Building With Love

Do not building blocks
help you to climb,
help you to see,
what you may not
have been able
to perceive
from where you were?

Is it not in
experience
that you shift
and grow,
are you not
at times like
a ball of dough –
might you knead this
in order to create that,
is not the push
and pull
of life’s experience
often the catalyst
that lets you know
where you can welcome
in more Light,
so you can better see?

Can you step upon
each building block
that is made of Love
to lift you up,
it may be hard not
to bring expectation in,
but can you have Faith
in the Process of Love,
that helps peel off
what may cover up
the expression of Love
That You Are –
are you not shaping,
are you not creating,
so that your human side
can see the magnificence
of Who You Are?

Feel the Gratitude
for every experience,
each one a building block
for you to climb,
you are your own
mountain
in this Journey of Life –
you can sit at the top
or you can experience
the hike,
no matter what route
you take,
you are already there –
a magnificent
Expression of Love.

With Faith

In the still
of a cold, dark
winter,
do you not have Faith
that there is
more light –
seeping in,
ever slowly,
but each day
the sun always rises
again,
and underneath
the snow,
under frozen ground,
does not growth await,
for the warmth,
for the Light,
when the timing
is right?

With Faith
does not come
patience,
with Gratitude
do you not applaud
each step?
There is no need
to hurry,
can you accept
what flows
with Love –
keep your face
towards the Light,
focus your heart
on this Path of Love,
let the Light
keep Hope burning,
as you follow
what you dream of.

You can follow
nature’s lead,
and Be each season
that unfolds,
adapting to your
surroundings,
but with a purpose
through all time –
are you not the Light
of the moon,
the stars,
the Light and warmth
of the sun,
as each new day
is dawning,
do you not create
with Light and Love?

Let Love shine its Light
on you,
let Love keep you
going strong,
even when it is dark,
the glow of light
will help you along,
with Faith during a cold, dark winter,
do you not know
that spring will come –
Trust that with
Light and Love,
you will always
find your way
to where you belong?

With Faith
there is Hope.
With Trust,
there is Love.
You Are Light.
You Are Love.
Shine your Light
and have Faith
in You.

Asking Love

Just ask.

You spend time alone
within your mind,
following thoughts around
that go here and there –
are thoughts not like
a dog
taking you for a walk,
darting here,
“no, I need to go there” –
when you wish for
a little help
with the thoughts that circle
around and around –
just ask.

There are patterns
that you follow,
programs you are
used to,
when you bump into
something
that makes you
see what you do,
can you let go
of old behavior
and create a pathway
that is new,
you may wonder how
to do this,
if you have not been
on this road before –
just ask.

There is support
whenever you need it –
does not Love
light your way?
This need not be
a solitary experience,
is there not help
that wishes to play,
yes, you call upon
friends and family,
but is there not help
from “up above” –
do not your guides,
your angels,
your loved ones
know a thing or two
about Love?
Just ask.

Does not receiving begin
when you open up
your heart,
does not surrender
place you in a space
to see what is next,
the answer may be
what you know,
but might it be
what you do not expect,
are you not open
to all possibility,
when you
simply ask?

“Show me,
lead me,
guide me.”
You have heard
these words before –
is not what you are asking
is to sense and Be
more Love?
There is nothing
that needs to be added –
only strip away
what clouds your view,
does not the Light of Love
bring you the answers
as it illuminates You –
just ask.

When you ask
are you not open
to what may filter
in to you –
you have all of the answers
and with Love,
know what to do.
Let the Light of Love
guide you,
you are never separate
from Love.
Ask and then receive
the perfect answer –
it is always,
always Love.

Having Faith

Have Faith.

When you know
that you do not know,
everything that you
wish to know,
when you look
at the great unknown –
is this not
the perfect time
to have Faith?

For is not Faith
truly your inner
knowing,
an inner compass
that you can depend,
does not Faith
guide you through
thick or thin,
when you have been
knocked down,
what picks you up
again –
is it not when
you reach within
and have Faith?

Is not Faith
when you believe
there is something
greater than you –
you may call It
God,
Source,
Divine,
but as You Are Love
are you not That, too,
what would it mean
to have Faith in You –
does that not happen
when you let
your Light shine?
Have Faith.

Yes, you wish to know
all that you want to know,
but when you
know Love,
know Light,
is it not Faith
that holds you tight,
surrounding you
with loving arms,
shining a Light
when it is dark,
are Strength and Courage
not always there,
when you
have Faith?

Know that You Are
Love and Light.
In your Knowing,
you shine so bright.
From your first step
to when you fly,
Faith is always
by your side.

There is no limit
as Love never ends –
in Light and Love
there is always
Faith.

Keeping the Light

Keep the Light burning.

Does not watching fire
draw you in,
be it a single candle
or fireplace that glows,
does not the smallest
flicker of Light
light up the dark,
does not seeing Light
bring you to Hope?
Keep the Light burning.

And even when
shadows fall,
are shadows not seen
because a Light shines,
can you Be a Light
that shines upon All –
to brighten a room,
or to be like
a sunbeam
that Lights the way,
everyone has a Light,
some are bright
some may be dim,
can you keep
the Light burning?

Even on the darkest day,
the Light from the moon
or stars may light your way –
candles lit in a row,
or glowing lights on a tree,
a single candle that is lit
for a loved one you
no longer can see –
do you not sense the warmth,
the comfort,
from these Lights of Love,
are you not reassured
by the Hope of Love?
Keep the Light burning.

The Light of Love
is eternal,
never-ending,
there cannot be darkness
with a Light so bright,
when you feel the spark
of Love in your heart,
can you fan its flame,
can you radiate Love,
as You Are Love –
eternal,
everlasting,
Be the Light burning.

Be Hope.
Be Peace.
Be Love.
Be Light.
Keep shining your
Light of Love.

Grief is the
grappling of
human emotions
trying to make
sense of
the loss of
a loved one
in your life –
as you try
to understand
that they are
no longer here
in the same ways.

You long to touch,
to share,
to talk to,
to experience them
in familiar ways –
it is hard to
accept,
to adjust to –
that their
physical presence
is no longer here.

And as grief
is the process
of acknowledging
that your physical senses
are sensing the void,
the space that
feels vacant,
the space that
was reserved
for your loved one
so dear –
do you not wonder
how to feel
their presence
as you no longer
feel you can touch,
or see,
or talk to them
in this human life?

And as your
human senses
cannot help
but acknowledge
the change,
the difference,
the loss in
your life –
are you not
flooded with
memories,
remembrances,
reminders
of the imprint
they have made
not only in your life
but deep within
your heart?

And does not the
sadness pour in
when you think
that no longer
will you touch,
or see,
or talk to them?

And as you are
limited with your
physical senses –
might you consider
expanding your
views of this world –
knowing there is
more to you than
your body,
does not your
soul communicate
and experience
in ways you cannot see?

And as your soul
has no limitations
with the Love That You Are –
and as your Loved One’s
soul has gone no where –
might you sense
that the void
you thought was there
is now a space
that is filled
by your souls
that have always been
and always will
be together?

Might the empty space
that you feel
in your body
be because you are
looking with only your eyes?

Let Love fill up
the spaces in your heart.
Look within to
find your loved ones
are with you now.

Meet Us in the spaces
that fill your heart with Love.
Walk with Love
that always, always
walks with You.

We Are.
You Are
Love.

Love Is All

Dates on a calendar
come and go,
marking time,
events to cherish,
celebrate
or grieve,
what comes before,
what happens after –
yes, it is sometimes hard
to be present now,
when looking ahead
or reminiscing behind,
when thinking about
what will be
or remembering
what was.

And is this not like
watching a movie –
you may skip ahead,
you may rewind,
do you not have
favorite parts
that you wish to see –
over and over again?

What parts make you laugh,
what parts make you cry,
either way,
are there not parts
of the movie
that touch your heart,
do you not go to scenes
that open the heart,
so that you may
feel the emotion,
and be washed in Love?

Might you mark
any day on the calendar,
to call in your loved ones
that you hold dear,
it may be a shared memory,
an object that you see –
a picture,
a song,
changing leaves on a tree,
your loved ones are with you –
do they not draw near
to share in the magical,
mystery of Love –
that needs no reminders
or dates on a page,
for are you not
always connected by Love?

Speak their name,
turn up your light.
Make each day
a celebration
of Love and Light.
There is no right way
or wrong way –
what feels “right” to you –
your loved ones
will always see
the Light that is
You.

Make an appointment
with your open heart.
No matter the date,
no matter the time.
Love transcends.
All that matters
Is Love.
Always Here.
Always There.
Always Love.

“All you need is Love. . .
Love is all you need . . . ”

Be Fearless

Be fearless.

As you drop,
slough off,
what you no longer need,
as you see what may
be weighing you down,
is there not a lift,
a lightness when,
like a snake,
you shed your skin,
what you are now
may not look like
you then –
Be fearless.

Are there cords,
are you attached,
to scripts
that unfold
like a play –
things do not have
to play out
in a certain way,
can you break free
from a mold
that keeps you hidden,
dimming your light –
Be fearless.

Can you take a chance,
try something new,
move toward the unknown
with great delight,
might you not know
that you have wings,
until you leap
and then take flight –
is there not freedom,
is there not Joy,
“I wish I may,
I wish I might” –
is it not time
to get your wish –
Be fearless.

Let go of expectations
that may constrict
what freedom looks like,
“Oh, I must do this!”
Let Joy take you
by the hand,
with a heart full of Love,
does it not expand,
do you not rise,
can you now fly –
Be fearless.

Be Joy.
Be Courage.
Be Kind
to You.

Be fearless
in the Love
That You Are.
