The Rhythm of Love

Does not your heart
know the rhythm
of the Eternal beat
of Love,
As You Are infinitely 
connected,
are you not below 
as you are above?

Walk in rhythm,
believe and trust,
take in signs 
along the way,
those in spirit,
in tandem with you,
are part of your 
journey,
always.

May instinct guide you,
intuition speaks,
listen with your heart,
your soul,
may earth’s ancient,
grounding rhythm,
help you align,
trust and then 
know.

Part of Love’s Team,
may you walk 
certain
of your place 
in All That Is,
follow your heart,
guided so gently,
in Joy and wonder,
You Are All of This!

Forever Flowing

Let Love be the boat 
you glide on
over sometimes rocky 
seas,
may you feel the 
Strength of Love,
helping you navigate 
with ease.

Be open, receive
Love and support,
coming from old
and new alike,
sometimes a change 
may shake things up,
providing new ways 
to see Love’s Light.

Look with Love 
upon the horizon,
You Are as infinite 
as what you see,
You Are cherished as
Love experiencing life,
forever flowing with
Love and Peace!

Releasing to Love

Relax and breathe 
into Love.

You may resist this 
as your ego 
wishes for you to 
stayed stirred up,
there are times when 
life’s rollercoaster
makes you say,
that is enough.

You have tools at 
your fingertips,
for you to use 
with ease,
you find balance when 
you invite Love 
to remind,
yes, Here is Peace.

Extend compassion 
for your journey
and all who join you 
on this path,
are you not all 
seeking the same thing,
though you may sometimes 
feel attacked. 

Be aware of your 
defenses,
Dear One,
there is no-thing
to defend,
ego wishes for a 
fight,
Love gently reminds 
to go within.

Relax and breathe 
into Love,
what might you remember
in this release,
Be the Peace 
that you are seeking,
within This Truth 
is Grace and ease.

 

All You Need

Be Strength.

This is not a call 
to brace yourself,
this is Awareness 
that flows within,
your alignment with 
your True Nature,
provides the Courage
needed to begin again.

You need not know 
all that is before you,
As Love, you know 
how to create,
may you receive 
and mold what unfolds
into something 
that invigorates.

Strength brings with it 
a trusted knowing,
you innately have 
all that you need,
what of service may
you extend,
what of your soul’s purpose
wishes to Be?

May Strength and Courage 
be your companions,
as you walk upon a 
path so new,
may you see All 
that is familiar,
All of Love is near
and always with you!

This Presence

to find perspective,
return to this Presence 
now,
do you not find 
your Self 
when you step away 
from questions 
why or how?

You need not force
to fit into a mold
that you think 
might be best,
Be your Self 
in any moment,
let Love take care
of the rest.

Befriend and Love
your human self,
doing the best that 
it can do,
let your Whole Self
take the wheel,
Love is Here 
always with You!

A Breath of Love

Welcome in the 
unexpected,
trust Love as 
it unfolds,
take a breath,
be relieved,
when you need to,
you will know.

Your questioning mind
may have you spinning,
move to your heart
to sense Love’s calm,
you need not understand
the why,
trust Love and let doubt
then be gone.

Breathe in and Be 
this present moment,
let your breath bring 
what you need,
Peace, Love and calm
are You as soul,
may loving answers flow 
in the air you breathe!

This Loving Voice

You need not talk 
yourself into
anything with your
own mind,
release your hold on 
analyzing,
and with Love may 
you align.

This vibration will feel 
familiar,
it is your natural state
to Be,
your ego mind may miss
the noise and constant 
chatter you do not 
need.

As ego rushes to fix 
a problem,
might you change 
your point of view,
may a perceived 
hard situation
be what is helping you
to find You.

You need not turn 
off the chatter,
but as you listen 
with your soul,
does this Loving Voice
not remind 
that You Are always
complete and whole?

May you walk with confidence,
may you trust what next
to do,
angels, guides and 
loved ones join
with your soul
forever loving you!

In the absence of
fear,
worry,
doubt,
or strife,
is there not more
space
to bring Joy in
your life?
With Peace surrounding
you,
does ego not look
to see where to
fill in
where you may have
unhooked
old patterns,
beliefs,
that now feel
out of date,
are you not ready
to spring forward
with the space
you have made?

It may feel
quite different,
having a lightness
in your step,
old patterns may
not want you
to open all doors
quite yet –
but with Gratitude
for all experiences,
does not Peace ensue
when you know –
you are far more
than what your
human perspective
may believe –
You Are Love,
You Are Loved,
so why not let
that Love flow?

Let Love fill up
all spaces
where ego once
ruled,
you need not have fear
looking over your shoulder
so near,
with Love as your guide,
with Joy in your heart,
can you not get used
to this way of Be-ing,
is it not a new start?

Choose Love.
Be Love.
Believe the Love
That You Are.
In every space
you can open –
you will always
find Love.

Hope Arising

Does new growth
not arise,
when fertile soil 
and sun combine,
wind sweeps away 
what is not needed,
so there is room 
for what may rise.

Some plants are delicate,
others are hardy,
in eco systems they 
cohabitate,
majestic tree is host
to lichen,
or shelter for what 
might need shade.

Check your surroundings, 
what may need care,
what fertile soil might
you create?
You do not live 
in a vacuum,
you and Universe 
indeed collaborate.

Cleanse the palate,
clear your slate,
begin anew with 
the hope of spring,
be open to all 
possibility,
what new growth makes
your heart and 
your soul sing?
