Trust to know You.
Trust and Faith
are human constructs,
as your soul already
knows,
sense the Peace of
your soul’s knowing,
as you surrender to
Love’s flow.
You need not talk
yourself into
all understanding
or to make things fit,
your soul knows
the bigger picture
and you belong to
All of This.
Trust to know
Love is the answer,
have Faith in You
as a sacred soul,
believe in You
as Love Eternal,
Love is All
there is
to know!

You may wonder
what you want,
but you are always
Who You Are.
And is not this
unfolding,
experiencing,
where the Truth
of You
comes to the
fore?
So do not judge
when the road
gets bumpy,
you also know
what feels in
the flow.
It is All of You
recalibrating,
aligning with
what your soul
knows.
So try on changes,
discard what does
not fit,
ask and use your
inner guidance
Here.
Yes, experience
and then listen
wholly
to Love’s expression
as Who You Are.

Life can be a game
of cat and mouse,
what do you chase
or wish to find,
when you let go
of what you strive for,
do not often gifts
show up in time?
Yes, intention brings
you focus,
but do stay open
to the greater view,
while you are working
out the details,
are you not helped
by the All of You?
Take a breath and
sense expansion,
you are part of
a connected web,
when you are open
to receive,
is there not help,
are you not led?
Be aware of where
attention
may be obscuring
your greater view,
all possibility is
ever-present,
You Are All of This,
believe in You!

You may be tired,
weary,
bleary-eyed
from interrupted
sleep,
you may be
clearing out the
cobwebs of
what the ego-mind
does keep.
You may sense an
opening,
connecting,
as no matter what
the body is telling
you,
Here is your
life force flowing,
You Are Love
and
I see you.
Who Am I?
I am Love
as
I Am You.
All of Love
We Are together,
always, dear child,
yes,
I see you.

Be judged not.
Be free to Be.
Do you not
place judgments
as bricks in a wall
you build,
to define,
identify,
where you begin
and where you end?
Yes, judgment
gets cast about,
as you measure
and compare,
you may look about
with analyzing eyes,
but is it not you
that you are measuring
here?
Might you set aside
your measuring tools
and all you use
to “measure up” –
you are replete
with the Gifts of
You,
an infinite Source
filling your loving
cup.
Be aware,
but let go of
judgment,
remove the target
you have placed
on you,
love every aspect
of your uniqueness,
You Are Love’s Expression
as the perfect You!

Sometimes you need space.
And from the viewpoint
of the separated self,
this may be a use of
space and time
to take a break
from what your
mind,
your eyes,
are showing you.
Now from your heart’s
point of view,
when shifted to the
All of You,
might you observe
that what you see,
that may trigger,
be painful,
causing you to flee,
is a familiar cry
for Love?
In unity with the
All of You,
there is no separate
entity
for you to go to,
look into Love’s mirror,
reassuring you,
I Am Here
and I so
Love you.
So take some space
or time you need,
Love is patient,
eternal,
beyond any belief,
when you see You
looking back with Love,
as One,
so All
are Loved.

Sense your Strength.
The ego is strong,
but True Strength
does not come from
stories told,
it needs no struggle
to appear,
though when you
need it,
Strength is Here.
Is Strength not linked
to acceptance,
there is no-thing
that can keep you
down,
Strength is Love
in every moment,
Strength is your foundation
steady and sound.
Strength need not
roar,
but draw from Lion’s
majestic poise and
presence Here,
let Strength be a
guiding force,
coming from your
passion and not
from fear.
Sense This Strength –
it is what becomes
You,
You Are Strength
from a billion Lights,
be lifted up in this
powerful vibration,
Strength reminds you –
You Are Divine!

Question your thoughts.
Do they not
only know
how to talk
“about” you?
Now, listen to You.
Is this not a feeling,
a sense,
something you breathe
with,
lean into,
are there usually
no words,
but a knowing,
a feeling,
that This Is You?
Yes as human,
you wish to
understand You –
and words,
even thoughts
are ways to
define you.
But you are
so much more
than a definition
that can be placed
in a box,
with a label,
a description,
yes, the human mind
wishes for structure –
and is there not
a beautiful structure
to the miracle
of You?
You may love words,
the language of
this existence,
there is much beauty
in what they can
convey.
But you are beyond
words,
or thoughts,
your Spark of Light
invites you to
dance and play.
This freedom
Is Love,
your Essence
Is your heart,
your Truth,
your soul
knows All
of This –

Here You Are,
magnificent You!

From the human perspective
you may ask why,
wishing to understand
the cause, effect,
is it not tempting
to look back,
in order to predict
what has not happened
yet?
Here is a simpler,
natural process,
though it may not
make complete sense
to you,
accept, allow this
present moment,
let Love’s forgiveness
wash over you.
With no judgment,
guilt or blame,
Love flows freely
without, within,
there is release
in this surrender –
Love assures
there is nothing
to forgive.
Soak up now
this loving promise,
sense your heart
complete and whole,
here is the answer
you have been asking,
always,
forever,
You Are Loved so!

You may not see
the bigger picture,
from your perspective
as the painted scene,
but as You Are
the creative Artist,
are you not always
able to create again?
Beauty is in the eyes
of the beholder,
might you have faith
and trust in the
Eyes of Love,
accept, allow –
you need not struggle
against
what bubbles up
to be let go of.
As creative art
are you not constantly
changing,
transforming,
transmuting
to Love’s perfect
vibe,
allow All to see
your outside beauty,
as it reflects eternal
Love inside.
You are not an
isolated portrait,
you are All colors
in this Palette of Love,
mix, blend and
play with All of
Love’s Creation,
the Masterpiece of You
is a miracle of
Love!
