so close and tightly,
what fears are waiting
to be released,
trust may be fleeting
in the world,
but trust that Love
will set you free.
You have a superpower –
compassion,
sense how this ignites
your heart to grow,
Be compassion to
your self,
spread this generously
to all you know.
If it is fear that
brings up lack,
sense your abundance
when This you know –
embracing compassion
fills you with Love,
and with Love’s Strength
see You as Whole!

that you schedule,
but leave some openings
to receive,
some things you can
let pass you by,
some things may fit
most perfectly.
In the openness
of surrender,
what experiences
may come your way,
you need not say
yes to everything,
but Everything is a
part of you always.
Beyond any worry or
troubled thoughts,
Love is Here to
help you find ease,
plan your calendar
as needed,
knowing in All spaces
Here is Peace!

Life keeps changing
and so do you,
you grow, evolve –
you and your soul,
the landscape around
may look different
now,
but You as Love
are everlasting flow.
Relationships can
reflect this growth,
new ones are formed,
old ones may change,
evolution can be exciting
with shared growth,
sometimes there is fear –
wishing to stay the same.
Be in This Flow
upon This Journey here,
Be curious and open
to the “I don’t know,”
let intuition guide you
through it all,
Be Love’s experience –

can feel raw,
life can deal out
quite a lot,
but You as Soul
know this Truth –
Love is Here
in All you do.
Things might get messy
and feel out of place,
you need not put
on a happy face,
in your search
for answers dear,
remember what you know –
forever Here.
Judge you not for
life’s ups and downs,
do not let “shoulds”
twist things around,
re-align when thrown
off-center,
your heart, your essence
is always Home.
Find your breath,
Here is your Peace,
your steadiness
is where to find
ease,
Grace is Here
as Love fills
you up,
You Are a miracle
of Love!

to see a bigger
picture,
details at hand
often distract,
you as human tend
to look so closely,
you as soul
know when to
step back.
Might there be
a greater purpose
forming,
though the road
may look bumpy
and rough,
You Are Here
at these crossroads
dear one,
call on your Courage
if the going gets
tough.
You are steel and
cotton combined,
this is the way of
your inner chi,
you have a heart
that listens with
compassion,
you have Strength
when power is
what you need.
Be true to Self
even when you
are unsure
of what next steps
you need to take,
Be a spiritual warrior
for Love,
Be-ing the best human
in choices that
you make!

present moment,
what from the past
sneaks up behind,
what is monitoring
the future,
working to control
so you can be fine.
The world is upside-down,
this is its function
and its role,
working from your
inside-out
is a worthy path
for you and your
soul.
Be the Best You
you can be,
with your uniqueness
fully intact,
your soul experiences
this All,
one part of the Whole
embracing this or that.
Take each day as a
new creation,
let go of old beliefs that
think you “should,”
say yes to your heart
that longs to be free
of “oh I wish I could.”
Be the wish you
ask for often,
Be You Now
as only you can,
the world needs
your Voice,
your inspiration,
stand tall
and state –

see the sun rising

You Are a rainbow
of all colors,
shining together
with no end.

Love through emotions
rising, falling,
the human journey
is messy, yes,
as you are fierce
in your convictions,

All of This.
Be cherished.
Invite Love to
sit a spell,
may its balm
comfort you dear,

Be amazed,
may This open doors
for you,
as you expand beyond
your thinking,
is Love not Here
flowing through?
Things may look different
with fresh new eyes,
resist the urge to
plan it all,
each day, each moment
is a new slate
to fill in experiencing
Love’s call.
You Are how Love
is experiential,
so many different paths
to choose,
do not worry about
the destination,
focus on walking
in Love’s shoes.
Do not think you are
a puppet,
you as human join
with your soul,
integration is where
the magic is,
what might you
now behold?
Life is not meant to
be easy,
but simple Truth
surely is,
Be Love’s Strength,
Be amazed,
what might You
as Love do

There are many layers
in this so called life,
experiences that come
in and out,
some make you marvel
at Mother Earth,
some make you question
what it is all about.
You look for answers that
may come one day,
some questions help you
upon your path,
when trust is fleeting
do the best you can,
life’s duality always
contains this or that.
Be you, experience,
at any moment now,
your soul is up for
any task,
you need not wear
rose-colored glasses
dear,
your Strength,
your Courage
is up for any
ask.
The road you walk
may be a bit unknown,
does this not help you
see what may be next,
breathe in Love’s Peace
to settle jangled nerves,
Be wholly authentic as
you do your best!

Love is needed.
You Are Love.
It is said that
Love can move
mountains.
And are there not
a thousand paths
to experience
the mountain?
You can bask
in its beauty,
marvel at its
strength.
You can see it
from all directions,
you can climb,
you can hike.
From the top
you can see
everything
around you,
quite like a bird
that soars so high.
You are experiencing
Be-ing the mountain,
need you move it
to Be Love?
Does not Love
move through you –
are you not the
mountain,
the trees,
the breeze,
the stars?
Be You Love.
Be a movement
of This.
See where Love
takes you,
You Are Here
for This.
You Are treasured.
You Are cherished.
You Are Strength.
You Are Love.
Love moves
through You.
