healing Grace.

Surrender to this 
healing prospect,
You Are This
and 
This Is You,
Love fills in 
all painful cracks,
Love is your 
healing Grace.

When you sense
unstable footing,
know Love holds 
you up with ease,
no matter the path 
you walk on,
Love is your 
healing Grace.

In your lifetime
there may be 
struggle,
this world is 
not meant to 
make sense,
your Peace 
dwells deeper 
than earthly layers,
is not Love your
eternal Grace?

In forgiveness is 
there not freedom,
is not forgiveness 
Love pure and strong,
You Are Love’s 
innocence,
whole and eternal,
Love is You – 
forever Grace.

Knowing Flow

With trust,
strengthen your
belief,
beyond belief, 
knowing waits 
patiently.

Trust in the flow 
that sees new paths
when you are able 
to let go,
when you allow
what may unfold, 
as you surrender 
your control.

Yes a tiny bit 
of trust,
is all your human 
self may need,
to open doors to 
your soul’s knowing
and Divine guidance
Here to help lead.

There is no need to 
swim upstream,
when Love’s strong 
current will help 
you go,
let go of your 
resistance 
and glide with Love’s 
eternal flow.

Get comfortable with 
“I don’t know”,
be willing to release 
all of the “how”s,
let your connection 
to All That Is 
show you each step 
in your present Now.

Let Love’s energy draw
to you 
what will serve the 
greater good,
be flexible,
go with this flow,
with Love,
release all of
the “should”s.

You can sense 
Divine alignment,
it is beyond what 
you think or dream,
beyond belief,
your internal knowing 
is Who You Are
as a Divine Being!

As Love

You need not use 
thought,
to change your 
mind,
but as the 
Essence of Love,
what miracles 
may you find!

You misunderstand 
control, 
that is the ego’s 
clutching grip,
when you loosen 
and let go,
is there not allowance
to what Is?

In an instant,
with no thought,
are you not One 
with All That Is,
this is the miracle 
you pray for,
and You Are always 
All of This.

It is murky,
misty,
hard to see 
with Vision 
through thinking 
eyes,
is there not a clearer 
Truth,
within your core,
that is You,
always?

Be aware of thoughts 
that run from programs 
long since made,
create fresh,
begin anew,
your soul’s purpose 
is As Love,
create!

A New Adventure

Be flexible.

As comfortable as you are 
with your surroundings,
might you loosen up
your grip,
as you relax your 
mind,
do not new ideas 
flow into it?

You may sometimes 
balk at new adventures,
you may take comfort 
in your routine,
life – with time,
is ever-changing,
what is the next phase
wishing you to bring?

All You Are 
is ever-present,
all that you have 
created 
stays with you still –
it may feel hard 
to leave what you 
cherish,
but what is the next cup
of Love to fill?

When all you need 
is deep within You,
when Love can 
never go away,
no-matter what comes 
in and out of life,
be assured that Love 
is always Here to 
stay.

Be flexible,
create,
you are resilient
believe this Truth,
as a powerful creation 
of Source,
out-source the Love 
that flows through 
You!

Love Received

Receive Love.

You may be more 
comfortable with 
giving,
you may do this 
with greater ease,
what is the resistance 
that puts a wall up,
what makes it harder 
to receive?

You need not place 
cultural aspects 
on what is a natural,
loving flow,
as giving and receiving 
are one,
you are a conduit for Love
that knows where 
to go.

As You Are holy,
wholly Love,
let Love recharge you
and rejuvenate,
when your loving tank 
is full,
what mystic miracles 
may you make?

Receive the Love 
that you are,
accept,
allow this to 
be True – 
open all gates 
so Love may express
fully the Miracle 
of You!

Without Judgment

When judgment drops. . . 

Are you not able 
to sense all Love,
flow as freely as the 
breeze?

Do not beloved pets
model the freedom
that no judgment 
brings,
in this instant,
the next moment,
Love for you is 
All they see.

When judgment drops,
the stories propped up 
begin to fall 
as what remains,
is it not easier 
to find common ground,
when the Love You Are 
is One and the same?

There is no judgment 
as the sun,
gently rises 
upon every morn,
the moon shares all 
of its phases,
the Light of full
or new moon reborn.

Leaves return to 
earth’s soil,
to replenish what trees
may need,
you need not judge
winter,
is it not needed 
for rebirth
of spring?

Let judgment slip 
through your 
fingers, today – 
let your open heart 
be free,
to Be the Love You Are,
always!

Presently You

Let the day unfold –
the hour,
the minute,
this moment.

Yes, unfolding 
may feel linear,
but is it not 
the allowance 
of what Is?

The expansion of
this awareness 
is the experience 
of All of This.

You are You 
in any situation,
this Present You
does not change.

As human you experience 
differences,
but the Essence of You
stays the same.

Let the day unfold,
be assured
You Are Whole 
and complete.

Your Soul,
Love As You 
is present,
always Here,
eternally!

A Balance of Love

Is there not a balance
to be found,
between standing up
or backing down,
might you discern
from which eyes you see,
ego’s power struggle 
or soul’s neutrality?

A situation may come 
your way,
to shed light on 
a role you play,
ego wants you to
jump into the fray,
are there not plots
to stories 
that get in your way?

Might you ask spirit 
to see beyond this 
scene,
what is deep within,
wishing to be seen,
on the surface you 
may feel defensive,
justified,
but might this be a request
to know Love inside?

Yes, you may need to 
heed actions of this 
life,
but your reactions 
need not cause you 
strife,
allowance need not 
add to any blame,
let Love and Peace 
transform any judgment 
that remains.

Stand firm and grounded 
in the Truth of You,
this balance is always within
the soul of You,
you need not balance 
the external view – 
This Peace,
All Love is always 
in the Heart of You!

One Family of Love

Yes, family can be 
defined in a multitude 
of ways,
biology,
intention,
friends who Light 
the way.

As Love is all-inclusive,
may Love welcome you
always,
welcome to the 
Family of Love.

With no comparison,
judgment,
differing points of 
view,
your Family of Love
is forever Here
with you.

No matter who you
call family,
all you Love so very 
dear,
All of You 
are always a
Family of Love.

May you sense 
This Love within
your heart 
no matter 
where you are –
welcome Home,
precious child,
surrounded by 
One Family of Love.
