as you merge with

Here I Am,
Love says softly,
in an instant,
I Am Here,
You are Me
and I Am You,
We exist as One
truly Everywhere.
In the world of
time and space,
it appears that Love
may be hard to find,
end your search using
your perception,
Love exists Wholly
in your Mind.
This One Mind
is All of This,
as human that is
hard to believe,
in a world of this
or that,
there appears to be
choices to help
you see.
Be the Choice of Love
today,
begin with This
intention now,
know that Love
has never left,
with Faith,
may knowing
replace how.
Release the need
to understand,
Love is beyond
explanation here,
Be you Knowing,
awakening to,
the Experience of
You as Love
forever Here.

to your everyday,
when ego thinks
it has center stage,
you know this when
prickly parts come out,
you wish to send
little ego away.
Let Love’s Light in
to lighten you,
ego is so serious
in its task,
Love helps you sense
what is Real and True,
in your dream state,
did you forget to laugh?
Thank ego for reminders
that it brings,
you have a choice
from which eyes to see,
Love is with you Here,
so patient, infinite,
smile with Love now –
Here You Are,
so free!

Your Truth,
your Home,
is your perspective
as Love.
Make this shift,
then shift again,
awakening to what
you are made of.
You lose no-thing,
seeing Everything,
your limited part
becomes the Whole.
As One with This,
can you not sense
the expansive nature
of your soul.
You Are the trees,
the roots, the soil,
the sky above
that is so blue.
The stars, the moon
know you and send
their shining Lights
that blend with you.
Greet your sisters
and your brothers,
honoring the uniqueness
that you see here.
As Love’s perspective,
you are not different,
needing each other
to release fear.
Be your Self,
Be All of This,
shine your Light
in All you do.
One with Gratitude
and compassion,

See with expanded
Vision,
that helps you see

precious child,

tender and sacred,
believe it, too.
May your senses
be aligned,
connecting All parts

Here You Are,

Do not only listen
with your ears,
your soul’s intuition
is part of this, too,
Be receptive in

varied voices,

others out,
what is nature singing

pushing outward,
or building walls
to keep one safe,
You as soul are
powerful softness,

at what you hear,

your breath,

what to do,

When you feel hurried,
rushed, chaotic,
you may wish to
slow down time,
you have this power
within you –
simply Be present
within your Mind.
Mindfulness may be
a concept,
but Be this experience
to sense Love’s calm,
you may not notice
shrinking time,
but is not your angst
nearly gone?
Mindfulness helps you
to Be all possibility,
ready to flow,
the “not enough” egoic
story,
puts you in a box
that feels tight
and closed.
You need not find
the door,
you can transcend
beyond all time,
You Are timeless,
in Love’s moment,
as You come Home
within your Mind.

Marvel at the color
that surrounds you,
fresh spring-time green
and sky so blue,
luminescent clouds lit
with sun through white,
do you wonder what
created this magnificent
sight?
Are you not seeing creation
that flows through you,
if your eyes can see it,
does it not begin with you,
you think inspiration
comes from what you see,
but is it not an extension
of You, internally?
And though rain and clouds
may dim your sight,
are they not elegant as
muted, cleansing Light,
accept, allow the cycles
of the earth,
is not each moment a chance
for your re-birth?
Be You in each moment
of your life,
express all colors of rainbow’s
stunning Light,
as You Are each moment
of what you wish to see,
be amazed at the wonder
of You, eternally!

Ego is good at
pointing fingers,
where victimhood
and blame persist,
might you recognize
this movie,
and change the channel
to step away from this.
Awareness brings
Love’s Light to
see more clearly,
you may not like
what you see,
but with a balanced,
neutral focus,
might you see what
wishes to be free.
Love All of You,
without the judgment
that ego wants you
to use,
with loving arms,
gather the parts
that you think are
separate from You.
May you see clearly
through Love’s eyes
that are forever with
you Here,
Be in this fresh
new moment,
flowing free and
Loved so dear!
