist,
how do I deserve
Love and All of This?
Might you remember
you have never left
the Arms of Love.
Soak up the comfort,
let Love reassure,
Love with no strings
remains simple
and pure,
awaken to where
you always belong –
forever held in
the Arms of Love.

Return to the heart,
it holds a place
for you to come back
Home to You,
you have traveled,
you may be weary,
your heart reminds
that Love is You.
Yes, ego wishes to
sometimes shake you
into believing you
are not enough,
my dear you have
no-thing to prove,
you as wholly Love
is what You Are made of.
There are many programs,
patterns, playing out
in the world of Life,
relationships can be
the friction
that helps you dive deeper
and to shine more Light.
At times you may wish
to withdrawal
into protective cover
and hide,
but as a magnificent
creation of Love,
is not Love’s Strength
always by your side?
Expand, extend
This Love to include
All of You,
seeing All of This,
when you are lifted,
others rise up, too
do you not All share
in this loving wish?
Accept, receive
Love’s wish for you,
to see yourself
as All do from above,
wholly and holy
You Are Love’s
creation,
forever Home
in the Heart of Love!

Allow resistance
to help you navigate
the flow.
You need not struggle
against resistance,
might you allow it
so it may show,
another layer of
surrender,
another belief you
can let go.
As ever-changing
and evolving,
do you not check in
at times to see,
recalibration may be
needed,
might you need a moment
to adjust accordingly.
Be patient through
this process,
this is not something
that you “do”,
invite Love to gently
show,
how to care for this
precious you.
Thank resistance
for its message,
as you dive deeper
to this eternal Truth,
at your core Peace
is ever-flowing,
All is Well,
Love flows always
through You!
