Walk with purpose
and with Courage,
Be authentic,
Be You,
the spiritual path fills
you with passion,
that fuels you with
what next to do.
But allow space for
needed re-fueling,
there are no timelines
on this journey Here,
often your path does not
go out seeking,
but returns Home
to restore and clear.
In life you wish for
known destinations,
this a function
of linear time,
but is not This Journey
your destination,
your soul fueling
your Beautiful Light!
8/17/25
When moments feel like
they are racing,
as life unfolds so fast
and quick,
look around and
Be so present,
your awareness is
the way to This.
There is no time in
This experience,
it need not be something
you plan,
in truth, a plan is
what may happen,
This present moment
is always –
I Am.
Step into this sacred
moment,
This is You –
always Love’s Truth,
your human side may
count the minutes,
but timeless is
the Soul of You!
8/15/25
It is not what you are,
it is Who You Are.
Instead of looking
for the Light,
Be the Light.
Shine as your Self,
today.
Sense the rhythm
of the trees,
walk to this beat.
Be in awe of the
blue sky,
let it teach you
to fly.
Listen to a beloved
pet,
Love has no words.
You are not who you
*think*
you are.
You simply Are.
8/14/25
Is your awareness
not a bridge,
from human-you
to All You Are,
you need not build it
brick by brick,
the Whole of You
is near not far.
This awareness is not
in the external,
there may be tools
that you can use,
but using, trying
fires up the ego,
releasing, surrendering
returns you to You.
As Love’s Vibration
there is no bridge,
You have been Here
all along,
trust your Knowing
that is wrapped in
Peace,
Here You Are Home
where you belong!
8/10/25
Be you connected
to your Light,
send This Vibration
far and wide,
life is tumultuous
as duality,
may Loving Awareness
Be a rising tide.
Invite Love to Be
a grounding force,
commune with nature,
marvel at a tree,
a single flower is
a miracle,
knowing how to Become
from only a seed.
Be Love,
Be Light,
Be hope in a world
that is often harsh
to humanity,
step outside and
look around,
One with earth and sky –
breathe in and Be!
8/09/25
Don’t listen for
the quiet –
Be the stillness.
Don’t search for
all the answers –
Be the answer.
Don’t look for
perfect vision –
Be the Vision.
Do lead with
Love and kindness –
You Are This.
Do marvel at
life unfolding –
You Are Marvelous.
Do share your Light
with others –
You Are All Light.
Shine on,
beautiful soul,
shine on!
8/08/25
Your return Home is
to Be Here Now,
use your senses to
align when thoughts
lead you astray.
This integration
with body is to
experience life,
Be in wonder,
Be present throughout
the day.
As mind creates
more stories,
question if they
are true,
return to soul awareness
and come Home to You.
Ego hijacks the mind,
does not chaos ensue,
but mind also knows
Truth
as Peace and Grace
flow through.
How to return to flow –
quiet the mind
with breath,
return to Your Self –
and to Love,
say yes.
Your Conscious Self
knows what to do –
thoughts are temporary
clouds,
You dear,
are sky so blue!
8/07/25
Listen as your body
talks to you,
where do you flow or
might you constrict,
fear or anxiety may
give you clues
for you to dive in
deeper yet.
With no judgment
now set a table,
invite in what wishes
to be seen,
parts of you that you
think are shadow,
now seen in Light are
what sets you free.
Ego is a master at
keeping secrets,
it wishes to hide
from you what
You Know,
these parts of you
that you think are
shadow,
is ego hiding the Truth –
You Are Whole.
There is no way to
break up your
wholeness,
use Love’s Light
to see This is True,
with loving eyes,
see what you thought
was hiding,
now in This Light,
welcome the
Whole of You!
8/05/25
With Love,
take each step
on your journey,
discover your Self
in every one,
looking ahead may
be a mystery,
looking back – see how
far you’ve come.
This linear view
is but a way for
your human self
to experience life,
your True Essence
observes it all,
your Source of
Be-ing and
eternal Light.
Ego may search for
more understanding
to find the pieces
that make a whole,
dear one,
You Are whole and
complete already,
This is the Essence
of your soul.
As soul,
you walk with
this curious ego,
finding new discoveries
along the way,
but always This Peace
that passes understanding,
is Here within
This You,
always!
8/01/25
There is mystery in
the in-between,
is this not similar
to “I don’t know,”
lean into this surrender
of egoic thoughts,
step into Love’s current
of flow.
This does not mean
give up all doing,
but soften some
expectations made,
nourish your soul
as Love’s connection,
allow misalignments
to release and fade.
You need not force
next steps to arrive,
feel the Pulse of Love
to know your next
move,
fresh and light from
tender self-care,
might new ideas now
flow through you?
Savor the ebb and flow
of life,
Be in This Present –
beyond all time,
You Are Love in
this in-between,
visit Here often to
find You, Divine!
