Stretch yourself.
Is this not how
you have grown
from there to
here?
Now can you let
unfoldment happen,
not focusing on
the here to
there –
might you look
with curious wonder
upon experiences
that come your way,
stretch yourself,
discover You,
today.

Be open.
Be surprised.
Be delighted
when growth occurs –
yes, sometimes it
triggers fears,
when expectation
then appears,
marvel at this
magical journey,
did you think you
would be here –
stretch and grow,
let Love take you
beyond your fear.

Stretch yourself,
choose Love,
it is Who You Are,
as you build your
loving muscles,
is it not Love
that takes you far,
you may be able
to see your journey
in the linear world
you live,
but as Eternal
Love and Light,
is it not Love that
you can give?

Stretch yourself
with Love,
no matter what direction
you take,
Love is omnipresent,
let it be in every
decision you make,
let each step be one
that walks with Love,
you cannot Be anything
else,
You Are creation,
You Are Love.

What comes to Light
is asking for healing,
it may be one
or countless more,
emotions run high,
there is much anguish
as a society
opens once closed
doors.

Though you rise
and fall
when in these
choppy waters,
can you turn up
the Light
that is always
in You,
can you be an anchor
in calmer water,
can you find balance
in the Strength
that is You?

You need not turn away
completely,
though sometimes you wish
to find a place
to hide –
when hurt and pain
arise
is this not a searching,
for Love to show
another side?

You will see so many
stories
in the tangled web
of Life –
and though the answers
may take some time,
can you not instantly
turn up the Love
and Light?

Be a Light
when the world is
hurting,
yes, you may feel
this pain as well,
but as Love knows
no boundaries,
add Love and Light
in your story
to tell,
you may not be able
to change the story,
its ending may not
be clear to see,
but as Love is
Everlasting,
can you Be a bright
Light
in a stormy sea?

Be a beacon.
Anchor with Strength.
Love knows where
it is needed,
go within
and shine
your Light!

Receive the Light,
from the moon,
from the sun.
Be the Light,
Be a beacon
when darkness comes.
It only takes
a sliver
to remember
Who You Are –
there is hope
in Light,
reminding you
Love is never
far.

Receive Love’s glow,
from loved ones
you hold dear,
Be Love’s promise,
to yourself
when you need
to hear –
All Is Well,
find Peace
when you know,
you are surrounded
with Love and Light,
You Are Love
and You Are Loved so.

Receiving,
giving,
is there not
a constant state
of flow,
find yourself
in any moment –
Be Love,
Be Light,
and you will
know.

Let Love flow.

If there is a dam
in a river,
it may impede
the water’s flow,
but as you focus
on the water,
does it not find
another to go –
you cannot stop
water from flowing,
does water not know
what to do,
as water runs through
and is the river,
does Love not always
flow through you?

Yes, there are times
when you feel stagnant
or wish for things
to go your way,
but as you focus
on your Love flow,
might it help you
find another way,
do not let stillness
lull you into thinking,
that flow has stopped
or you are stuck –
once you focus
on Love,
does its flow
not smooth out
what is rough?

Let Love flow.
Let Love show you
the easiest way.
Stay the course
or change directions,
go with the
Flow of Love,
today.

When you open up
to Love,
do you not let
Love
come shining through,
when you open up
to Love,
are you not opening up
to You?

Is not the magnificence
you feel,
when you connect
and are touched
by Love,
is it not when
you realize,
that this Love is
within You?

You need not earn it,
you need not find it,
are you not remembering
Who You Are,
do you not feel it
when you open,
and see you are
shining,
liking a star?

Make a wish,
feel your power,
doors are opening up
for you,
you are open,
you can trust,
the Universe
is ready to support
You.

You may not know
where all is going,
is there not possibility
in “I don’t know,”
follow your heart,
it knows the way,
the destination?
Always Love.

Reassure you
that You Love
you, too.

When you feel
fractured,
is it not hard
to see,
the Wholeness
of You
that you will
always Be,
when growth occurs,
you may not recognize
you,
but are you still
not You,
always through and
through,
your human mind
may need to
assimilate,
but is not your
soul rejoicing,
with every step
you take?

Reassure you –
with loving care,
when doubt appears,
can you not see
perfection there,
when you create
change,
are you not trusting
Source,
letting Love take
you places,
you may not have
gone before?

Have trust and faith
that All Is Well,
let your soul soar,
let Love be
the story you tell.

Reassure you,
with the assurance
of Love,
you need not wait
for it to arrive,
from above –
when you need
to reacquaint
with you,
ask Love,
what would Love do,
feel Love’s Grace,
always within you,
always there,
always You,
This Love.

Love Is Here.

It is not going
anywhere,
ask Love if it
is around,
it is in the
quiet,
it is in all
sound,
if you experience
fear and doubt,
let Love show you
what Love
is all about,
Love is here,
around,
by your side,
when you need
lifted,
can Love not give
you a ride?

Let Love embrace
you
with angel wings,
Love Is Everywhere
and in everything.

Love Is Here –
and with Love
may you always Be,
where Love is –
is where You Are
Eternally.

Is not energy
reciprocal,
is there not a balance
you wish to find,
as you travel upon
this Journey of Life,
do you not seek balance
between your heart
and your mind,
you have heard
what you send out,
you will then
receive,
but is it not
already within you,
when you dare
to believe?

You can make it
complicated,
you can research,
you can learn,
but you also
have innately
an inner knowing,
a way to discern –
does it not come down
to trust,
is it not hard for you
to believe,
that what you seek
lies within You,
you have the answers,
you are the key.

Step into the flow,
yes, you may go here,
you may go there,
but is it not so
you will find,
that Love Is
truly Everywhere –
ask and you shall
receive,
with intention,
will you not know,
you are part of
the Circle of Love –
let your spirit sing,
let yourself flow.

Be strong enough
to Be vulnerable.

An open heart
need not be
a fearful place,
when you come from
a loving space,
keep diving deep
into the heart
of you,
let others see
the authentic you,
are you not free
when you follow
your heart –
is not serving Love
a beautiful place
to start?

When you are true
to yourself,
to Love,
it need not be hard
to follow the path
that you dream of,
what dream does
your heart resonate and
beat with,
might you let Love
show you how
to create this –
when you ask
with a heart
full of Love,
is that not when
the answers appear
to fall from above?

You need not overcome
anything
to be strong,
Be yourself,
Be amazing,
Be One
with your heart
that beats a
familiar tune –
Be strong enough
to Be vulnerable,
to Be You.

If there is a problem
you encounter,
do you not first
tackle it with
your mind,
sorting through
possible solutions,
looking for
an answer that
you may find,
then might you
open up more
possibilities,
by turning it over
to your soul –
can your soul
not expand your mind,
nudging,
guiding you
so you will know?

Inspiration,
brain-storming,
do you not wonder
where some ideas
come from –
it matters not
the source of what
inspires you –
are you not All
a part of the
One?

Step back from what
you are analyzing,
where you may only
see one side,
when you expand to
your greater awareness,
can you not change your
perception
and see all sides?
Might it be like looking
at what is on paper,
then seeing it all
in virtual 3D,
does not your soul
stretch your mind
helping you to see
all possibilities?

Yes, honor your mind,
it has served and
helped you well,
but you are part
of something greater,
that your soul knows
very well –
dip into the wellspring
of knowledge
that helps to connect
the dots you see –
You Are limitless,
You Are creative,
You Are potential –
All Possibility.

Stretch beyond
your comfort zone,
your soul knows
the way –
Be inspired.
Be bold.
With Love,
now seize
the day!
