There is a dance
and flow with
Spirit,
this is not a
one-way bond
you see,
we cannot separate
each other’s Lights,
there is no distance
between You and Me.
We cannot help but
flow together,
there is no beginning
and thus no end,
is there not Peace in
This alignment,
you feel connection –
at Home again.
So shine your Light,
we always see it,
loved ones, the angels
and your guides,
We Are One in
this joyful dance,
We shine together –
One eternal Light!

Pause when you need
to,
is this not part of
ebb and flow,
sense the resonance
of any moment,
is there a quickening
or need to slow.
In times of shifting
and of change,
when things are messy
and you wish to plan,
hold a wider Vision of Love
that lets you know when
to lend a hand.
Your open heart is
so very needed,
sense through resonance
what next to do,
Be you active or
in the quiet,
Love is constant and coursing
through All of You!

Do you remember?
Be Love’s remembrance.
Be-ing present is a
remembrance,
are there not feelings
so familiar too,
echoes of Love
flow right through,
This is remembrance,
This is You.
You heed a calling that
beckons to you,
not of this world –
or beyond,
This stirring bubbles up
within,
This is remembrance,
This is You.
This is not a singular
path,
a Collective Consciousness
is being formed,
these building blocks
have sacred resonance –
This is remembrance,
for the All.
As All connect,
is This not
Oneness,
Love honors each
part of the Whole,
add your Voice,
your Vision clear,
as You remember –
yes, This is Love!

It is hard as human
to trust,
there may be outcomes
you wish to see,
you need not throw
up both your hands,
are you not empowered
when you as soul –
can Be?
This integration of soul
and body,
is an amazing synchronistic
dance,
from soul perspective –
you see with clarity,
but you need body
to say yes I can.
Trust this process beyond
understanding,
sense Love’s energy
that is aligned,
there will always be
rocky roads in life,
but your soul accompanies
you on every ride!

Return to breath
to realign,
draw from This Peace
to come back Home,
life can take much
of your energy,
re-center to what
soul knows.
Let This Love soothe
jangled nerves,
you need not fix
everything at once,
trust that your
next step will be
illuminated
much like the
rising sun.
Be You throughout
this day,
draw Strength in with
each sacred breath,
take care of what is
in front of you –
may Love take care
of the rest!

they were made
for you,
you have support
in all you do,
you need not fit into
limited space –
were you not created
to Be expansive,
True?
In Love’s Peace
may you grow
and thrive,
always cradled
in Love’s comforting
womb,
you belong Here as
a cherished Be-ing,
your soul says Beloved –
I believe in you.
Soar in your Truth
precious child of Love,
breathe in with Grace
to know This Peace,
Here You Are –
Home always dear,
knowing This Love
forever sets you free!

You may ask why Trust
is sometimes fleeting,
why does it appear
then seem to fade?
This may be due to
your perspective,
what eyes are you
seeing with today?
Ego does not know
how to hold Trust
in its hands that
grip so hard,
Trust cannot be
contained, controlled,
it resides freely deep
within your heart.
Trust at its essence
is at Peace,
knowing is its vibration
Here,
even when answers appear
to elude you,
Trust is knowing
Love is Here.
Trust need not explain
all of life to you,
though your ego has
much to tell,
sink into your heart-space
of knowing,
Here Trust reminds
that All is Well!

They know Who
They Are as Love,
no more,
no less,
only simply This –
You Are This below
as You Are above.
Life’s hierarchy is
of the ego,
wishing you to
question and doubt,
beyond knowledge
is understanding,
there is no-thing
you need to figure
out.
Humility is your
acceptance of
All You Are
through Eternity,
live this life,
Be your Truth –
know You as Love
with Humility!

Love’s flow.
No need to turn
off mind,
it grows silent when
soul appears,
return your vessel
to its Source,

is all you need,

noisy friction,
Be an instrument

cast a shadow,
do not fear this
or run away,
life is full of contrasts
beloved,
Love is Here
for you always.
Be a spark to Light
another’s space
that is not dark,
only forgetting Light,
might your spark
be one of remembrance,
does day not dawn
always after night.
See Love’s Light in
All you see,
let it wash and comfort
All in its Truth,
life is full of mirrors
so All may remember –
what shines in Me
forever shines
in You!
