You Are your own
bright light of sunbeam,
always connected
to the Sun,
You Are the ripples,
as well as waves,
yes, You and Ocean
are One.

You may feel separate
on this spectrum,
experiencing two worlds
as you live and breathe,
but the One of You
expands across Forever,
You Are One with Love,
Eternally.

You may have forgotten
how deep your roots,
you may not remember
how Whole You Are,
ask your soul to
journey with you,
to guide you beyond
the twinkling stars.

But this Place of Peace
is not so distant,
though your reach
is to infinity,
with intention,
Grace and Faith,
know Love is always
Here with Thee.

So smile at a sunbeam
bright,
or when you experience
the rolling waves,
There You Are
in All Love’s glory,
Be the Presence of Love,
this moment,
always.

Yes, in life
you are analyzing,
sorting through
the clutter of
your mind,
remember,
in the stillness,
you return to Love
beyond space and time.

Be clear,
with Love.
Be centered,
with Love.
Let Love show you
sweet clarity,
know All That Is True –
is simply,
Love.

There is Peace
in the Knowing
that All Is Well.

There is stillness
in the water
when All Is Calm.

There is a place
you can go
to find the Peace.

Go within.
Go within.

And when you
feel the Peace,
is Strength not
far behind?
Can you not
sense Strength
flowing into
the still and
open space –
as Strength
brings a comfort
all its own?

And with Strength
comes Courage –
as Courage
will light the way,
shining
Light and Love
on every
step You Take.

There Is Peace.
There Is Strength.
There Is Courage
in the Knowing
that All Is Well.

Go within.
Go within.

You Are Peace.
You Are Strength.
You Are Courage.
You Are Love.

You Are Loved
and All Is Well.

one by one,
and when the wind
picks up,
do not others join
the fun?

Do they not create
a mosaic,
bringing color to the
path you stroll,
do you not gain a
different perspective
of leaves,
in this season
of letting go?

Might you join in
this dance of leaves,
displaying the beautiful
color of You,
might you embrace
your vibrant beauty,
as you let go
to the Truth of You.

Be strong,
be elegant,
with branches bare,
as sturdy trees remind
you to Be,
every Season of You
rejoices,
You Are Love
and
You Are Free!

Is healing not the
knowing,
the understanding,
the accepting,
that You Are Love?

And yes, the body
has its own timeline
for healing,
a band-aid fix
or surgery coming,
may make you doubt
that there is healing,
but Beloved One,
you are perfectly
healed
in the Eyes of Love.

In the dichotomy
of duality,
you may perceive healing
in different ways,
but do you not understand
healing
as a return to the
Whole?

You Are Wholeness
experiencing
the sum of your
parts,
but there is no puzzle
to reassemble,
you are truly never
apart.

Whole and complete
as the Love You Are,
is your truest
State of Be-ing,
You Are a healing,
creative force,
let Love clearly
help you see:

Wholly Love
Is You,
Holy Love,
always.
You Are Whole,
You Are Love,
perfectly healed
in All Ways.

Sit in the Light
so brightly,
it follows you
wherever you go,
I Am You
and You Are Me,
forever, together
we will always Be.

Love is a bond
that is never broken,
Love connects you
even when you
cannot see,
sense and know
within your soul,
that we are together,

Be One with Love
with your Light
burning,
you cannot extinguish
this loving Light,
forever Love will walk
beside you,
until Wings of Love
show you

yes,
Love Is Here.

As you see beginnings
and therefore endings,
you ask, can Love
truly be Everywhere?

Dearest,
blessed Child
of Love,
You Are This

Love is
Who You Are,
before this life
and never through.

Be Love,
Be comfort,
to All you Love,
passing through –
the seasons may
be changing,
but Love is
always, forever,
with You.

fast or slow

you take,
all roads lead
to You,
and Here Is Love.

Your mind may be
filled with chatter,
you may grow weary
of ego’s banter,
but is it not You
that is listening to you?
And Here Is Love.

Awareness may fluctuate,
come and go,
you may at times remember
and then, not know,
let your heart,
your breath
bring you to You –
and Here Is Love.

Precious One,
You Are so Loved,
Love Is You,
not far away or above,
your Light shines
and you are held
so tenderly,
All Is Well
as You Are Love.

and may This Breath

Moment of Creation,
what do you wish
to create today?

Begin, again

whole day through –

You Love,
will return a thousand-fold
always to you.

When you create in
this vibration,
are you not eternally creating
the Essence of You –
and as Love is
your Eternal Nature,
is not every moment
beginning anew?

Celebrate You.
You arise each moment
of every day,
breathe in this sacred
moment of Love,
yes, Love arises
within You,
always.
