Fly free.

What do you wish
to untether,
to release
into Love –
are you not always
in your natural state
when you allow
what you dream of?
You can not let go
or lose,
what fills up
and expands your heart,
is it not the Love
that gives you wings –
fly free.

Be courageous,
be brave –
is Strength not
always part of you,
like an eagle soaring high,
do you not imagine
you soaring, too?
Can you surrender
into the Love
that brings the wind
beneath your wings,
can you have faith
that All Is Well
and fly free?

You may accept
or fight change,
as change is constant,
what will you do –
you have choices,
are you not evolving,
with all of the experiences
in Earth school,
when in doubt
might you choose Love,
does not Love always
choose You –
is it not Love
that fuels your dreams
to fly free?

Fly free,
let go
of what no longer
serves you.
Love stays in
your heart,
Love always celebrates
You.
Celebrate Love –
Be the Truth
of Who You Are.
You Are Light.
You Are Love.
On wings of Love –
fly free.

The Way of Love

There is Love with you now.
There is always a way.
Does Love not move you,
can Love not guide you
through any door,
or any maze –
at any time,
can you not see All
when you raise your
perspective,
when you see with
the Eyes of Love?

And might you use
all of your senses
and the ones that
are able
to sense beyond,
you know that your heart
and your gut
are rarely wrong –
it may be fear
that makes you question,
the unknown can
bring in doubt –
but there is Love
with you now,
there is always a way.

You may think you
“should” do this,
you may be sure
you “must” do that,
might there be
a way to experience
that you haven’t thought
of yet?
Do not close every door
when you open the next,
there is Love with you now,
showing you the way.

Your path need not
be “perfect”,
does that not change as well,
is not every moment
of Love,
the one perfect for you –
can you stop running
from fear
and walk into the
Arms of Love,
does Love not always
surround you,
is not Love with you now?

Love is gentle.
Love is kind.
Love is patient.
Love Is You.
Be Love in this moment,
Love is always the way.

Dancing With Love

Can you dance,
can you glide,
do you not feel
so light,
when you imagine
you are
dancing with Love?

With Love as your
dance partner,
can you let Love
lead the way,
smoothly,
gently,
might you learn
some new steps,
might you let go
and twirl,
knowing Love will
guide you
every step of the way?

And if you need
to change songs,
will not Love
come along,
changing tempo
or beat,
is all up to you,
do not worry that Love
will not know
what to do –
for are you not always
dancing with Love?

Can you follow the
gentle nudges
that Love may provide,
so that Together
as One,
you can flow,
you can glide,
in sync,
in rhythm,
does it not feel good
to know,
you are part of a
Team,
you are
dancing with Love.

There are times when
you anticipate
which turn you will
make,
there are moments
when you know,
it is preferable to wait,
but Love is always ready,
to move with you
so you may know,
you are never alone –
you are always
dancing with Love.

Expand With Love

Expand with Love.

Expand, contract.
Is it not fear
that makes you perceive
contraction
as pulling back,
feeling smaller
than the expanded You
that surges ahead,
that grows and flows,
knowing always
Who You Are,
does it not feel powerful
when you expand with Love?

And as your human
awareness grows,
you may experience
the ebb and flow
of expanding,
contracting,
can you understand
that movement,
growth,
is never static,
standing still –
might you embrace
the pulsing beat
of becoming aware
of All of You?

Might what you think of
as contraction,
of “losing ground”,
might that simply be
when you shine your Light
in areas you did not
want to be around,
but as you light up
all corners,
dusting off what has
been dormant,
what has been too dim
to see –
do you not have more
space,
to be You,
to be free –
allowing you again
to expand with Love?

Expand, contract –
is this not movement,
a sign of growth,
do you not gather yourself
to spring ahead,
do not moments of quiet
bring forth flashes
of insight,
yes, they may seem to be
two steps ahead,
but as you continue
the Journey,
might you embrace
the expansion,
contraction,
knowing All Is Love?

Embrace and accept
the ebb and flow
of Life.
You are moving,
you are growing,
sometimes fast,
sometimes slow.
Gather your energy,
expand your awareness.
Buckle up,
hold on,
and enjoy the ride!

The Light of Hope.

Does it not take
one Light,
one spark
of Hope to ignite
more Light,
to shine in places
that once seemed dark,
can it not be
instantaneous,
the flick of a switch,
a change in perspective,
do not possibilities exist
when One Light,
the Light of Hope,
beams the way
for more Light to shine?

And does not Hope
also have a voice,
one that you
may strain to hear,
but when voices carry
and build in Strength,
when voices resonate
with the Power of Love,
is not the Voice of Hope
heard loud and clear,
does it not speak with
the Strength and Courage
of Love?

Does Hope not travel
on the Vibration of Love,
does Hope not open
your heart,
so you may believe
what your dreams are
made of,
when All imagine the
Light of Love
leading the way,
can you also shine
your Light today,
may your voice carry
what you believe
in your heart,
does not the Light of
Hope,
shine the Light of
Love?

Turn on the switch.
Let your Light shine.
Be a beacon of Hope,
a spark of Light
for All to find.
Turn up the Light.
Speak the Truth of Love.
Believe in Hope.
Believe in Love.

Trust Yourself

Trust yourself.

As you still the
noisy mind,
is there not guidance
you will find,
that is there
to lift you up,
point to a direction
you may wish
to try,
is it not a feeling
within your gut –
trust yourself.

You may look
to others
to affirm,
what you probably
have already learned –
it is human
to contrast,
compare,
you bounce ideas off
when you share,
but ask yourself –
what do you wish
to know?
And in knowing You
may you
trust yourself.

Are there not many paths
you may find yourself on,
whatever journey you are
dreaming of,
roads may curve,
you may come to a “T”,
you may ask –
what does this mean
to me?
When a decision
needs to be made,
go within
and in the quiet there,
is there not a voice
that only you can hear,
when you know it is
your Voice of Love –
listen closely,
and trust yourself.

There are many voices
you may hear,
some of others,
some from your
own fear,
what voice resonates,
what speaks to You,
can you not feel it
as it flows through you –
does your heart and mind
agree it is true?
You know when you
believe in you.

Being the most
authentic You,
is a gift you give
standing in your Truth.
Believe in Love
as you believe in You.
You trust Love
when you
trust yourself.

Imagining You

“What if I . . . ”

Is there not possibility,
potential,
that is created when
you dream,
when you imagine
what if this,
or if that –
can you not lift
yourself out
of any current reality
that you have also
dreamed,
created,
surrounded yourself in?

Is there not a
tunnel vision,
that begins to
close in,
when your expectation
or outcome
of a usual routine
settles in,
but is your mind
not so creative
and can not your heart
help lead the way,
when you daydream,
when you imagine,
where do you want
to go play?

“What if I . . . ”

Can you put yourself
in places
that you never thought
you would see,
can you create
alternate endings
to any story
that you play in,
can you be open
to seeing,
a different Light
a different view,
can you tap in
to the wonderful
Possibilities of You?

What if,
imagine that –
can you be willing
to visualize –
and in that opening
of a door,
do you not see
there may be more,
is there not possibility,
potential,
that is created when
you dream,
are you not a
creative being,
manifesting the
Miracle of Love?

Imagine.
Dream.
Be inspired
by All You Are.
Create.
Expand.
Remembering You Are
always, always
Love.

What do you need
to fly a kite?

Does a kite not need
to be made up of
material,
with a structure,
flexible enough
to catch the wind,
sturdy enough
to fly where the
wind blows,
do kites not come
in all shapes
and sizes,
depending upon
the preferences
of who is flying
the kite?

And does there not
need
to be an anchor
on the ground,
for does the kite
not need resistance
to catch the swirling
breeze,
is there not a cooperative
effort –
one that grounds
and one that flies,
seemingly opposite forces
that combine
to fly a kite?

And as you on the ground,
do you not feel how
the kite can fly,
do you not feel
through the string,
each tug and pull
of the wind,
are there not forces
blowing,
that you cannot see,
but you can sense,
as if part of you
is flying
way up high
along with the kite?

And in this cooperative
effort,
with you the human
and with your soul,
do you not work together,
forces combining
so you may soar,
the earth may act
like your anchor,
giving you stability,
to ground,
but does not your
heart fill with Joy,
when your spirit
is free
to fly around?

Do you not seek to
find the balance,
like when flying a
perfect kite,
part of you stable
and grounded,
the other part –
flying free,
let the child
within your heart,
bring out the Joy
so you may play –
can you let out
even more string,
may you fly like
a kite today?

You Are the essence
of Earth and Sky.
Soar with Love.
Spread your wings
and fly.

Taking Chances

Take a chance.
Be bold.
Let go of the usual,
the familiar,
where your comfort
usually is,
is not a step
into the unknown –
is that not where
possibility lives?

Can you not learn
so much about you,
when you surprise
your very self,
giving you the opportunity,
to show you
Who You Are,
might not stretching here
or reaching out there,
help you expand,
evolve
and grow,
as a constantly creative
force,
is this not what you
innately know?

Yes, the soul is ever-evolving,
though the human side
says “wait,”
your logical side wants
to add it all up,
with expectations
to be made,
but your soul knows
what is beyond
any outcome,
or what you think
you might expect,
can you trust in Love,
can you take a chance,
can you let go of fear,
as you find the Joy
in each and every step?

Take a chance.
Be bold.
Let go of comparing
where you have been.
The past is not where
you are right now
and the future you
cannot predict.
When you feel your
energy,
your power,
when you see the
present You –
take a chance,
be bold,
have confidence,
have Faith,
in the Magnificent
Love of You.

Do not sharp reactions
break through the surface,
so that you may see
they dwell somewhere,
you can observe,
reflect upon
where this came from,
is not understanding
what you focus on –
as you work out
the cause,
the effect
of life’s lessons,
might you always include
and surround it all
with Love?

Do not reactions
come from fear,
that waits and watches
keeping you safe
and near,
fear helps build intricate patterns,
that you may follow
and not have to think
about what to do –
when fear raises its head,
so you may look it
in the eye,
can you see that fear
loves you, too,
and does not fear
look for Love from You?

Yes, with Love at your
core,
can you also embrace fear –
pulling all parts of you close,
drawing all aspects of you
near,
can you thank fear
for its service,
as it thought it was
keeping you safe?

Is there not a part of you
that is afraid,
that Love may not be able
to penetrate
walls you have put up,
barriers that fear has helped
you make –
Love does not need to come in,
does it not begin
from within –
does not Love melt away
any barriers
that fear may have placed
you in?

It may feel scary
to face your fears,
but All Is You
and You Are Love.
As Love is your essence,
can not Love embrace
it All?
Every aspect
of You
comes from Love
and is All That Is.
Love Is You.
You Are Love.
Love Is fearless,
and so are You –
as you remember
You Are –
so very, very Loved.
