foundation,
the base you build 
securely on,
may each layer 
of your life,
be reassured 
to carry on.

You Are rooted 
in this Truth,
may you sense
This rising Peace,
there are no hoops
you must jump through,
may you walk with 
Grace and ease.

May each step 
upon your journey,
unfold with the timing
that it needs,
you may not know 
the how or why,
but with Love’s Grace 
may you receive.

May your roots give 
you steady comfort,
as you reach above 
the stars,
Love is Here through 
every experience,
to remind you 
Who You Are!

Eternal

Love leads the way,
believe it,
trust This,
your loved ones 
share the path 
with you,
yes memories are 
never forgotten,
but new ones appear 
each day anew.

Your eternal bond 
is that, forever,
even when you 
may not sense 
it here,
your human veil is
strong and questioning,
but your soul knows 
that Love is Here.

Grief is part of the 
human process,
but your souls understand
Love’s Gifts,
time and space 
are no match 
for True Love,
as Love continues 
beyond all of this.

Love beckons now,
as your life has 
meaning,
is not your purpose 
to know This Truth?
Take Love’s hand,
hold on so dearly,
Eternal Love is 
forever with you!

with Love.

You may ask,
how did I get 
here?
Your body may
not seem to fit.
You may question
your surroundings,
but You Are Home
with Love.

The body temple 
is temporary,
sometimes it plays,
sometimes not so
nice,
but You Are always
your Light shining,
You Are Home 
with Love.

As you experience 
greater awareness,
look with compassion 
on ways of the world,
may you be comforted 
with Peace,
as You Are Home 
with Love.

Sense Love’s soothing arms
around you,
never lost and 
never alone,
precious child,
see what We see – 
You Are always Home
with Love.

of Love,

so below as you are

There is no-thing that 
you can lose,
all you need is Here,
within,
yes, human experiences 
may leave you wanting,
but You Are whole, 
complete, open.

Trust your connection,
breathe it with color,
let your vibrancy 
lead the way,
with Love’s support,
with your heart guiding,
may you Be as Peace

Trusting Flow

it courses through 
you,
might you resonate 
with This,
ego tries hard 
to distract you,
taking advantage 
of your human-ness.

You may be wondering 
how to balance,
what to control,
what to let go,
the awareness that 
comes forth,
helps open doors
to trusting flow.

Look in a new direction,
when you wish to 
change old thoughts,
you may feel you have 
many questions,
but as you try less,
you receive a lot.

A leap of Faith 
is based on Trust,
and Trust is part of
Love’s sweet flow,
dwell Here where 
Love answers softly,
All is Well

“back to normal”,
but what does normal 
really mean?
As you are constantly 
creating,
what do your experiences 
in life bring?

Might You as Love 
be an alchemist,
with Faith and Trust 
prime ingredients,
sprinkle some Gratitude
in this soup,
so you may see your
Truth in All of This.

Yes, there are times 
when you need to 
pause,
catch your breath 
and get back on track,
but know that Love 
has never wavered,
and with Love’s Strength
you come roaring back.

As you are a constant
creator,
what does Love wish to 
create today?
Ask Love and then 
receive the answer,
Love eternally shows 
you the way!

Knowing Trust

You may ask why Trust 
is sometimes fleeting,
why does it appear 
then seem to fade?
This may be due to 
your perspective,
what eyes are you 
seeing with today?

Ego does not know 
how to hold Trust 
in its hands that 
grip so hard,
Trust cannot be
contained, controlled,
it resides freely deep 
within your heart.

Trust at its essence 
is at Peace,
knowing is its vibration 
Here,
even when answers appear 
to elude you,
Trust is knowing 
Love is Here.

Trust need not explain
all of life to you,
though your ego has 
much to tell,
sink into your heart-space 
of knowing,
Here Trust reminds 
that All is Well!

A Loving Alliance

out of sync,
know Love is 
always aligned,
your True Essence 
never falters,
even as the body 
feels a step behind.

Let Love with 
gentle arms,
surround to apply
this loving balm,
honor the body as it
walks with you,
through storms or 
peaceful calm.

No matter what 
presents in matter,
may you sense 
This Eternal Truth,
Love is Here,
aligned and ready,
to experience the 
Magnificence of You!

 

Love’s Strength

Is there not a shift 
in your perspective,
sensing the expanse 
that surrender brings,
this is not giving in
as ego would like 
for you to believe.

When you set up 
winners or losers,
are there not sides 
separated and drawn,
there must be struggle 
to determine,
what is right or
who is wrong.

There is always another 
perspective,
that invites you 
to shift and see,
leave the fighting 
to the ego,
as you surrender 
to Love,
to Peace.

This does not mean
you do not care –
no, dear it is the 
opposite,
when you look with
the Eyes of Love,
your healing heart
flows to All of This.

The you that thinks 
you are alone
may feel there is 
not much you can do,
Love’s Power flows 
throughout your Be-ing,
surrender to Love’s 
Strength in You.
