As Love

No need to run 
with your thoughts,
may you Be still 
with Peace.

You may perceive
time flying by,
but You Are timeless 
as Love.

You may hold tightly 
facing fear,
may you release 
with innate Strength.

When choices bombard,
when overwhelmed,
Be a singular Truth 
of Gratitude.

I Am You,
in This Breath,
One We Are,
as Love,
with You.
