Your Knowing Heart

The thinking mind
wants a connection,
that makes more sense
free of all doubt,
but with matters
of the heart,
are there not connections
beyond what mind
can figure out?

Much like learning
a new language,
you search for meaning
word for word,
but when you are able
to grasp the wholeness,
does not your heart know
what it has heard?

Allow your soul to
guide you gently,
your loved ones are
part of this master plan,
new doors are opening
up for you,
in ways you may not
know or understand.

You are a wholly
sensory being,
always connected
to your Source,
all those you miss
on this physical plane,
walk with you always
upon your course.

Yes, the heart may
feel the burden,
of what you believe
only with your eyes,
but allow belief
in the Truth of Love,
to be felt by your heart,
beyond your thinking
mind.

Love exists,
Love is eternal,
the bonds you have
always connect you,
let your heart open
to This Truth,
always together
are your loved ones
and you!

Loved ones hold you
close and dear,
forever in their
hearts,
Love eternal never
fades,
even when physically
you are apart.

Yes, you miss the
hugs and kisses,
the knowing smile,
the twinkling eyes,
but the very Essence
of those you Love
is forever vibrant
and never dies.

Love ensures you
are connected,
they too, Love this
eternal bond,
do you not sense
their loving presence,
or see the signs that
they are around.

Forever, always
your hearts are
connected,
know This Love
expands in all ways,
your loved ones
know This forever,
joined at the heart,
You Are, always!

This Sacred Body

Relax,
lean into where
your body thinks
that it needs to
fight,
ego constantly is
monitoring,
preparing always
for fight or flight.

Does not your body
then brace itself,
calling in other parts
to help,
send Love to All parts
of the body,
changing its belief
to All is Well.

Love fosters integration,
moving together as
One Whole,
there is no part
that is separate,
unity is what Love
knows.

Relax,
lean into
Love’s One Truth,
This is You,
complete and whole,
address the needs
of this sacred body,
knowing always Here,
You Are Home!

Naturally

Be patient as Love
unfolds your journey,
soak up the nuances
along the way,
it need not be a
seismic shift,
every refinement has
something to say.

Know that you are
always evolving,
the greatest changes may
come in the Peace,
as you integrate
with wholeness,
you may not realize
how much You Are
at ease.

Tap into Love’s vibration
flowing,
Here is Home,
your natural state,
may Love’s Grace help you
with receiving
all Love’s gifts for you,
today and always!

Presence

Come back to This
present moment,
return from what
you think may be,
future unfolds in
sequenced moments,
your presence there
will presently Be.

Have Faith in your
presence, Be-ing,
Here is where your
power Is,
for in This present moment
are the ripples that
create All of This.

There is knowing
in This Presence,
you need not know
all details here,
with Faith in You,
wholly connected,
All Peace,
All Love,
is with you, dear!

A Loving Promise

May Peace bring
to the body,
what the soul
innately knows,
All that you need
is given,
Love forever
through you
flows.

May Love bring you
Peace and comfort,
during transitional,
earthly change,
the Strength of bonds
connected,
are always intact,
forever the same.

Walk with those
you Love so deeply,
as your journeys
never cease,
sense Love’s promise
to you and loved ones,
as Love is forever,
Here is Peace.

Where You Are

Love’s journey,
take Love’s hand,
enjoy the ride,
You Are All
universes together,
All of This
is You, inside.

There may be bumps
upon this journey,
but as you grow,
evolve, you see,
some situations that
you experience,
turn into gifts
to be received.

Find comfort in
your discomfort,
is this not Love
helping you shift,
you are creating,
eternally evolving,
trust in Love,
in All of This.

Take Love’s hand,
leading you joyously,
wrapped in Love’s
infinite flow,
You Are perfect
Where You Are,
forever Home,
eternally Loved so!

I see you,
Love says gently,
through this life
and all before,
you are precious,
full of Joy,
let us walk together
through open doors.

When you stumble,
I help you rise,
you have purpose,
let your Light shine,
as you forgive
your circumstances,
possibilities emerge
from your bright Light.

You Are Loved,
Love says gently,
and as you move within
this sacred flow,
sense your power,
Here is Peace,
precious child,
Here is your Home!

Authentic and True

Be brave of heart,
what no longer
serves you,
what are you ready
to let go,
you may feel stuck
within a cycle,
with core beliefs
blocking your road.

With Courage and Strength
at your disposal,
with your soul ready
to navigate,
what might you do
a little differently,
what fresh decisions
may you make.

Ego presses for the
familiar,
even if these clothes
no longer fit,
step into your power
as soul,
from This Perspective,
see All of This.

You may feel like
an imposter,
but This is You
authentic and True,
tell ego to take a
deserved break,
for there is much
for You to do.

Grace is your soul
stepping forward,
ease is allowing
This for you,
believe and trust
in your True Self,
a magnificent soul
experiencing
Love’s Truth!

A Freeing Allowance

Sometimes you need
a little help,
it need not be hard
to simply ask,
reach out to friends,
family, to spirit,
when you are perplexed
by any task.

Asking is opening
to receiving,
imagine a door being
opened wide,
when you accept
sometimes not knowing,
All that You know
appears from inside.

Letting go of expected
outcomes,
is a first step in
releasing control,
there may be a
resolution greater
than the one that
ego thinks it knows.

Much angst or worry
comes from not knowing,
try reframing this with
excitement, glee,
when you let go of
expectations,
and flow with Love,
are you not free?

Be at Peace with open
allowance,
let Love unfold what
may come next,
You as soul are part
of this process,
Trust in Love,
in You,
and say yes!
