with its plans,
flow as an ocean
moving sand,
as a conduit
for spirit –
look for the

today.

In troubled times
help smooth a
path,
celebrate all angels
in any aftermath,
look and rejoice
in the amazing
Love today!

A Quiet Reflection

Take time to rest,
in quiet reflection
find your Peace,
find blessings
to numerous
to count,
even in chaos,
You Are This Peace.

Even in fearful
turmoil,
human kindness
rises above,
when the usual
is stripped away,
in desperate moments –
Here always is Love.

Life may return to
its usual ways,
comparing, contrasting,
separating me and you,
but the Heart
never forgets,
in All Present Moments,
Love is flowing through!

To Peace

to realign,
return to center 
with your breath,
You as Awareness 
are infinite,
remember This 
when you forget.

In life,
the body reacts –
what shall I do
what happens next,
return to Presence,
the Here and now,
listen to your soul,
give mind a rest.

You are not a 
separate being,
Your Be-ingness is
Whole, complete,
when life’s experiences 
seem chaotic,
return to Presence,
your breath,
to Peace.

Loving Comfort

may Love’s comfort 
surround you dear,
set aside your fears 
and worries,
angels and loved ones
are also Here.

May Love warm you 
from the inside,
drink from This 
loving cup,
let the day unfold 
and know that 
Love is Here to 
fill you up.

Receive the prayers 
from loving strangers,
All Are One 
in This Truth,
what you give you
receive wholly,
infinite Love is 
All of You!

differences dissolve 
with a shared purpose,

Ancestors help in 
these endeavors,
not only what flows
from DNA,
support from angels,
guides and loved ones
assist in many 
magical ways.

Be guided as
you are able,
give a smile 
if that is all 
you can,
see Love’s spark in
fellow neighbors,

Effortless

Received 9/27/24 – I still have to go to a Wifi spot in our area to send – but will do so as I can! I’ll catch up to present time. . . thank you for all of your prayers and energy! Where I live is devastated but I am safe with an intact house!
