here on earth
noise and static
seem to rule,
but Love calms and

Here You Are,
This vibration

eternal Home,
Here is All

Let Love be the Strength
that lifts you up
when you are
feeling down,
when mind is full
and energy lags,
Love is the string of lights
that shines and
surrounds.
You need not be strong
at all times,
take a rest,
a breath
and pause,
know that when
you really need it,
Love is Here for you –
for One is All.
Plug into your connection
that is always Here –
you can count on This,
be it a rest
or re-energizing,
Love’s Strength is Here,
you can count on This!

Ask your angels,
loved ones and guides
to draw close and
be by your side,
do they not answer
we are always Here,
sharing as One –
Love’s eternal Light.
Is it not magical
when you ask,
opening to assistance
for any task,
does this not expand
all possibility,
allowing Vision beyond
what you think you lack.
We Are a Team,
do not doubt This Truth,
even when it feels as if
it’s only you,
as close as breath
and beat of your heart,
We rejoice in sharing
Love’s experience with You!

Believe that Love
is always with you,
believe loved ones
are with you, too,
your human self
wishes for belief,
your soul,
your Essence knows
This is true.
You need not convince
your self with your
mind,
even your heart may
not be sure,
go deeper still
to your soul’s
knowing,
beyond belief
is the Eternal You.
Ego distracts and
makes a ruckus,
but You observing
know what is True,
the Peace of Love
is Here within,
and loved ones forever
are Home with You!

With the Wholeness

perfection is not
the goal,
release attention
from expectation,
focus as each step
unfolds.
There may be surprises
along the way,
you need not judge this
good or bad,
life presents itself
and patience may be
needed for the road
ahead.
Work with your mind
to solve any problems,
look with Love when
emotions rise,
as human you will
have reactions,
but You as Soul
are Peace inside.
See where resistance
results in struggle,
focus your energy
on other ways,
let go of changing
so much around you –
experience what is,
as You today!

by things external,

is your Truth,
You Are a conduit
for Love,

forever dwells in You.
Be Love’s fountain
whilst in this life,
loved ones and angels
meet you Here,
this wellspring
forever lifts you,
now sense Love
truly Everywhere!

Work with spirit,
with your Self,
this is a natural
thing to do,
you may not have
full awareness of
how much Love
flows through you.
You need not criticize
the ego,
it is trying so hard
to work things out,
but a more natural
state of receiving
is what true Flow
is all about.
It is your ego
that distrusts,
but this is not the Self
that knows,
tap into spirit,
your Higher Self,
flow with Grace
as your day unfolds!

there is no-where that
Love is not,
Love is Here,
with you,

As circles are

do you not flow
as an infinite loop,
the Love You Are
is boundless
and All You Love
flow forever

each thread is precious
Here,
there are no gaps
in This Infinite,
All You Love
are woven with you,

When you sense
the push of life,
your reaction may be
to push back,
when force meets force
it does not leave
much room,
it may feel like
an attack.
There may be times
when defense is
what you need,
but for most of your
daily routine,
become aware of what
you take personally,
it may not be what
it seems.
Might you learn new steps
to dance with life,
sometimes change is
what you need,
when old patterns appear,
do they not invite
a new way to explore,
to Be.
Ponder this throughout
your day,
scratch below the surface
here,
what is automatic
is ego’s rut,
rise above,
