You Are Love and 
Love lasts forever,
you need not worry – 
your loved ones are 
Here,
loving bonds created 
with Love,
are eternal and 
exist Everywhere.

A part of you may seem
to be missing,
in the human life
you lead,
but You Are so much
more than human,
your souls are united 
infinitely.

Cherish your memories 
as you honor their lives,
but know their journey 
does not end,
they walk with you,
two worlds combining,
to support and cheer
your transformation.

Your heart may ache
with human longing,
but sense your heart
opening so wide,
is not your awareness 
over-flowing,
as you discover This Love 
inside?

Take Love’s hand,
it beckons to you,
see your self as 
Love sees you,
you share this journey
with all you Love,
who see with Grace,
this beautiful You!

This Peace

You may be wary
when feeling Peace,
waiting for the other 
shoe to drop,
ego wants you 
to stay alert,
to be prepared for 
what may come up.

Your Team,
your angels 
know you may 
need a hand,
this experience in life 
is not walked alone,
yes, ask for help,
but guidance is always
Here,
you live life’s experiences,
but you are always 
Home.

Reframe, rethink – 
what is This Peace,
is it not what you 
already know,
This Peace that passes
all understanding,
is constant and Here 
always in your soul!

Love’s Spiral

There is a spiral 
to life that shows
you,
different layers
in different scenes,
as your perception 
and awareness build,
do you not see Love
in Everything.

In these moments
of Love connecting,
two can share the 
power of One,
Be it in nature or
with fellow human,
sharing Love’s moment 
is joyful and fun.

What brings you all 
together,
it may be peaceful 
or maybe not,
but Peace and Love 
are a familiar language,
your souls are speaking 
even if you are not.

On your travels 
around Love’s spiral
may you see more 
clearly with ease,
Love is your foundation,
so walk, assured,
Here is always your 
Love and Peace.

Here Is Peace

May Love remind 
that you are holy,
you flow softly
as the breeze,
may the Peace at 
break of dawn,
continue to flow
as the Love you
breathe.

In this world there
is over-thinking,
might you set your 
thoughts aside,
tune into your Essence,
flowing,
you need not hang on 
to enjoy the ride.

Know you are connected
to your Be-ing,
your soul is eternally 
Here with you,
when you pause and 
seek reflection,
does not this soft Voice
speak to you?

Beyond the din 
of ego’s noise,
is the Truth of you,
so dear,
align with your
own flow streaming,
Here is Peace,
yes, Love is Here.

What might you extend 
today?

It need not be fancy 
or something to do,
we are talking about
an extension of you,
as an authentic 
creation of Love,
what might you extend
today?

Be a listener, observer,
in This moment,
when you speak may 
love provide the content,
as Love’s vessel in 
space and time,
what might you 
extend today?

May you look to add,
not take away,
ask Love what might 
you do, see or say,
working as One,
is This not Love’s 
way,
Be Love,
extending Light 
today!

Everywhere

You have all 
you need,
because – 
You Are.

Time cannot 
constrain
what is beyond 
time,
and This,
my dear,
You Are.

Spaces are filled 
in this time 
and place,
All of That 
and in between,
You Are.

You eat, 
you work,
you breathe,
you play,
as human,
yes, this 
You Are.

You know,
you trust,
you believe 
in Love,
because This,
You as soul,
You Are.

Express 
This You,
Your Eternal 
spark,
lights the way,
Everywhere –
You Are!

A Beautiful Evolution

Be comfortable 
with change,
are you not evolving 
as we speak,
you may have rituals,
routine,
yes these can help 
with basics that 
you need.

But every breath 
is a miracle,
every heart beat 
is a new song,
you can’t help growing,
beautifully evolving,
does Joy not ask you
to come along?

Your human story
may at times 
struggle,
but is this not 
the friction that
you use,
to reshape, transform
and create
what turns out to 
be a new you.

Break free from what 
may be old thinking,
your brain loves to be
challenged too,
accept, allow,
This Peace that flows
throughout this
ever-changing you!

Marvelous

Marvel at the stars 
and what you think
you cannot see,
you are part of 
the Whole,
including distant 
galaxies.

So much of it familiar,
Be fascinated by it
all,
This is You,
marvel at your Self,
you are anything 
but small.

Yes, here, you are 
human,
but this is not 
your only role,
may this perspective 
help you sense
what your soul 
already knows.

Embrace the bigger 
picture,
flowing freely 
like star dust,
You Are All
That is One,
beautiful,
shining,
marvelous!

This Joy

You get glimpses
of Love’s perfection,
loved ones invite you 
to peek and see,
your soul knows 
of this – you feel it,
This your Home 
of Eternity.

You seek This Joy,
journeying inward,
but look around,
it is Here with you,
butterflies remind you
with their dance,
trees shelter as 
their leaves speak
to you.

There is magic 
that glows and 
sparkles,
Love’s vibration
seeks to have fun,
may the Joy that
is innately you,
join with nature 
and others as 
One!

A Different View

Ask Us all of your
questions,
though we may have 
a different view,
but your perspective 
is the training ground
that You have picked 
for you.

Upon this stage,
yes there are many 
scenes that you 
would never choose,
this world can be so 
difficult as your 
humanness is, too.

But as new perspectives 
begin to seep into 
your brain,
does this awareness 
not change everything,
as you do not see things
the same.

So bring your questions,
share your processing 
as you sort through 
This Truth,
when you question any
belief system,
are you not discovering 
You?

Remember this experience 
does not need to 
make sense here,
your powerful soul 
rejoices fully,
each step of your journey – 
always Here.
