Dance with moonbeams
when darkness falls,
bask in sun’s rays to
recharge, renew,
even when the sky
is cloudy,
always within is
the Spark of You.
Move your body to
keep it loose,
listen to what it says
it needs,
soul and body are
an integrated whole,
trust this Team of You
and believe.
Patience is not a
human strength,
but life is often an
ebb and flow,
you cannot go wrong
by tracking Light –
You Are moon and sun
shining with your soul!

Is not weather
much like life,
sometimes it is
peaceful,
sometimes it roars,
does it not invite you
dear one,
to be patient as
it unfolds.
Do what you can to
find sweet comfort,
you are so grateful for
shelter and warmth,
are you not more
present and mindful
when you experience
a winter storm?
As all things do pass
in life’s timeline,
keep lessons learned
once skies are clear,
even in the darkest months
of winter,
sun eternally shines upon you,
my dear!

The swirling energies
of the world
can make you feel
anchor-less at times,
ground yourself but know
that shake-ups are often
a way to expand in life.
Seek to glide more
purposefully,
even as you see with
fresh new eyes,
change can bring in
new perspectives,
especially during very
bumpy rides.
Buckle up and wear
your seatbelt,
knowing you never
ride alone,
catch the winds of change,
be properly grounded –
gliding in tandem
with your soul!

Life is messy in
many ways,
you try to do the
best you can,
prepare for what
may happen next
and trust there is
a back-up for
every plan.
This back-up is You,
competent and strong,
though ego would like
you to feel small,
there may not be answers
for everything in life,
but Love will help you
through it all.
The linear world continues
to unfold,
but set ego’s victim mind
aside,
Be a vessel for Peace
and loving kindness,
may This Peace fortify
your Light.
Be patient,
but speak with a
strong Voice,
Be kind,
but lift up what
is Truth,
souls connect through
loving kindness,
share Love’s Light that
flows through You!

know This Truth –
angels surround
and adore you,
believe,
say yes,
open your heart,
is This not the
same Love that
You Are?
You may ask,
really are there
angels here?
Surrounding me and
forever near?
Dear one –
they carry the
Promise of Love,
This dwells in You
and not far off,
above.
As you walk this day
and through this life,
may you feel lighter
with Hope and Light,
knowing angels flow
in many ways,
may you Be an angel
for another today!

A sliver of moon looks
quite like magic,
hanging in a twilight
sky,
its backdrop is a hopeful
glow,
as you see here does
come more Light.
Sometimes Light exposes
what has been hiding
under shadows dark,
once exposed,
do not run away,
Love’s Light is needed –
your eternal Spark.
Just like the phases
of the moon,
sometimes you are
bright
or waning to new,
You Are a million
stars that twinkle –
that very same Light
is within You.
You Are Love in every
phase of life,
bringing Light to dispel
dark,
the world unfolds as
it does every day,
with You shining as
the sun and stars!

there are doors for
you to choose,
you may not see yet
where you are heading –
but trust the knowing
that is within you.
Might you use a different
navigation,
one that honors
Who You Are,
set a course for
a new adventure,
one that trusts the
magic of the stars.
Allow your energy
and intuition
to take the helm and
with Love lead,
you have All you need
within you,
open Love’s door and
set yourself free!

draw upon this
eternal flow,
Here is Strength,
Courage and passion,
Here is where you
innately know.
From This Presence
move through life,
yes it is challenging
and heavy at times,
Be the spark that
another may see
so they can remember
their own powerful
Light.
Angels and loved ones
are part of This,
always connected and
forever close,
your Team of Love
supports and is always
Here to give you hope.
The world may feel
oppressive,
but rise up through
the fog of life,
answer Love’s call with
your beautiful heart
that fuels your eternal
shining Light!

Follow the stillness
of your breath,
you need not project
your mind to try,
might you find Here
are your answers –
they flow in as if
on high.
Listen to your
inner body,
it is not made up
of separate cells,
yes you know All
are connected,
but listen to what
it wishes to tell.
You may find there
is resistance,
what can you comfort,
Love and soothe,
when you allow,
accept and listen,
might body tell you
what to do?
You need not struggle,
find your flow,
where there is friction,
let Love smooth,
move from Love
instead of fear,
Here is Peace –
in the still of You!

Analytical minds love
to plan, prepare,
this thinking in life
has served you well,
it may calm some angst
about the future,
you create structure so
you will not fail.
You also love your
imaginative mind,
Here is where you
connect, receive,
you may sense there are
two parts of you,
how to merge as the
Oneness you know
and believe.
Build your awareness
of who is in charge,
might you let go of
needing all “just right,”
allow your creative side
to take the lead,
fill in the rest later with
your detailed mind.
You may be surprised as
pressure slips away,
when outcomes are not
the driving force,
sense faith and trust
in you now grow,
as you enjoy the journey
now even more.
This integrated You is
One with Flow,
you need all aspects
of You in life,
play with surrendering
more and more,
spirit has your back and
loves to share insights!
