Energy is never-ending,
eternal Love cannot 
be lost,
here in the world 
yes there is grieving,
you miss the hugs,
you wish to call.

Eternal bonds mean 
eternal connection,
this not only flows 
from them to you,
your Love that you give
is received,
do they not light up,
as you do too.

This happens naturally
between your souls,
there is no-thing you 
need to do,
to increase awareness 
in your human story,
move to your heart,
center to You.

Yes you have memories,
cherished, beloved,
but also Here is Love
real-time,
expand awareness,
believe and know,
Beloveds are Here –
sharing One Light!

Centered and Grounded

Begin this day,
centered and true,
ground yourself,
take care of you.

Life is unfolding,
often a wild ride,
buckle up for safety,
but don’t dim 
your Light.

Be what you feel 
is important to you,
allow compassion and 
empathy to flow 
through.

Be a catalyst 
for new change,
Be bold,
Be open to things
not the same.

You stand on Love’s 
solid foundation,
centered and grounded 
through transformation.

what might you do?
Be Love,
Be curious,
Be free,
Be You!

Belief and Trust

In the silence,
in the stillness,
Here is the trust
you have searched
for,
spirit, loved ones are
forever with you,
belief and trust open
once closed doors.

With the lightness 
of your Be-ing,
powered by your 
heart that knows,
trust that Love forever
guides you,
Truth is Here when
you let go.

Yes ego has its 
role in life,
but You fly with 
the angels dear,
go within to find 
your Essence,
belief and trust are
at Home Here!

True Knowing

Trust your intuition
flowing,
you are stronger 
than you know,
ego may wish to 
complicate,
answers appear when
you let go.

You wish to make 
a “right” decision,
choices are paths that
sometimes change,
honor your inner wisdom
dear one,
what does your soul 
have to say.

You may not know 
what future brings,
but listen to your 
True Knowing dear,
may what you need 
appear with Grace,
as you take each step – 
confident and clear!

Trusting Belief

Trust is not something 
you earn,
it is not an outcome 
met,
it is belief in You
as Love,
it is boldly saying
yes.

What calls you to walk
with purpose,
sometimes out of your
comfort zone,
say yes to You and know
that you never do
anything alone.

Call in your Strength
and Courage,
flow with your soul
who knows this Truth,
as you expand into
your Wholeness,
believe and trust 
This Love in You!

A Season of Change

In this transitional 
Season of Change,
embrace what comes up 
to evolve,
change may make ego
a bit nervous,
but your Soul steadies you
through it All.

You have asked to see
differently,
and this new Vision 
may come with new 
beliefs,
you may not have all
pieces of the puzzle,
might you create these
with timing perfectly.

There is much unfolding
in life and the world,
lean on your Soul’s Strength
and foundation true,
as you excavate what you 
no longer need,
You Are filled and nurtured 
with what is always You!

Navigating With Heart

ahead is foggy,
your destination may
not be clear,
but Here You Are with 
Gratitude flowing –
may your heart lead
when it’s hard to see.

To listen for Truth,
stretch beyond your
ears,
tap into your seamless
intuitive vibe,
in This Stillness,
in the Silence,
may your heart lead
when it is hard to hear.

Your own voice may sound
foreign to you,
mind often monitors
what you say,
share your own Truth –
you will not waver,
as your heart leads 
when you now speak.

Believe in you and
what you know,
your expanded Presence 
is Who You Are,
This fearless You knows 
how to navigate – 
as your heart boldly
leads the way!

Life can be a game
of cat and mouse,
what do you chase 
or wish to find,
when you let go
of what you strive for,
do not often gifts 
show up in time?

Yes, intention brings 
you focus,
but do stay open 
to the greater view,
while you are working 
out the details,
are you not helped 
by the All of You?

Take a breath and 
sense expansion,
you are part of 
a connected web,
when you are open 
to receive,
is there not help,
are you not led?

Be aware of where 
attention
may be obscuring
your greater view,
all possibility is
ever-present,
You Are All of This,
believe in You!

A Masterpiece of Love

the bigger picture,
from your perspective 
as the painted scene,
but as You Are 
the creative Artist,
are you not always 
able to create again?

Beauty is in the eyes 
of the beholder,
might you have faith
and trust in the 
Eyes of Love,
accept, allow – 
you need not struggle 
against 
what bubbles up 
to be let go of.

As creative art 
are you not constantly 
changing, 
transforming, 
transmuting 
to Love’s perfect 
vibe,
allow All to see 
your outside beauty,
as it reflects eternal 
Love inside.

You are not an 
isolated portrait,
you are All colors 
in this Palette of Love,
mix, blend and 
play with All of 
Love’s Creation,
the Masterpiece of You 
is a miracle of 
Love!

sun arises,
with an open,
loving heart,
life is made up 
of many stories,
begin this moment 
as the Love You Are.

Bring a fresh perspective 
to any task,
be it small or 
planning ahead,
see what is important 
and keep it simple,
be listening, receptive
to where you are led.

Tell another that 
you love them,
be it in words, 
action or deeds,
someone’s Love tank
may need replenished,
does yours not also fill 
when two believe?

Return to roots,
Love is your purpose,
life will unfold – 
what will you do,
greet each moment 
with Love arising,
it bubbles up through 
This Eternal You!
