Unwind your knotted 
thoughts,
may Love help smooth
them out for you,
sit with Love,
with breath,
release the fears 
that may be constricting
you.

In the world 
there are choices 
you make,
listen to your heart’s 
loving Truth,
may Love help show
you a smooth way,
upon the roads 
you travel through.

And if obstacles you 
meet,
with Gratitude ask Love
to assist,
all roads you travel
do have purpose,
leading you to 
All of This.

Pray not for outcomes 
met,
may your prayer be
for Love to guide,
walk with Courage 
upon any road,
Love walks with you,
O Beautiful Light!

Trust, have Faith
in the intelligence –

May Love dissolve

do you not see,
the whole picture 
that makes sense,
and what your soul 
sees perfectly.

help you to know 
what next to do,

drop any walls

residing Everywhere.

Bring all to light 
so you may see
what ego uses

breathe in,
believe Who You Are

Sweep up,
release what 
does not fit,
with renewed focus,
know You Are All

You may hear and 
not believe this,
in the world of 
place and time,
you may look in 
every corner,
hoping Love is what 
you will find.

Instead of looking,
begin receiving,
with this intention 
you flip a switch,
this engages a 
loving cycle,
receiving and giving
Love’s eternal gifts.

With open heart 
and arms receive
Love’s blessing,
Here Love always is,
Love is You 
receiving wholly,
knowing You Are 
All of This.

Trust finds a way,

to you,

Let Faith restore

Peace,

Breathe through tightness
and constriction,
the body communicates 
with you,
thank ego for bringing 
up this chance
for you to breathe

in simplicity,
take a deep dive 
to this Truth,
let Faith and Trust

so light,

Your Breath

gather all scattered 
parts of you,
ego loves to distract
and separate,
realign,
return to your
wholeness,
tuning in to Love,
to recalibrate.

Discern what ego 
wishes to show you,
making you feel 
precarious,
with awareness of 
your True Nature,
breathe in your Strength
as All of This.

Love is your natural 
state of Be-ing,
you need not travel
to Be at Home,
ask Love to show you
what is Truth,
may Love remind 
what you innately 
know.

Your breath is your 
magical power,
it is the bridge 
to your soul,
breathe deep,
herein lies Peace,
All is Well,
within your soul!
