the past need not
have a hold on
you any more,
walk through them,
illuminated,
bring Light to
any closed door.
You need not fear
any door you open,
the smaller spark
of Light reveals –
shadow is only
a myth,
the ego’s way to
hide what is Real.
Knowing your Self
as the Light
reveals the freedom
you have dreamed of,
spread your wings,
believe This Truth –
you fly free as
the Light of Love!

a new shift,
you may have dreams
you wish come true,
you need not wait
for Joy to come,
Its Presence is always
within You.
You may be tired
of ego’s fight,
but honor All
that has brought
you here,
what cries out for
Love to assure,
You Are so very Loved
my dear.
Take Love’s hand,
call in the angels,
but also sense this
Power of You,
Be open to All
possibility,
may Joy with passion
and Strength
flow through!

Love is Here
within,
you see your self
as separate,
but Here has no
beginning or end.
Love is not given out,
Love is never taken
away,
Love is You
and All others,
forever, eternal,
always.
You need not believe
this is True,
it is a Truth
beyond your mind,
your soul knows
This already,
your human self
may feel left behind.
You belong
as Love,
You Are Here
with Love,
welcome Home

You Are what you
have been dreaming

honor what it has
to say,
here is your Truth
that wishes to
speak.
In life there are
a thousand things
that try to keep
you small,
but within is
a Loving Force
that is empowered,
standing tall.
Deep within,
sense your power,
Strength and Courage
are your Truth,
listen to your Voice
that speaks with
Love,
This Is the
authentic You!

For forward motion,
sense your desires,
feel the movement
begin to flow,
you need not have
all of the answers,
have Faith and Trust
until you know.
Winds may shift
as you set sail,
adjust as needed
to stay upright,
sometimes you need
to change direction,
or you may need
to increase your
Light.
This ebb and flow,
this give and take,
might be baby steps
or leaps and bounds,
your life’s course
is yours unique,
you are never lost
with Love always
around!

Allow change to
happen slowly,
Divine timing is
at play,
know your soul
always has purpose,
gently guiding you
every day.
As caterpillar transforms
to butterfly,
the biggest changes
are not seen,
here is where Faith
and patience help
you to build up
your own belief.
Change is a human
construct,
part of the experience
of this life,
with change is growth
not far behind,
illuminated by your
shining Light.
Like butterfly,
spread out your
wings,
and when you are
ready may you
fly,
delight in a new
experience dawning,
grounded in the earth,
as vast as the sky!

is like puzzle pieces
that fit together when
the time is right,
you need not work to
know all the answers,
the important thing
to know is
You Are Light.
This foundation builds
trust and belief
so you may know
without a doubt –
You Are always wholly
connected,
your human awareness
is now finding out.
Loved ones and guides
delight in This dance,
as your heart soars with
new-found Peace,
you are one aspect of
All That Is,
eternally connected
and forever free!

feeds your soul,
in life you may
wear many hats,
with a list and
time-clock ticking,
you may feel hard-pressed
to finish this or that.
The present moment
is experiential,
time stands still when
you are engaged,
with any task or
interaction,
you and your soul
show up in many
ways.
Make time,
make space for
your creation,
the Whole of You
wishes to express,
Be-ing your best self
helps all around you,
your passion and purpose
flow out to the rest.
Aligning to your
intuition,
brings clarity to what
you see,
trust yourself,
believe in you,
no matter the hat
you wear –
flow with Grace
and ease!

your life,
one phase may end,
another grows,
in between you may
be wondering,
who am I now,
how will I know.
Loves knows You
in every season,
it matters not the
clothes you wear,
the human ego looks
for cues –
where do I fit,
how do I prepare.
The in-between is
possibility,
get to know you
without shoulds
and plans,
like a butterfly that
flows with breeze,
Be free,
Be Home,
always as
I Am!
