first thought,
first sip
from a warm cup,
might you notice
with first sight,
an allowance
to truly
Be?
As you awaken
upon this dawn,
is not each moment
where you truly
belong,
as you allow
this moment,
Be,
Here with Love
is truly,
Peace.
This breath,
this thought,
that sings in tune
within your heart,
Peace is in every
moment that you
allow,
yes, Love Is Here,
always,
with You
now.

be surrounded
with Love,
you really cannot
Be
anything,
but Love.
Wrap yourself
in Love’s sweet
blanket,
it is your normal
state of Be-ing,
sense the whispers
of Love and comfort,
you are safe
and You Are Loved.
Rejoice with Love,
be lifted with Love,
drop your resistance
to this Truth –
Love is what you
are made of.
Open your heart,
let Love pour in
and bubble up
from deep within,
Here You Are,
Love’s precious friend,
receiving Love,
repeat,
again.

see what We see

Divine Light,

reach out
and see what
dreams may come,
paint your canvas
with what you may
choose,
the sky’s the limit
and even far beyond,
Believe and Trust
This Light and Love
in You!

bridge

All you Love
and Love comes back

this Force,
this Flow,
is always what
breathes you,
have Faith
and with will,
may Love see

try something new,
might you cultivate
what is new in you?
Are you not a creative
force,
with help and assistance
at every turn,
is not each experience
here for you,
to bring a new perspective
for you to learn?
Move forward with Hope
and Ease,
with an assuredness
that brings you Peace,
are you not able to adjust
and find,
that you are in the right place
at the perfect time?
Look with wonder at what
the day brings to you,
there is no need to struggle,
when you let Love flow through you.
Mix it up,
see you
in a different Light,
accept, allow
and sense your perfection
and your loving might!

feel deep in slumber,
when dark of night
touches light of day,
but is this not
when Love’s Light
burns brighter,
to walk with you
and show you
the way.
Awaken ye
who knows This Light,
it burns eternally
inside of You,
full of Hope,
with Grace and Ease,
does this Faith in Love
not stir within You?
Wake up, wake up
from your deep slumber,
walk with purpose among
these loving rays,
Love surrounds you
and holds you gently,
O Child of Love,

Wherein lies your inner Strength?
Do you not see strength
in the physical world,
in how strong a person is,
based upon might
or physical force,
and does not “being strong”
often mean to be quiet,
holding emotions in,
being stoic,
keeping a distance
from feelings that may
burst from a dam?
But is it not inner Strength
that helps you to rise
every morning,
is it not Strength
that brings you hope,
in the dark
or light of day,
do you not touch
your inner Strength
when you carry on,
when you persevere –
does not your Strength
keep you going,
as is this not
an expression of Love?
Does not Strength
come with energy,
when you need it most,
it is not tied
to earthly needs
of sleep,
or food,
or rest –
when Love fills your
heart,
when you sense
that You Are Love –
can you not feel Strength
begin to rise,
do you not believe
in the Strength of Love –
can you believe
You Are That, too,
is that not your
inner Strength?
Embrace every emotion.
Accept your human-ness.
There is a driving force
within your heart,
that pulls you up,
that is your Strength,
feel your power,
sense your Love –
are you not a fierce
Warrior of Love,
standing in the Truth
of Who You Are?
Be Strength.
Be Courage.
Be the strong Love
That You Are.
Let your inner Strength
shine on the outer you.
Amazing.
Powerful.

Look beyond the fog,
the clouds,
the shortness of the
day,
does not the sun remain,
still shining,
helping to lovingly
Light the way?
There may be times
when Love feels obscured,
by the denseness
that life can sometimes
bring,
but Love is always
shining,
never gone
and part of
Everything.
See with the vision
of your heart,
does Light not illuminate
the view?
Do not colors appear
more vibrant,
as you open up
to the Greater You?
All Love you have
ever felt,
will feel,
is in This Moment
now,
All who you Love
are with you,
always,
this is what Love
is all about.
With Faith and Trust,
believe,
let the Light of Love
show you what is
True –
All are part of this
Eternal Light,
the Light of Love
always shines
in You.

do you not feel
the energy flow
as your Light
comes shining through?
There may always be
doubt,
from your human perspective
looking out,
but look upon
All That You Are,
knowing Love always helps
to work things out.
The road may be bumpy
or smooth,
but is there not always
growth?
When you can sense
the Vibration of Love,
is this not a map
to find Love’s Flow?
As Love pushes you
with Love,
oftentimes outside your
comfort zone,
say yes to Love,
say yes to You –
in this loving space,
Love says, Welcome Home!
