Seasons of change
can bring up emotion,
dive in deep,
let it wash over
you,
as you transform,
evolve, create,
your Essence remains
wholly You.
Ego holds on
to identity,
but You as Soul
know Who You Are,
in any and all of
life’s manifestations,
You Are Light
coming from
the stars.
Embrace change,
it is your nature,
open to adventures
that come your way,
you continually evolve in
Love’s forever flow,
behold This You
in every moment
today!
5/12/24
Still the chatter
of the mind,
step into
This Moment
now.
Create space
away from
ego’s need
to know the
why or how.
Here is your
Peace,
where Grace
meets flow,
from This Space
may you trust.
Allow answers
to come in their
own time,
as you release
have-to and
must.
When you feel closed
open your heart
and behold –
Here is your
Light.
Here Peace returns,
it has never left,
Love has been Here
All the time!
5/11/24
Be at Home in
every moment,
Love is Here
at all times,
when you feel lost
or out of sorts,
return Here,
to You,
your Light.
In life nerves can
feel so jagged,
your defenses may
be on alert,
you look for respite
from the barrage
of ego’s feelings
getting hurt.
Return Home,
dear weary traveller,
you have never
been apart,
let Love soothe
and reassure –
You Are Home
always in your heart!
5/09/24
Here is Peace
where you least
expect it,
is This not the
perfect place,
expectations set aside
make room for what
may unfold today.
Be Peace now,
begin with breath,
join with the angels,
loved ones, guides,
the earthly world
may not have the
answers,
but Peace can help
smooth out the ride.
Be as One with
every raindrop,
celebrate sun upon
your face,
as your soul connects
to All That Is,
Be Love’s Peace,
This moment,
always!
5/07/24
Be flexible.
Think outside of
the box,
better yet place
thinking aside,
tune into your
intuition,
where your soul
patiently resides.
Play with possibility,
you can still plan but
open this up,
let go of old
familiar patterns,
step into flow and
out of your rut.
Be exited for new
adventures,
even if you don’t know
what they are,
This energy will
propel you forward,
the way illuminated
by the stars.
Be you grounded upon
Love’s foundation,
Be you Peace as Love
flows through,
in This present moment,
dear one,
All of This is
Wholly You!
5/06/24
What does trust
mean to you –
this may change
throughout your
life,
might you dive deep
to your Source
and discover Trust
is Here – your Light.
There are myriad times
in life when trust
has appeared to
let you down,
but might these instances
help you to go within
instead of all around.
Instead of trusting
outcomes wished for,
might you align with
your Strength and Peace,
Here is where Trust
plays with Gratitude,
This is All
that you need!
5/04/24
Angels shower
unconditional Love,
reminding you what
you are made of,
in duality life has
its ups and downs,
but know that angels
are always around.
Surrounded by This Love
sense your Strength,
know This beyond what
you may think,
no matter the obstacles
you may perceive,
in the Love of angels
you can believe.
Receive This Love
that is Here with you,
may it Be part of all
that you do,
with the promise of
angels by your side,
rise up with Strength
and shine your Light!
5/03/24
With open heart
let Love assist,
as you rise to
help yourself,
ego’s fear loves
to paralyze,
may Strength and Courage
nudge you forward
as well.
You need not know
all of the answers
to keep on walking
upon your path,
what is your intention,
what is your drive,
it dwells within even
as life pushes back.
May Love’s spark in you
ignite,
so you may sense what
is forever True,
take Love’s hand
in the face of fear,
Love believes in the
Strength and Truth
of You!
5/01/24
Love is connection,
sense this now,
woven as One
in This Tapestry,
you are valued,
needed, seen,
when you feel separated,
return Here to Be.
Sense This Oneness
in your Self,
from This perspective
what to do in life,
may This Love expand
in myriad ways,
you need not plan
all ways to share
your Light.
Your Team of guides, angels,
loved ones dear,
delight in connections
seen and unseen,
as human you may not
see it all –
as soul You Are connected
to Everything!
4/30/24
Breathe deep into
the Soul of You
that is safe
and secure.
Here is Trust,
Here is your
true Essence
that thrives beyond
all words.
Whilst in survival mode,
support may be
needed for a
lift.
A Team of guides
and angels
accompany you through
All of This.
Find solace and
be cradled in
Love’s womb that
welcomes you.
Here You Are,
beloved and
so Loved –
breathe in
this Truth
of You!
